Die Zimmer Einrichtung ist alt und kleine Betten. (die Matratzen waren gut) hätten eine Renovation auf modernen Stand nötig.

Die ausstattung, alles in die jahre gekommen. Dass morgens um sieben die wasserleitung zu klopfen und lärmen begann, in unregelmässigen abständen. Laut. Dass das personal zwar nett, aber völlig überfordert war. Das preis/leistungsverhältnis ist nicht in ordnung, sehr teuer, aber nicht die dem entsprechende ambiance. Never again.

Hotel a conduzione familiare, accogliente e ben curato. Il personale è davvero molto cordiale e sempre disponibile. Camere pulite e ottima cucina.

Das Hotel liegt optimal am Rand von Scuol gleich neben dem Bahnhof. Netter Empfang.

Sehr schönes Hotel direkt am Radweg mit wunderbarem Ausblick auf die Schweizer Berge. Sehr freundliches Personal und vorzügliches Essen im Restaurant. Auch das Frühstück war wunderbar.

Personnel, et surtout propriétaire inhabituellement gentil et engageant. Hôtel à côté de la gare, extrêmement pratique pour les déplacements. Restaurant aux prix pas donnés, mais justifiés par une cuisine qui pourrait être étoilée - P. Etchebest aurait son plaisir!

Le problème de cet hôtel est le rapport qualité prix concernant les chambres. Celles-ci sont vieillottes, moquette rouge style années 1970, vieux meubles en bois bon marché démodés, salle d'eau exiguë, cabine de douche serrée. Une telle chambre peux valoir 120-130 francs en Suisse (comparez avec l'hôtel Bernina à Davos, quand même plus moderne, avec balcon et grande salle d'eau), mais pas 175-180. Petit déjeuner au standard suisse et pas espagnol, évidemment, mais malgré cela un peu trop réduit.

Das Frühstück war sehr einladend, das Personal äusserst freundlich und das Hotel durch ÖV sowie Individualverkehr sehr gut zu erreichen. Das Preis-Leidtungsverhältnis ist akzeptabel, WENN man die Vergünstigung durch den Vereina-Tunnel und den Gratis-Eintritt in die Bergbahnen nutzt.

Unser Zimmer roch sehr stark und speziell.

Gutes Frühstück, Soeisen frisch zubereitet auf Bestellung. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal.

Badezimmer eher etwas klein geraten.

Wooooow!!! We spent wonderful days at Altana Hotel in Scuol. Good position near to the train station, cable car and city center. Staff was incredibly kind and attentive. The rich breakfast was optimal to start the hiking day in the Swiss Alps.

This small hotel is perfect for your holyday. It's close to buses and train so you easaly can reach the whole area. The rooms are big and comfortable. The food is exellent and the breakfast give you the perfect start of the day and also includes a lunchpackage.

Very close to the train station and ski lift but a bit of a walk into town. Staff friendly and helpful. Glorious views from the rooms

Well, very very friendly and helpful staff, owners. Very good restaurant. The accomodation was great. We stayed only 4 nights, the breakfast was good, the location was great and the people from the hotel were very nice, smiling all the time and helping with everything you needed. That is one thing I really appreciated. The location is 2 min away from the cabin lift area. The conditions they offered were great and exceeded our expectations.

Sehr gut gelegen und sehr einfach mit ÖV oder Auto erreichbar. Ganz toll fanden wir das Restaurant - sehr gut! Etwas gewagt fanden wir die Farbgebung der Zimmer - aber das ist ja immer Geschmacksache.

Einfaches Hotel, nicht gerade sehr schmuck eingerichtet, aber sympathisch und sauber. Direkt beim Bahnhof, sehr nahe der Seilbahn ins Skigebiet gelegen; ins Dorfzentrum läuft man vielleicht zehn Minuten. Die Betten waren superbequem! Vom Essen kann ich nichts berichten, das haben wir ausgelassen.

We stayed there for 3 nights at the beginning of January, the location is perfect for skiers. Very friendly staff, great services, delicious food, wonderful breakfast. Thanks a lot to the owner of the hotel, who was very helpful to us when our daughter had a small accident at the snow piste.

Totally new renovated dining room. A extraordinary pleasure for your eyes in combination to the special menu card over x-mas that hit your taste even individually corrected in case of alergies or dislike. The owner is a happy family that let you feel this during the whole stay. The rooms where renovated 1 year ago and are confy and state of the art. So if you haven't been there yet its worth it, even just for a diner. A happy guest that will return next x-mas again.

The hotel is full of an inviting ambience. The owners with the whole staff are very friendly and committed. Even though we have a food intolerance we could enjoy the week, they have fulfilled our wishes. We have only one wish for next time, the mattress could be a new one.

The team/family at the Altana Hotel are extremely warm, welcoming, and accommodating. We had a wonderful time, and the location is extra convenient, just a couple of minutes from the gondola as well as from the train station. The one small comment I have is that their ambition to present a fancy four-course meal made dinner last a few hours, which was not ideal since we were with two babies who didn't much care about etiquette :)) The food itself was quite nice with a little bit of Thai influence. There's a cosy common room with a few games and weekly apero for the guests.

Outstanding location opposite the quaint Rail Station and adjacent to Ski Hire and cable car station. Simply outstanding, traditional,Swiss, homely Hotel.

We (2 people) spent two nights at this hotel, which is located near the train station and a cable car station. Many hiking routes leave from either station, so it is perfectly located to visit the outskirts of Scuol. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and everyone could speak German, Romansh, Italian and English. We received daily travel cards for bus, cable car and trains to visit the region. Breakfast was included: meats, cheeses, yogurts, oats and muesli, bread, jams, eggs, and more! The room was cosy and clean, with lots of storage space. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower separated by sliding doors. During the night it wasn't loud and we didn't hear any noise from trains or cars. Recommended!

The best welcome , made you feel at home straight away. The food was wonderful both dinner and breakfast. The room was not large but very cosy and comfortable. The owners very friendly and very knowledgeable about the area and history.
