El supuesto «apartamento» es un zulo insalubre e insostenible: Inseguridad extrema: Para acceder hay que atravesar un edificio en ruinas con una puerta de cristal completamente rota. La puerta del zulo ( q llaman apartamento) es de aluminio con cristales y presenta marcas evidentes de haber sido forzada, además de no aportar ningún tipo de seguridad una puerta de aluminio que da al patio interior derruido y no ofrece garantas básicas de seguridad. Insalubridad: Inundado de suciedad y mal olor. No cumple las condiciones mínimas para albergar ni a personas ni a animales. A tener en cuenta la zona que alberga lo peor de Francia desgraciadamente , barrio muy inseguro. La respuesta de la plataforma y del anfitrión: El propietario: Desaparecido. Tras nuestro checking ( coger la llaver en una caja con código) ni piden DNI ni checking online. Booking les llamo para arreglar la situación ya que nos hospedábamos dos nocches( q nunca llegamos hacer) su respuesta fue nula lo que conllevó según booking que ellos no podían hacer nada y nos dejaron EN LA CALLE, SIN FACILITARNOS REUBICACIÓN! Hasta las 03.00 estuvimos andando hasta encontrar un hotel ya que todos estaban full. La propietaria del apartamento (zulo) tras enviarle las pruebas gráficas de la precariedad del sitio, (24h después ) Se niega a reembolsar el dinero a pesar de no haber hecho uso del espacio. Booking: Tras una hora de conversación y con un reporte exhaustivo de fotos y vídeos en la mano, se negaron a reubicarte y nos dejaron literalmente en la calle a las 00:00 h. Soy una persona humilde, sin grandes exigencias, pero esto supera cualquier límite tolerable. Tras 25 años confiando en Booking, la falta de respuesta y el haber permitido la publicación de este antro me han hecho perder toda la confianza en la plataforma. No reservéis este sitio. el objetivo de esta reseña es evitar que nadie más pase por esta experiencia horrible.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026The property was in a great location close to the train station, bus station, restaurant and shops. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was good sound proofing. I had a small leak in the bathroom and management resolved it very quickly.
The pillows were extremely small - not sure why. There didn’t seem to be a good range of breakfast on offer and the dining area and lounge area was pretty much none existent.

Il y avait trois lits simples dans la chambre : un lit d’un côté et deux lits collés ensemble de l’autre. Les deux lits se séparaient quand je me couchais, et je devais les remettre en place à chaque fois. C’était vraiment fatigant et ce n’était pas du tout la chambre que j’avais demandée.

Chambre sale, la bouilloire à quelque chose de brûler à l'intérieur, la douche est cassée les portes ne peuvent pas se fermer, pas de petite bouteille d'eau pas d'accessoire de toilette, pas de sachet de café pour le matin pas de petits gâteaux. Je précise que c'est un hôtel que je connais très bien j'ai bien régulièrement pour le travail et cette fois je suis venu en famille mais c'était pas du tout comme d'habitude.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026The bed was very comfortable and the sheets felt nice. In the hotel lobby there is a snack machine we loved it. You could also buy water from the reception. The workesr are young and were very nice to us. The location is great.
The soundproof from the rooms next to us were not so good we could also hear things from outside the building. Sometimes we got towels with big stains on them. In the shower there is only shampoo and shower gel but no conditioner... The room is very small if you go with big suitcases it will block your way.

However, I did not like the noise and playing from the local resident in front of the property. The hotel is clean. The breakfast option is minimal. Overall is fair. Overall, it’s good value for money but I had some situations that made me uncomfortable like a person smashing my door at 5am and 6am (apparently “knocking” the wrong room), was given a room number originally that was still occupied for another guest, and last day some items of the breakfast was undercooked.

Que sonó la alarma de incendios a las 7 de la mañana durante unos 10 minutos, nadie del personal vino a explicar que pasaba y la gente estábamos a punto de salir a la calle después de despertarnos de esa forma. En la habitación se escuchaba demasiado la gente del edificio de al lado que de noche estaba en la calle reunidos: gente hablando, niños jugando,... Demasiado ruido para el descanso para ser más de las 12 de la noche.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026Location was good for access to Disney parks. There is a mall close by but shops aren't great. Nice area to eat/drink close by. Some staff were very helpful but not all. Beds were very comfortable and room was clean.
On arrival the staff didn't acknowledge us and when they did we felt more like and inconvenience. The room was so small there was nowhere to lay our cases, so we had to keep putting them on the bed every time we needed to put something in or take something out of them. There were holes on the curtains which let in daylight in the mornings. The light on my daughters side of the bed didn't work and the WiFi was very glitchy. It didn't seem to work on one side of the room at all and on the other side it dropped in and out constantly. There was no safe in the room so we had to take all valuables with us everywhere. We were only given one pillow each. I asked the receptionist for 2 more pillows and he replied there weren't any more, so I asked him to take 2 from an unoccupied room, which he did.

c’est la deuxième fois que je viens, et j’ai choisi cet hôtel en particulier, car l’application Netflix est disponible sur la télé, à mon arrivée, cela ne fonctionnait pas le réceptionniste à l’accueil a essayé de me faire croire qu’il fallait que je réserve une chambre supérieure afin d’y avoir accès alors que c’est totalement faux. Car lors de mon précédent passage j’avais eu accès sans problème.

Bad communication. Before we arrived we called the hotel and asked if early check in is possible since we would arrive at 7am in paris. We specifically said the time we would arrive to the person on the phone and he said that is no problem. However, when we arrived at the hotel at about 8am, the lady in the reception told us we cannot check in until 11am. So we had to stay 3 hours in the reception waiting for our room because they did not communicate properly the rules of their "early check in". Additionally, when we finally checked in, they charged us 20€ for the "early check in" even though it happened 3 hours after we had arrived, and it was a cost that was not communicated or mentioned in any part of any conversation (neither on the phone nor in person when we arrived). These events made us have a negative good impression by the very start of our stay.

El lavabo estaba roto y goteaba, se lo hicimos saber y durante los días de estancia no hicieron nada por arreglarlo, simplemente se pasaban la pelota unos a otros y volvían a hacer como que "apuntaban" de nuevo la incidencia. Nos fuimos del hotel sin que se hiciera nada. Realmente se suelen utilizar este tipo de hoteles para simplemente dormir y no tener mareos al ir a Disney. El problema es que este hotel no ofrece eso. Ofrece mareos, ausencia de confort y nula capacidad para solucionar problemas (en nuestro caso las sábanas y toallas sucias y el lavabo roto). En vez de llegar a descansar era llegar para encontrarte con los problemas.

Habitación en general sucia. Las toallas del aseo estaban manchadas. Las sábanas también. Olores en los pasillos y habitaciones. The basic rooms could be better equipped, with a mini-fridge for example. Also, room service only left one roll of toilet paper in the room, and some towels were torn. Nothing that ruined the experience, just something to be improved.

Le personnel lors check-out. Nous avons demandé à notre arrivée si nous pouvons rester exceptionnellement jusqu'à 12h le jour du check out (au lieu de 11h). Demande pour laquelle nous avons eu une reponse favorable. Le receptionniste l'avait noté dans leur registre. Le jour du check-out, la personne à l'accueil vient frapper à la porte de la chambre à 11h30 et nous demande sur un ton désagréable de libérer la chambre dans les 5 minutes.
