It’s located between Kappl and Ischgl and they have the free shuttles to all lifts and back. The ski shop is inside the hotel. There is very big spa downstairs as well. Rooms are stylish and comfy. Breakfast is very good.

Zhero hotel in Kappl is a stylish retreat. The spa with its fireplace is a highlight, food is exceptional, and staff are warm. The dark, moody vibe with house music is a perfect fit. Great choice for relaxation and good vibes 😊.

Top Service

Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Auch der Spa-Bereich hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen. Das Personal war wirklich aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Lage ist nicht optimal, wird aber durch den Shuttle-Service kompensiert.

Das Hotel ist extrem dunkel. Das Design-Konzept scheint zu sein, Tageslicht möglichst fern zu halten und eher gedämpfte Lichtquellen einzusetzen. Zudem war im Spa-Bereich während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes das Licht in der Damentoilette kaputt. Ein Buch, das ich versehentlich liegen gelassen habe, ist nicht wieder aufgetaucht.

Toller Empfang, Frühstück war sehr gut und hatte für alle etwas. Abendessen à la Carte war lecker, preislich sicher genug hoch, aber eben sehr fein. Zimmergrösse und Einrichtung hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Sauna und Wellnessbereich sehr schön

Im Bad fehlt ganz klar eine Lüftung. Schade auch, dass die Vorhänge nicht auf die richtige Länge gekürzt wurden und die Zimmertemperatur viel zu hoch war, obwohl wir das nach unten reguliert hatten. Vom Personal konnten einige kaum deutsch - schade wenn ich in Oesterreich mein Essen auf Englisch bestellen muss.

Großer Wellnessbereich. Zuvorkommendes Personal und sehr guter Service. Frühstücksbuffet sehr umfangreich. Restaurant vorzüglich. Klare Empfehlung.

Von der ersten Sekunde an fühlt man sich hier wie ein VIP. Was uns besonders begeistert hat: * Super netter Service: Das gesamte Team ist unglaublich aufmerksam, herzlich und professionell. Man merkt, dass hier Gastfreundschaft gelebt wird. Jeder Wunsch wurde uns quasi von den Augen abgelesen. 😊 * Tolle Suite: Unsere Suite war einfach der Wahnsinn! Design auf höchstem Niveau, extrem gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Ein perfekter Rückzugsort nach einem Tag auf der Piste. 🛌✨ * Exzellenter Shuttle-Service: Ein riesiges Plus! Der Shuttle funktioniert absolut reibungslos, ist extrem pünktlich und bringt einen super entspannt direkt nach Ischgl. Man kann das Auto getrost stehen lassen. 🚐💨 Fazit: Wer Luxus, Design und einen persönlichen Service sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen definitiv wieder! Spa relax area is too hot, needs more fresh air

The whole experience exceeded our expectations. The staff go over and above! My only reservation before booking was the location and distance from Ischgl but the concierge shuttle service made it unnoticeable. The longest we had to wait was 10 minutes. It was that good, we are already planning our return next year!

Ontbijt en diner waren zeer verzorgd en het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Wat wij als storend hebben ervaren was de muziek die aanstond tijdens ontbijt en diner. Een soort van techno muziek. ( daar moet je maar net van houden) Het was echt aanwezig een aantal keren gevraagd of het zachter mocht. Dit deden ze dan wel maar minimaal.

We were a large group of couples traveling from Iceland – a total of 26 people – and stayed for 5 nights. All communication with the hotel, before, during, and even after our stay, was exemplary. The staff in every role showed outstanding service-mindedness and were ready to assist our group with anything we asked for. The breakfast was excellent, as was the five‑course dinner served each evening. The spa facilities were fantastic, and the shuttle service to the Ischgl area was also great. A special thank you to Antonio and Oscar, who were wonderful hosts in every way. We can recommend this hotel 100% and will definitely return. All the staff and the service deserve a solid 10.5 out of 10.

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Zhero. Everything from the atmosphere to the service exceeded our expectations. A special thanks to Oscar and the entire staff — everyone was incredibly attentive, professional, and welcoming, which made our stay feel extra special. Bravo to the chef — the food was so good that we almost didn’t go out to eat elsewhere. Every meal was outstanding. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and would love to return.

