Kamers beetje achterhaald karig ontbijt, weinig te beleven in en rond hotel.

1. The location of the hotel was near to the Hwasun Golden Sand Beach. 2. The room was spacious with big bathroom, toilet, and bath tub. It had toiletries, strong wifi, and towels, and bottled water. We also had a nice balcony facing the pool and the sea. 3. The breakfast buffet was simple but decent. 4. My favorite part of the resort is the swimming pool and the sea view.

1. Maybe the management can consider having room service for lunch and dinner. 2. The curtain in the bathroom was also hard to assemble at first, but it was manageable. 3. I wonder if we could request an extra pillow because I only had one pillow.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Schöner Pool. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten und direkte Verbindung zum Flughafen waren fußläufig zu erreichen.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Durch die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit war einiges draußen (Balkongeländer und Vorrichtung Verdeck der Sonnenliegen) verrostet. Das Verdeck und Stoff der Sonnenliegen waren gerissen sowie kaputt. Des Weiteren roch es im Zimmer muffig trotz Raumduftdiffuser und Luftentfeuchter, an manchen Stellen gab es Schimmel im Bad. Eine tägliche Zimmerreinigung war als Serviceleistung bei der Buchung angegeben, fand jedoch vor Ort nicht statt. Inkludiert waren auf Wunsch täglich Handtücher, Toilettenpapier und Müllleerung sowie alle 3 Tage Wechsel der Bettwäsche. Während unseres 8 tägigen Aufenthaltes fand keine Reinigung statt. Das Frühstück war bis auf 1-2 Wechsel der Suppen immer gleich, dafür gab es 2 verschiedene Kaffeesorten zur Auswahl.

Bra rum, rent, lätt att parkera, poolen. Personalen vill gärna ge service, vissa klarar av att göra det på engelska.

Städning bara på begäran och städning innebär att de tömmer soporna, fyller på toapapper och kommer med rena handdukar. Bädda, diska mm får man göra själv. Det är svårt att kommunicera på engelska med personalen. Det saknas möbler på balkongen. Ingen restaurang på hotellet. Det finns några i närheten, men inget folkliv om man söker det. Bil är nödvändigt.

La stanza è molto spaziosa e i letti sono comodi. I bagni sono belli grandi, nuovi e dotati di wc in stile giapponese. All'arrivo la stanza era pulita. Vengono forniti i teli per la piscina.

La struttura si vede che è in po' datata e andrebbe un po' ripresa, anche negli arredi degli esterni che andrebbero sostituiti. La pulizia delle camere giornaliera consisteva solamente nel cambio asciugamani.La colazione non è mai variata nel corso del giorni ed è molto basica. Il personale non parla l'inglese quindi è abbastanza difficile comunicare. In generale, mancano diverse piccole attenzioni per essere un resort.

산방산 사계리 좋아하는데, 위치가 너무 좋습니다. 산방산 뷰 입니다. 조식도 너무 잘 나오네요!!

주차자리가 조금 협소합니다.

Great location and really nice and clean facilities! Comfortable bed. The private jacuzzi was great and the bath was huge! The staff were respectful and nice to be around. Pool was exceptionally clean and the included breakfast was delicious!

Way to the beach is confusing. Might use some more guidance there. Changing rooms were very empty and quite useless, the only thing in there were some laundry baskets.

Swimming pool. Boutique hotel atmosphere.

Rental car is a must.

Mooi en groot hotel appartement met uitzicht op zee en een fijn ontbijt. We hadden een eigen keuken en twee badkamers. Het zwembad was ook heel fijn en goed onderhouden.

Het ontbijt was wel erg vroeg.

お部屋が広く、ジャグジーもついてるのでご褒美旅行に持ってこいでした！ プールも泳げるので、夏にはピッタリです◎ 1週間前に急遽宿泊日数の変更をさせていただきましたが、スピーディーに対応してくださりました。

車で来られることをお勧めします！徒歩圏内にはなかなかお店などがありませんでした。

Hôtel confortable avec piscine. Chambre spacieuse avec espace kitchenette. Au calme avec une très belle plage. Plusieurs restaurant à proximité.

Un peu vieillissant. Il nous semble nécessaire d'avoir un véhicule car pas au centre d'une ville, ce qui ne nous a pas dérangé personnellement.

first room was a complete disaster, weared out, old, they managed to arrange a change in the middle of our stay. New room was much better

간단한 아침 식사가 포함되었고 근처에 가벼운 바다 산책 코스가 있었으며, 조용한 제주 바다와 산방산 절경을 감상할수 있어 좋았으며, 여름이라 리조트내 야외 수영장에서 가족들과 물놀이를 할수 있었습니다.

개인적으로 해외 출장이 잦은데, 아침 식사후 셀프로 식기를 지정된 장소에 가져다 두고 식사후 남은 음식물 등을 처리하는 것은 처음이라 낯설었습니다.

Ubytování v pěkných čistých pokojích s výhledem na moře a v mém případě s vířivou vanou a kuchyňskou linkou. Na korejské poměry rozmanitá snídaně a dobrá káva. Pobyt jsme si maximálně užili

A truly wonderful place for anyone looking for peace, quiet, and complete relaxation. The hotel is set in a secluded, picturesque area surrounded by nature, and the almost empty beach makes it easy to unwind far from the crowds. It is an ideal place for a relaxing stay on Jeju Island. Another great advantage is the hotel’s excellent range of facilities, especially for families with children.

