Even after messaging to confirm, the lockers didn’t work (lock broken) but fortunately I had brought a padlock so I could lock my zips shut

Su booking compaiono molte informazioni inesatte. Non c'è stata pulizia giornaliera della stanza ma questo non ha comunque comportato problemi perché gli asciugamani erano sufficienti per i due giorni della nostra permanenza. Non c'era possibilità di fare colazione sul posto ma con una breve passeggiata si è in una via piena di pasticcerie.

Após fazer a reserva de duas noites, quando cheguei foi-me dito que a minha reserva era para dormir num quarto partilhado num bliche. Para não perder o dinheiro que já tinha pago, tive de pagar o restante para ficar num quarto sózinha. Havia vários preços, nomeadamente, quarto sózinha com casa de banho partilhada no exterior, ou quarto sózinho com casa de banho incluida. O dono, pareceu-me muito confiante com a situação, deve ser costume isto acontecer. Situação muito desagradável. A televisão não funcionava e não havia frigorifico, como descrito na reserva, nem pequeno almoço incluido, como também descrito na reserva, O dono ainda me disse que eu estava na cidade, podia tomar o pequeno almoço onde quisesse. Serviço horível.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Uns wurde ein sehr netter Empfang bereitet. Der Rezeptionist war sehr zuvorkommend und bot uns an, unser Gepäck bis zur Check in-Zeit in einem Raum in der Unterkunft aufzubewahren. Es ist ein sehr schönes, altes Haus. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Aussicht toll.
Unser Gepäck war während der Lagerung in dem Stauraum durchsucht worden. Die Kleidung lag zum Teil auf dem Boden. Die Gemeinschaftsküche und das Gemeinschaftsbad waren sehr dreckig.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Das schöne alte Haus ist in der schönen und abends sehr ruhigen Altstadt, nette Rezeption, Treppenaufgang sehr stilvoll, im schöne große Zimmer ist mit super Bett, Kühlschrank und renoviertes Bad ( nur etwas glatter Boden für ältere zu beachten)
Eigentlich nichts es ist wirklich alt und schön.

Abbiamo ricevuto un upgrade per la suite con bagno privato ad un costo aggiuntivo. Ma: 1. La stanza non aveva finestre: il balcone affacciava una corte interna, chiusa da un soffitto di plexiglas e in cui c’era la lavanderia. Risultato, la temperatura della stanza era quasi tropicale, quando fuori c’erano 20 gradi. Impossibile dormire, se non con l’aria condizionata accesa (molto rumorosa e che sparava l’aria sul letto). In più le lavatrici sono azionate la notte. 2. Il lavandino era otturato. 3. La doccia era rotta, sia gli sportelli che il sifone.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026De ligging is echt prachtig! Direct bij een mooi bekend gebouw in Coimbra. Ook was je snel in een straatje met veel eet gelegenheden. Ook het pand is heel mooi! Veel oude details die goed zijn bijgehouden en nog steeds zichtbaar zijn.
De badkamers konden wel wat reparaties gebruiken. Niet elke wastafel deed het en sommige deuren van toiletten gingen niet dicht.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Die Lage, direkt an der Universität ist super, leider aufgrund der extrem engen Gassen mit dem Auto schwer erreichbar. Eine kleine Küche mit Geschirr, Herd, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank stand zur Verfügung. Auch einen Kaffee konnte man bekommen.
Leider gibt es keinen Aufzug und wir mussten die Koffer in den dritten Stock schleppen. Die sanitären Anlagen im dritten Stock waren geschlossen und die im 1. Und 2. Stock auch nur teilweise in Takt. Leider waren sie auch sehr dreckig. Natürlich hat das nicht immer nur mit dem Reinigungspersonal, sondern auch mit den Benutzern zu tun. Auch unsere Zimmer waren nicht alle sauber. Haare im Bett und auf dem Boden.

De badkamer was best wel vies. Voelde niet alsof het regelmatig werd schoongemaakt. Ook waren er 2 kranen waarvan de ene niet werkte en de andere niet doorliep.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Expérience incroyable ! L'hostel est litteralement aux pieds de la vieille cathédrale, certaines chambres ont meme vue dessus. Le bâtiment est immense, très beau et bien tenu. Mais par dessus tout, le service est impeccable : tout le monde aux petits soins, et surtout le propriétaire qui s'assure que vous passiez un super séjour dans cette ville sublime ! N'hésitez pas à lui demander si vous avez besoin d'informations. Rapport qualité/prix incroyable, bref je recommande à 100% !!

There was only one tap out of 3 which had water in the female bathroom sink. That one also did not drain well. I mentioned the problem to the reception, but nothing fixed. It was also hard to get soap out of soap dispenser, either did not have soap or not working well. The room carpet seems has not been vacumed for a while.

Moquette lungo i corridoi in comune, prima stanza assegnata in verità ancora da liberare dalle lenzuola dei precedenti inquilini (una svista, comprensibile), nella seconda stanza assegnata scarsa pulizia (briciole di patatine sul pavimento, capelli fra le lenzuola), bagno in comune senza asciugacapelli funzionante.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026The location was perfect in the middle of the historic city center. The rooms were okay and the staff was friendly! For the price it was an okay stay.
The bathroom was not entirely clean and the doors were broken or couldn’t close. Also they offered breakfast but the next morning there was none.

Eski bir bina olduğu için asansör yok ve ağır bir bavulla geldiğinizde bu büyük bir problem olabilir. Fakat resepsiyondaki personel zorunda olmadığı halde bavulumu çıkarırken de indirirken de yardımcı oldu.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026O cartão deixou de funcionar e como a receção está encerrada apartir das 19 não conseguíamos entrar nem no alojamento nem no quarto, ligamos para o número de emergência do alojamento e ninguém atendeu. A casa de banho estava imunda. Para nunca mais voltar .

O próprio edifício em si, uma antiga maternidade que manteve o possível do edifício original, nomeadamente as escadarias e as mensagens lindíssimas nas várias paredes até ao quarto, todo design antigo foi preservado! O poder fazer check-in sem contacto a horas tardias. Ter casa de banho privativa. Apesar de estar num Hostel, senti-me num Hotel!
Não terem cortinas blackout, ou seja, assim se o sol começou a nascer não dormi mais nada de jeito. As cortinas estavam sujas, também havia cabelos pelo chão (andei de meias e ficaram todas sujas).

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Una ubicación excelente, un poco empinada la llegada por lo que si no conoces es recomendable llegar en Uber u otro medio de transporte. La atención del recepcionista muy buena. Una vista insuperable
La reserva decía con desayuno incluido y al llegar a lugar indicaron que no era así. También al llegar todo el segundo piso estaba sin luz y la segunda noche pasó lo mismo por lo que tuve que esperar hasta el otro día que llegara personal.

1 douche en 1 badkamer voor 7 kamers is wat weinig viir 7 kamers en helaas geen zitje in de kamer met een stoel en tafel.in het hostel.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Ótima localização. Quarto confortável para uma familia de 4 pessoas, e também pudemos levar nossa cachorrinha por um valor adicional. Pudemos usar a geladeira também. Espaços comuns são legais, e o banheiro do 3o andar é compartilhado, mas pode ser trancado por dentro então não há nenhum problema. Limpeza nota 10. Comunicação fácil com os funcionários. Muito obrigada!

The shared bathrooms need to be upgraded. There was only one shower and toilet in a floor. Doors are made of glass. It did not feel very private.

バス停からは歩くには少し遠く、旧市街のある丘の上にあるので、登るのは大変です。 wifiの接続があまり良くなかった。
