Pas sécuritaire on c'est fait voler de l'argent dans notre appartement , j'ai avisé la réception et j,ai reçu un courriel de la direction seulement après avoir quitté ?! De plus la piscine extérieur n'est pas chauffée,

L'hébergement et le staff sont impeccable, l'équipe d'entretien fait un boulot super, c'est propre et ça sent bon. Le lit est confortable, la petite cuisinette s'avère pratique. En temps d'été et de canicule, la piscine pourrait rester disponible plus tard, 20h c'est trop tôt. Un change de serviette aurait été apprécié pour 4 nuits, il faut demander, rien d'alarmant ! Super bien situé comme point central pour visiter les Alpes ou la région de Grenoble... J'y retournerais sans hésiter

Personnel accueillant, chambre impeccable, piscine agréable et de nombreux transat, petit déjeuner complet (salé et sucré). Rien à redire! 2ème séjour dans cet établissement et je reviendrai! Merci pour tout!

Das Hotel verfügt über kleine Apartments mit Kochmöglichkeit. Super für Familien, da 2 getrennte Zimmer verfügbar. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis.

Super équipement

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement hôtel propre, calme et bien équipé. Nous avons utilisé le sauna (privatisé), puis la piscine, et avons profité du délicieux petit déjeuner. Notre chienne a été très bien accueillie également. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour au cœur des montagne pour un week-end randonnée.

Un hôtel calme, propre avec un personnel au service des clients, toujours avec le sourire. La piscine a été bien apprécié par les chaleurs de juillet

Bel hôtel avec de petits studios de très bonne taille et bien aménagés. Salle de bain également de bonne taille. Tres bon accueil et personnel extrêmement agréable. Piscine au top. Petit déjeuner avec un choix très correct.

Séjour professionnel

ちょうど季節の変わり目で全館暖房が入っていた。スイッチをオフにしても暑い。仕方なく窓を開ける。ハイウェイの騒音、階下のバーでの歓声が気になる。一番気になるのは蚊の侵入。一晩中蚊と戦う必要がある。あと部屋からの眺望を楽しみにしていたが目の前にはデカイ建物が有る。プールの反対側の部屋がいいかもしれない。あとこれは明らかに当方の落ち度だが、チェックアウト前日にカバンの中に入れていた財布から日本の紙幣を3枚だけ抜かれた。恐らくここに財布を入れてあるのを知っていてタイミングを図っていたのだろう!皆さんもセーフティボックスを活用しましょう。ちなみに同僚はもっとやられました。

Utrolig hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening ved ankomst. Sa jeg kunne flytte mc til en annen plass som var overvåket hele tiden Enkel frokost, men helg grei.

Fint hotel, beliggende lidt øde udenfor byen. Men stort værelse med lille køkken. Værelset opdelt med soveværelse og stue med sovesofa. 2 Tv. Godt wifi og mulighed for streaming. Tryg gratis parkering. Fin morgenmad til prisen. Vi brugte ikke poolen, men den så fin ud. Gode til og afkørsels muligheder til motorvejen.

The staff, service and Studio were very good. Close to Grenoble, the location allows you to enjoy the sightseeing away from the city center. Very positive experience.

L’établissement est très propre et très fonctionnel, l’appartement était spacieux et très bien équipé. Le petit-déjeuner est très varié et copieux ! En revanche, problème lors de l’arrivée : le réceptionniste ne trouvait pas de trace de mon paiement effectué en ligne sur Hotels.com. Je lui ai montré la réservation sur mon application et il n’a pas posé de problème supplémentaire. Autre point à signaler : mauvaise insonorisation des chambres, une personne a parlé assez fort jusqu’à 4 h du matin dans une chambre proche, nous l’avons bien entendu.

Rien a dire sur l’hôtel en lui même sauf que je ne comprend pas le princinpe de la caution à 150€ alors qu’on réserve sur des plateformes sécurisées avec nos cartes bancaire

Résidence appart hôtel très bien située, très propre, très fonctionnel et confortable. Accueils tardifs possibles. Proche des voies d’accès et grand parking. De plus un restaurant de très bonne qualité et très fréquenté avec ambiance dans le même bâtiment !🤗 A recommander !

l'hotel de façon général est de qualité avec une réception à l'écoute et un bien accueil. Le bémol à été sur la centrale de réservation avec un monsieur pas aimable. Concernant l'housekeeping, j'avais un pansement sous les bras qui à un peu coulé et j ai constaté que les draps n'ont pas été changés durant les 4 nuits alors que les serviettes de bain propres ont quant à elles été changées tous les jours...;dommage et sans interêt. Le suspicions de fumer dans la chambre par la gouvernante ont été un peu cavalière en me bloquant l'accès à la chambre !! ne jetant pas mes mégots par terre, il s'avère que ceux-ci ont été mis dans la poubelle, d'ou l'odeur de cigarette.

Abbiamo trascorso il capodanno a Grenoble e abbiamo pernottato in questa confortevole struttura. Ben organizzata, molto pulita e perfetto condizioni della camera. Silenziosissima. E' in una posizione comoda, con ampio parcheggio. A pochi minuti da Grenoble, offre tanti servizi e molto sensibile alla sostenibilità ambientale.

Chambre complète, vaste, confortable, bon lit malgré mon poids... Super rapport qualité-prix.

Great place to stay with spacious bedroom well equiped little kitchen. The buffet breakfast is great with a lot of choice, and the hotel staff was very welcoming. Overall great place.

Restaurant next door was closed all week but not advertised, great for work or couples, but nothing on site for children apart from outdoor pool.

Au fond dune zone industrielle près d'une autoroute. Service commercial très en dessous de mes attentes. Je n'y retournerai pas.

