1.Nie podobała mi się opłata o której zostaliśmy grzecznie poinformowani przez obsługę za miejsce siedzące przy barze hotelowym. Ostatecznie z braku miejsca siedzącego w hotelu nie została ona pobrana (300JPY za osobę). 2.Krótkie łóżka z racji wielkości pokoju.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026The staff were great, the happy hour each day in the lobby is cool. I don’t drink but they provided soft drinks also. The location is extremely convenient, especially for the Hakata Gion Yamakasa.
The bathroom was extremely dim lit. When you closed the shower curtain fully you barely get any light in the actual shower/bath. Paired with the dark blue walls this made the bathroom hard to get ready in the mornings.

Room was very small. Clean but hard to put down 2 luggage.

Limpeza ! No nosso quarto 724 no 7 andar sempre que tomávamos banho vazava água no piso do banheiro ! Essa água saía de baixo do lavatório de mão ! Sobre a limpeza nosso lençol não foi trocado em nenhum dia ! Estava suado cheirando ruim ! Sobre a limpeza percebemos que não tinha limpeza só trocavam as toalhas ! Plásticos de escova , xícaras sempre ficavam sujas ! Nunca vimos uma limpeza assim !

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026交通很便利，離地鐵站很近。 如果要採購也很方便，Donki、超商、藥妝都有，百貨公司也很多間。 17:30跟21:30的beer time時間，剛好逛完第一輪，回去休息喝一杯再出去繼續逛街🤣
浴室好像沒有抽風設備（但浴缸上面是有看到很像通風口的地方） 然後在浴室可以聽得到隔壁講話，不過在房間裡不會，除非有人在走廊大聲說話。

古い建物のをリノベしたホテルであること、初めて利用することを前提として。 ユニットバスの換気が弱く不快な臭いが強い、空調設備もダクト式なのか出力を強めた際に埃っぽくアレルギー持ちの方には地獄でしょう、スタッフ対応も全体的に疲れている感がにじみ出ており逆に気を遣うレベル、バーカウンター利用はお勧めできない程に低レベル、リピートは絶対にない。

The rooms are so small and the bathroom is minimal. It literally is just to sleep you can’t relax in your room. So it depends on the kind of trip you wish to have.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Die Unterkunft ist völlig in Ordnung und sauber. Die Zimmer und das Bad sind typisch japanisch recht klein, darauf sollte man vorbereitet sein. Dafür kann man angenehm an der Bar bzw. im großen Hauptraum sitzen.
Für den Preis darf man keinen größeren Komfort erwarten. Die Zimmer mit Innenhoflage sind recht dunkel.

Das Zimmer ist WINZIG, und ich meine winzigst. Für zwei normalgroße Europäer war es furchtbar, sich zu zweit mit 4 Gepäckstücke darin aufzuhalten. Das Bad ist so klein, dass man sich kaum umdrehen kann und hat null Stauraum möglichkeit - mir ist ständig was hinters WC gefallen. Das Fenster ging in den Innenhof und es kam Null Licht herein, wie in einer Gruft. Ich würde das Hotel niemandem empfehlen, die Nachteile überwiegen eindeutig.

初めに通された部屋の浴室の生乾き臭が酷く、正直泊まれる状態じゃないなと感じました。また、変更していただいた部屋も照明のせいなのかドライヤーをかけると埃の塊がいくつも舞っているのが見えて、清掃が不十分なのではないかな？と感じました。同じ部屋で長く滞在する場合にだんだん埃が溜まっていくのは仕方ないかと諦められますが、入れ替えの際の清掃は念入りにお願いできると安心します。