The only small downside was that the free parking is a bit far from the hotel, but this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall experience.

Zeer attent personeel, prachtige ruime wellness met zwembad, ruime kamers. Heel goede shuttel service voor halen en brengen naar Ischgl.

Der Empfang war mehr als bemüht uns zu helfen mit den Koffern und den Skisachen. Ideal war das Shuttle, das uns täglich transportierte. Die Fahrer waren sehr höflich. Auch war die Küche und das Servicepersonal sehr gut und zuvorkommend. Die kleine Geste (Chips, Schoko usw) im Zimmer war sehr aufmerksam.

Durch die dunkle Ausstattung der Zimmer sieht man in den Schränken kaum die Kleider auf den Tablaren. Auch geben die Hängeleuchten extrem wärme ab. Am Beleuchtungskonzept könnte man arbeiten.

I stayed at this hotel together with several friends during a ski vacation. I believe the number one asset is the staff. Everyone is very kind and always ready to help, from the reception staff to the restaurant team. Breakfast was very good and varied. Cleanliness is top-notch; however, there is noticeable wear and tear on the flooring and walls in certain areas, as well as in the spa facilities. In the sauna area, I believe there is room for improvement and a renovation would be welcome. They offer a free shuttle bus whenever you want to take you to Ischgl and back. Noise level in the rooms is very low. The main door from the room is very quality one and you here almost nothing from the lobby. Another drawback is the dim lighting in the rooms. Everything is too dark, and there is no option to increase the level of lighting if you want to. Overall, I can say that it is a decent hotel with excellent staff, but with a price that is a bit too high for what it offers.

The staff is so nice. I really liked the drivers, waiters. You felt as not only 5star hotel guest, it was 5+ for real. Breakfasts are incredible. Personal orders for any kind of eggs, pancakes etc. buffet is great too. Rooms are stylish and comfortable. Transfers are individual, they arrived on time and brought us to any place we needed, what was really important. Any pharmacies, restaurants, slopes - anywhere. Spa was needed after the whole day of skiing. There saunas were more than enough - Finn, herbal and steam ones. The hotel also offers its own ski rental, so you just take 0 floor and have your equipment nearby. I am more than grateful. And my big company of 16 people as well. Thank you, Zhero team 🤍

Amazing hotel with wonderful friendly staff. The food choices were excellent and the breakfast was one of the best I have had.

The rooms (lighting) was a little hot.

Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet. Die Bar, Lounge ist auch top. Der hausinterne Ski, Snowboard Shop ist ueberragend zudem eng abgestimmt mit dem Shuttle Service, welcher meine Erwartungen ebenso weit uebertroffen hat. Bei unserer Abreise haben sie unser Auto top beladen, wir mussten keinen Finger ruehren. So geht echter high end service.

Sprachen. Es gibt MitarbeiterInnen die sprechen Deutsch und Englisch, andere nur Deutsch, und letzendlich jene die nur Englisch sprechen wollten. Ist jetzt nicht eine grosse Sache aber auf diesem Niveau, 5 Sterne, etwas sonderbar. ZHERO verkauft sich hier unter Wert. Trotzdem alle waren extrem aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Sehr gut Organisiert und Strukturiert. Professionelles Personal und sehr Nett und Hilfsbereit. Fantastische Ambiente…und das Essen…ein Gaumenschmaus. Toller Wellnessbereich und professionelle Massagen. Shuttle-Service jederzeit..der Hammer.

Das Essen war wirklich tip top. Sowohl das Feühstück als auch das Abendessen. Das Personal war immer zur Stelle, wenn man einen Wunsch hatte. Die Zimmer waren sehr sehr sauber bei unserer Ankunft.

Wir haben einmal zwei vegetarische Sandwiches bestellt und mussten leider 1h darauf warten.

Kids in the Spa

The staff were incredible; so warm and welcoming. The concierge (sorry, we didn't get his name) was brilliant. Whenever we needed the shuttle bus up to Ischgl, he was onto it immediately and we never had to wait long. Also, Matej looked after us amazingly in the dining room.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Sehr nettes Personal. Wir hatten mit Halbpension gebucht und waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Der Service ist hervorragend. Die Lage in Kappl ist zwar nicht perfekt, wenn man Urlaub in Ischgl machen möchte, wurde jedoch durch einen kostenfreien Shuttleservice gut kompensiert.

