Reviewed Aug 27, 2026die lage war ganz wunderbar! inmitten der stadt hinter mauern mit viel grün. die vögel haben die ganze zeit gezwitschert und das ganze hotel hatte unheimlich viel charme! die zimmer sind großzügig, das personal super nett, der pool eine willkommene abwechslung und das fitness-studio perfekt mit blick ins grün und auf den pool. das frühstück frisch und lecker.
alles perfekt! einzig das frühstück könnte ein wenig üppiger sein (bei menue sandwich oder pancake – ich hatte einen heranwachsenden dabei). aber das wäre ein add-on!

Camerele necesită atenție, lipsa agățătoare prosop, zgomot din curtea interioară, mic dejun sărac, nu bufet (am cerut o roșie pe lângă omleta, ne-au adus 2 felii), restaurantul de asemenea lasă de dorit pentru prețul cerut pe mâncare. Apa din piscină puțin murdară de frunze.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026El estilo del hotel, muy chévere. Parece un castillo y toda su decoración es como de los época. La región del personal fue muy buena, el desayuno rico y variado, con opciones para elegir.
El colchón de la cama era bastante duro. Además, el aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido y no podíamos dormir con él encendido. También, cómo todo era en madera en las áreas comunes, se escuchaban todos los pasos de los que pasaban a cualquier hora.

Reviewed May 6, 2026Super-freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr stilvolles Gebäude, Raum mit separatem Schlafzimmer sehr geräumig, hübscher Pool, gutes TV, schnelles WLAN, nur 10 min. zu Fuss bis Parque de los Gatos, süsse Hauskatze überall unterwegs, ummauertes Gelände mit bewachtem Tor, Parkplätze auf dem Gelände. Wir hatten einige Tage im Voraus gebucht, wollten dann aber einen Wochenendausflug einlegen. Das Verschieben unserer Rest-Reservierung für danach wurde unbürokratisch erledigt.
Frühstücksbüffet war Früchte, Kaffee, Wasser und Milch. Rest muss bestellt werden, wird frisch zubereitet, sind aber keine grossen Portionen und werden extra berechnet, allerdings sehr günstig. Das Gym könnte umfangreicher sein und bedarf tw. einem Ersatz der Geräte. Wir hatten zuerst ein Zimmer, das sehr dunkel und beengend wirkte und wo das separate Schlafzimmer nur einen Lichtschlitz hatte. Auf Nachfrage wurden wir freundlicherweise in ein Poolblickzimmer umgezogen, das dann alle Erwartungen erfüllte. Die Zimmer haben leider keine Gläser und keinen Kühlschrank.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral und es hat viel Durchgangsverkehr, daher etwas laut.

Reviewed Jan 21, 2026Personnel très sympa, surtout la dame du matin à la réception le 18 janvier. L' Endroit très jolie et l'histoire de la maison très intéressante. Près d'un parc Simon Bolivar et d'un centre commercial. Il y a une petite piscine très propre. Petit déjeuner correct.
Chambre vue au mur, très sombre, il fallait allumer la lumière en plein jour. Le WC était très près du mur, donc pour s'assoir.....devinez. Je me demande si cette chambre est donnée par rapport au prix proposé par booking. Au petit déjeuner le chocolat est en poudre et ce n'est pas le chocolat traditionnel de la Colombie.... dommage.

Die WC Ausstatung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Der Griff des WC war streng zum drehen...aussergewöhlich. Das war das einzige zu bemängeln.