Bonjour Dommage que l’on ait pas de serviettes pour chaque jour passait à l’hôtel et qu’on soit obligé de payer pour en avoir . Pour des habitués de cet hôtel, les petites attentions telles que les sachets de thé, café étaient absents 🙁. Ainsi que l’impossibilité d’utiliser la salle de sport . A la limite la mettre par réservation en respectant biensur la situation (covid). Sinon c’est un bel établissement 👍

A notre arrivé, nous avons été très bien reçu. L'appartement est très propre tout est nickel. Aucun point négatif. l’accès au sauna privatif (mais il faut réserver). très bonne literie.

We loved our stay here! We spent a few days visiting our daughter who is studying at the local university and the room we reserved was perfect for the three of us! It was very spacious and modern, and included a kitchenette that made it easy for us to eat a few meals in. The location was ideal and the sauna was amazing.

j'ai été très agréablement surpris en arrivant dans l'appartement : chambre séparée avec une salle à manger, un hall avec un couchage double, une cuisine complète et une salle de bains spatieuse. appartement immense , propre, très bonne disposition avec beaucoup de rangements internet rapide et 2 écrans de télévision hôtel au calme dans la verdure avec vue sur la dent de crolle

Excellent well-appointed bedroom, bathroom and lounge with sofa bed, table, chairs and kitchen area. Swimming pool area lovely and good choice at optional breakfast. However there is no change of towels or cleaning daily. This was not advised to us in advance and costs 8 Euros per day extra if required although the reception was willing to give us clean towels if needed. Please note that the restaurant/bar gets very busy and the music very loud until morning, therefore, best to reserve table in advance to eat and request room away from bar if you require a quiet room. Restaurant Le garage nearby is excellent and well worth a visit for ambience food and wine. No easy public transport to centre of Grenoble therefore a car is advisable.

On est resté 3 nuits mais il n'y a aucun service de ménage. Il faut aller demander pour avoir des serviettes propres et des rouleaux de papier wc

Bel établissement, en excellent état, au calme et à proximité de l’agglomération grenobloise. Très bien.

Dommage que le restaurant de l'hôtel était fermé car rien dans les environs. Notre chambre était à côté de la salle de sport et avons été réveillé par un bruit persistant qu'après nous avons identifié comme étant le tapis qui permet de courir. Tout était propre sauf les couverts dans l.armoir avec du gras et du chocolat...sinon sympa.

Hôtel sympathique mais assurez vous que le restaurant du rez-de-chaussée ne soit pas privatisé pour une soirée. Auquel cas vous ne pourrez fermer l'œil avant 3h du matin !!

le placard de l'entrée était sale, plein de "sortes' de miettes que j'ai retrouvé sur mes vêtements.

The location close to my office was nice but there is nothing in the area open at night or on the weekends. The room was very small for an "apartment" it was not really an apartment at all. Just a small hotel room with a 2 burner cook top, small frig and sink. No couch to relax on, No measuring cups pot holders or paper towel. By US standards this falls very short. I was there for 3 weeks and they only changed my sheets and towels twice after I asked several times because it was very hot and their ac did not get very cold, i would sweat every night. They even removed one of my bath and hand towels after they realized it was only me in the room. I really do not like the bathroom sink as it is flat and does not drain well. Hard to rinse after brushing teeth. The Tub/shower is hard to get in to because of it's height and the glass only covers 1/4 of the area so most of the water goes on the floor.

Very nice and tidy hotel/ apartment with pool. We stayed there for one night. The airco was very good and the pool was also very good. The breakfast was also very good. Everyone was so polite and everything was so clean. I couldn't find anything to complain about. It was a pity we had to travel further the other day. When we checked out the people from the hotel gave us 4 bottles of water for the road. Just super!

This is a very good little apartment complex - very convenient and great facilities

First we made the mistake of trying to check in 1 hour early. Although the parking lot was completely empty at 2PM on a Sunday. So we we waited until 3 PM to check in. We saw no one in the lobby but the front desk clerk. At 3PM we got a handicap room next to the elevator and when we asked for another room we were told they were all handicap rooms. Well ours was the only one in the hall that had a handicap sticker. Go figure all the other stickers must have fell off. On the other end the staff was concerned that we checkout exactly on time as they called the room early to remind us of the time. We won't make this mistake again. You should avoid the surly front desk people too.

This is not an hotel since they do not change the towels or make the bed every day. Otherwise very nice place.

The hotel was clean and spacious. Lovely pool outside too. Check in was very quick too. Breakfast buffet was good. The location is on a business park but it’s quiet and there’s lots of space for parking. The lift had broken the morning we checked out, which was a bit annoying!

Great hotel with kitchenette which was incredibly well equipped. They even had a potato peeler. If they were to add salt and pepper it would have been beyond what you can expect. The area is industrial and there is not much around, but easy access to places around Grenoble. We had a great stay.

Everything looks fine but some little concern about service in terms of internet speed and cleaning of rooms if someone wants to stay for longer time.

It was good but place is quite remote doesn't have good public transport connection.

This hotel seems to have trouble with the check-in process. It takes a long time as they have trouble to find the reservation as well as the registration process is lengthy. Other than that the hotel is well situated with decent amenities and had an excellent restaurant.

Convenient for office, limited choice of places near hotel to eat etc

Useful location for the office at which i was working has one nearby restaraunt that is extremely nice otherwise you have to travel to find a alternative. Nice pool also outside which gets the sun all day.

Rooms near the Bar/Restaurant have insufficient sound proofing. Bar noisy until midnight. Very annoying. If allocated the same room again, I would cancel the booking and stay elsewhere!