Frühstück gibt es erst ab 7:30 Uhr. Gerade für die Ski-Saison wäre 7:00 Uhr besser, wenn man ab 8:30 Uhr am Lift sein möchte.

Excellent staff. Beautifully designed hotel. Great shuttle service to Ischgl which runs all day till midnight. Very rich breakfast, great spa. I like the fact hotel has its own ski shop.

The kitchen deserves better chef. The half board food in the evening was quite disappointing.

We came with a group of friends, we had a great time in the hotel.The atmosphere of the hotel is impressive. The time we spent in the wellness area made our day even better.The hotel is very clean, the stuff is professional. We wait to come back again. Netti, Edit, Vera, Tündi from Hungary.

I had a fabulous stay! The room was spacious, the staff was super friendly and I felt very welcomed. Also the relaxation offers in-house and outdoor were top. I highly recommend this hotel for your next travel, either for a me time like I had, or with your partner for an unforgettable romantic getaway!

Staff wasn't that helpful at breakfast. They seemed to look the other way if you needed something.

Great staff, very easy to get to the ski lifts with the hotel shuttle (felt like ski-in / ski-out), great food and nice sauna/ facilities. Great service in de ski rental shop. They even charged my car as part of the valet service!

The hotel interior design has a lot of black and is a bit dark. It was beautifully done with attention to detail and the design was very consistent throughout the hotel, just not my taste.

El personal es malísimo, y no te hacen la vida agradable. Estuvimos esperando al transfer del hotel en la estación de esquí más de una hora. Estaba nuestro cuarto de baño y sucio. En el spa comida tirada sin recoger. No alquiléis material de esquí en el hotel es caro y de mala calidad

Bedrooms are too dark. I understand the theme, however using a phone light to check the wardrobe isn’t ideal.

Almost all members of staff were very friendly and helpful. Halfboard evening menues were mostly nice, except for the fish mains during our stay and the underwhelming salad buffet.

Overall, the property is in good condition given its age but room furniture and carpets would benefit from a makeover.

I absolutely loved this hotel. The first thing I will say is that the staff go out their way. Nothing is too much trouble. A big shout goes out to JANINE. I must have driven her mad before I even arrived. They were all so helpful. Also to Guilia I believe that’s how you spell her name. On two occasions we had left stuff in the room and the staff collected it and dropped it off for me in the shuttle to Ischgl. That goes above and beyond. Also to Oskar and Colin on the front desk. Alex in the bar. The hotel is very cool and has a great vibe. It’s very stylish. The breakfast is outstanding and we had dinner one night at The saint which was good. The spa is great as is the indoor pool. Very nice after a day on the slopes. Whilst the hotel is slightly out of ischgl the shuttle is very efficient. There was only one occasion where I had to wait a little longer. The hotel realised they had this problem and hired an additional van to accommodate all the extra guests for half term week. If I was to say only two negatives it would be that the rooms are insanely hot. We had to keep the balcony door open the whole time. Also I would prefer not to have babies or at least very young kids jumping in the pool. Prob should be a minimum age restriction Overall I’d highly recommend this hotel and I will be back! 5* luxury on the slopes

Just perfect for high end ski holiday

Lovely hotel with an excellent restaurant. Usually half board is a bit of a risk but food was excellent. Spa also amazing and a lovely place to unwind after a hard day on the slopes. Out of town - but shuttle transfer works really well and runs most of the day and evening. Will return!

Superb facilities. Ski equipment hire excellent, they changed one of our groups skis several times with no bother (nothing wrong with the equipment he just wanted to try boarding!). Reception helped organise lift passes and booked lessons, nothing was too much to ask. Breakfast had a wonderful selection and the A La Carte restaurant was very good too. The shuttle service in and out of Ischgl was very efficient with knowledgeable staff who got us in and out easily day and evening. Great spa for relaxing in after a day on the slopes
