Peut etre le petit déjeuner mais ce n'est pas un 4EME etoile il y avait tout qd même ! BELLE VUE !

Nos dejaron hacer check in más tarde dejando la llave en un buzón. El dueño aunque poco hablador fue muy amable. Nos habló en español y el desayuno estaba muy bien, el pan recién hecho o comprado, buenísimo.

Wir haben auf unserer Velotour hier eine Nacht verbracht. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Unsere Velos waren im Skikeller gut und sicher aufgehoben. Die Lage zentral. Direkt an der Route Col du Pillon.

Lage. Gute Bächerei in der Nähe, habe dort dann meine Brötchen gekauft.

Altes verstaubtes Hotel. Dunkles Zimmer, wäre am Liebsten direkt wieder abgereist. Zum halben Preis wäre es ok gewesen. Frühstück erst 8 Uhr, für Car Reisende wird Ausnahme gemacht.

Une petite bouteille d'eau déposée chaque jour dans la chambre. Une douche efficace. Une machine à café à disposition.

Arriver avec des bagages et un aveugle pour partenaire mériterait de l'aide. Ni à l'arrivée ni au départ, celle-ci n'a été proposée. A 9h15 au petit-déjeuner, plus de yogourt! Sur le parking, un trou énorme a râclé le bas-de-caisse de ma voiture. Des guêpes mortes sont restées toute la semaine dans la chambre au sol. Aucun changement de draps en 5 nuits. Pas de tapis de bain une journée. Eclairage insuffisant pour la lecture et un seul interrupteur du plafond placé à l'entrée.

Our second time staying at Hotel Le Chamois. An exceptional hotel and fantastic ownership! 10/10

Etablissement bien situé, salle de bain rénové mais pommeau de douche défectueux ? personnel souriant et avenant. Petit déjeuné très standard, pas de salade de fruits, que des pommes et oranges. C'est ok pour un nuit.

Nice location and comfortable rooms, in particular the temperature inside the room was perfect (my stay was taking place during a very hot period).

The only negative point was the noise due to a very big group of travellers staying at the hotel, arriving late and starting early in the morning, and hitting the floor or the walls with very heavy and noisy objects.

Parking à disposition. Bien situé. Personnel agréable mais ne parlant pas forcément français.

Beaucoup trop cher pour la qualité et les prestations. Les chambres et les meubles sont vieillots, la poignée de la porte de la salle de bain était mal installée, la ventilation de la salle de bain est très bruyante, les chaises du balcon se sont cassées quand on s'est assis dessus. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas refourni, pas un énorme choix, si vous arrivez trop tard vous aurez moins de choix. De plus on a été dérangés par des odeurs de cannabis et de cigarette des autres clients qui fumaient sur les balcons, alors que leur site annonce hôtel totalement non-fumeur. Le lounge bar n'était pas ouvert. Toutes les chambres ne ressemblent pas aux photos du site Internet.

C’est simple, propre. On y est bien. Le patron de l’hôtel et le personnel sont absolument adorables. C’était exactement ce que nous cherchions. Merci pour votre accueil.

Really blown away by this lovely hotel with such friendly staff, and a stunning view from the balcony. The room was clean with great decor, and good facilities. Highly recommend a stay here in this lovely town.

A tiny issue in that the beds were not secured together so I kept falling through.

Very nice chalet room in town with nice views of mountains. Solid breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Wifi excellent in most parts of the hotel. Check-in and out was fast and easy. Overall a lovely experience.

Frühstück war sehr sehr reichlich und eigentlich alles für einen guten Start in den Tag ausreichend vorhanden.

Die Schweiz für uns (Deutsche) ist einfach zu teuer, eine Übernachtung für 2 Personen für 200,-- Euro im Hotel ohne jeglichen schnick, schnak ist einfach zu hoch preisig. Kein Pool, Abends keine Küche im Hotel...

Wir konnten das Zimmer schon am Vormittag beziehen. Geräumige und subere Zimmer.

Ein Balkontisch fehlte um draussen zu Essen.

Gute Lage Nähe Bahnhof, sehr schöne Aussicht, ruhiges, geräumiges Zimmer, viel Ablagefläche, viele Kleiderbügel, Sitzgelegenheiten.

Es fehlt die persönliche Handschrift. Vieles ist funktional, aber lieblos eingerichtet und ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Zimmer und Bad waren sauber, der Balkon aber schmuddelig und die Balkonstühle schmutzig. Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer ist ungenügend. Im Eingangsbereich und im Kleiderschrank sieht man nichts. Die Ständerlampe ist unpraktisch und leuchtet das Zimmer nicht genügend aus. Die Betten waren uns zu hart, die Bettdecken zu warm. Die Papiere in den Brotkörbchen waren fettig von den Gipfeli der Vortage, die Körbchen voller Brosamen und z.T. aussen klebrig.

Zentrale Lage, nahe Bahnhof und Supermarkt. Der Kaegorie entsprechend passable Ausstattung. Schöner Blick vom Balkon auf die grandiose Bergwelt. Freundliches Personal. Ausreichend Parkplätze,da Nebensaison.

Etwas hellhörige Zimmer. Frühstücksbuffet einfach -aber der Kategorie entsprechend: Etwas zu weiche Matratzen. Eierspeise,Käse,Wurst,Schinken,Frisches Brot,Croissants, 2 Sorten Joghurt ,sehr guter Kaffee,Juice etc. Also für durchschnittliche Ansprüche sehr OK. Man muss bereits ab 8 h zum Buffet,da kaum etwas nachgereicht wird. Geringes Angebot kurz vor Buffetende -10h.Hinweis steht auch im Lift und an der Rezeption!

Le petit déjeuner était vraiment basique, charcuterie et fromage industriels. Œufs brouillés vraiment mauvais . Pas de bouilloire dans la chambre. Voisins du chalet en face extrêmement bruyants

The location was wonderful! A great view of the mountains and village from the balcony (see photo). The room was spacious, clean, and warm, and very quiet despite the hotel's location direct opposite the local train station. Breakfast was very good, too, and the staff extremely friendly and efficient.

The mattresses would benefit from replacing - or maybe they were just too soft for our liking? Also, the shower took a long time to heat up during the week, which improved at the weekend when (presumably) there were more guests using the hot water. Neither of these issues was severe.

Fantastic helpful staff, I had an issue with my booking due to illness and they went above and beyond to resolve the issue, thank you!

Quarto espaçoso e confortável. Staff disponível e simpático. Fornecem passe para transportes na zona durante a estadia se necessário. Pequeno almoço com diversas e boas variedades. Localização maravilhosa, perto da estação de comboios. Em frente tem um restaurante e também uma paragem de autocarro. Perto de várias lojas de aluguer de material.

Que o hotel esteja a cerca de 1km do inicio das pistas/telecabine de ski de diablerets.

Excellent size room, very comfortable bed, continental breakfast, ski-room for all ski equipment easily accessible, pretty much everything you could want for skiing in Les Diablerets. For anyone going to Glacier 3000, the post bus stops just opposite, so you can walk out of the hotel to the stop and you're off. The hotel is not far from the train station and has (some) parking for guests (I arrived by train). I was satisfied with everything. If you're expecting a 5* experience then you'll need to pay a lot for something with "palace" in the name in Gstaad. If you want a reasonably priced, very comfortable and clean base near Les Diablerets this is perfect.

Gutes Hotel für eine Nacht. Skiweekend.