Property was pleasant enough. Scenery was great and the hotel was overall very clean. Would have given it a 10 if it were not for some small things. The bathroom was lovely and had a jacuzzi the overlooked the hotel garden area, sea and mountains.

Downside was that our air-con stopped working, however we were notified when returning to the room and given a fan that was more than sufficient, despite worrying about the very warm weather! We were below the Lounge floor and there were often a lot of children running up and down which could be heard but stopped before calling reception. The toilet would start to make a lot of noise at night for no apparent reason! In all honesty, pointing it out as it happened. But it really did not impact our stay much at all!

Big Room

Breakfast was only till 9.30am. We read the reviews by people before we booked. Some said breakfast is amazing. But the spread terrible. We paid so much including breakfast and did not take breakfast throughout our stay. It was that bad.

We loved having our own plunge pool. We have stayed at the Y Resort four or five times, and each time there have been updates to the room that we book and/or the property.

Ośrodek super, na uboczu, z parkingiem, basenem i małym placem zabaw. Śniadania bardzo dobre, w pokojach czyściutko.

Widać, że ośrodek swoje najlepsze lata ma za sobą i o ile w przypadku wnętrza nijak to nie przeszkadza, tak balkony wyglądają słabo. Zresztą mniejsza o wygląd - balkon jest duży, niestety brak jakichkolwiek mebli balkonowych, a najgorsze jest to, że balustrada ma spore prześwity i strach było wypuścić dziecko na balkon.

Das Frühstück war ausreichend und vielfältig, das Personal immer freundlich und bemüht uns den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu gestalten. Auch die Lage fanden wir super, direkter Blick aufs Wasser mit Wandermöglichkeiten vor der Tür.

Das ganze Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte eine Renovierung um es wieder modern zu machen.

Peaceful and secluded hotel. Friendly and responsive staff. Pool and spa were nice. Room was spacious but was a bit run down. Great value for money. Free breakfast was appreciated.

Quite far from many attractions, however Jeju is a big island so would highly recommend a car. Hotel seemed a bit run down and showing its age.

A little far from major attractions, may be a challenge fir people without a car

Het ontbijt kon veel beter. Vier man personeel voor maximaal twintig gasten toch was al het warme eten koud. Alleen veel te hard gekookte eieren geen gebakken. Weinig keuze qua fruit bijvoorbeeld. Zwembad veel dode vliegen.

It was spacious, with a beautiful view, good location - very pleasant.

It was an apartment, not just a room, separate living, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The staff were really friendly and helpful and always had a smile.

Das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und leider ein bisschen lieblos ausgestattet. Völlig ohne Charme. Frühstück ziemlich langweilig. Room maintenance merkwürdig undurchsichtig.

L'hôtel est bien placé et la vue est agréable, L'hôtel dispose d'une piscine et d'un jacuzzi extérieur chauffé. Le petit déjeuner est correct. La salle de bain est bien équipée (jacuzzi avec vue, douche, wc type japonais)

Insonorisation moyenne entre les chambres, des patins devraient être rajoutés aux chaises.

산방산과 바다를 동시에 볼수 있는 위치라 풍경을 감상하기 아주 좋습니다. 조식도 간단하지만 먹을거 위주로 되어 있어 아주 좋습니다.

청소가 살짝 아쉬웠어요

제주 서남쪽을 중심으로 여행하기 좋은 위치에 있습니다. 오래된 건물에 비하여 룸컨디션 괜찮은 편이고, 야외 수영장 시설이 좋습니다.

객실타입과 위치(방번호)에 따라 조망이 사진과 다릅니다. 특히 산방산과 바다가 같이 보이는 환상적인 뷰이미지를 공통적으로 넣어두어 오해 소지가 높습니다. 객실별 조망이 차이가 심한데, 객실타입과 방번호에 따른 실제 조망 이미지를 등록바라며, 바다 조망과 코너뷰, 부분바다조망을 분리 표기 하심이 어떠실지요. 같은 가격에 복불복으로 배정당한다는게 고객입장에서는 상당히 불쾌합니다.

風景很好，房間乾淨，浴缸很大，好停車，有彈跳床，盪鞦韆，溫水池，有小廚房，附餐具鍋具，cp值高。

La situation était parfaite. Cet hôtel est au pied au olle Jeju trail. Les restaurants dans les environs sont très bons et tout proche à pied.

Ne pas être resté un jour de plus

아침에 간단하게 먹을 수 있는 조식이 여행에 있어 도움이 되었습니다. 사실 아침을 식당에서 먹기에는 시간적으로 번거로운 점이 있는데, 와이리조트에서 가족이 아침을 먹고 여행을 하니 든든하기도 하고, 여행 후 점심을 먹기에도 좋았습니다.

조용하고, 방도 넓어 크게 아쉬웠던 점은 없었습니다.

The staff was nice. Breakfast was good and the family room was large, accommodating all of us nicely. The hotel faces a beautiful ocean view.

The beach adjacent to the resort needs more frequent cleaning. When walking with the kids, we saw some "unsavory" litter items.

Fantastic views from the windows, amazing staff who was very helpful and sweet, helped with finding good tourist spots. Great breakfast and the rooms were comfortable and clean. 10000000000000/10 experience, loved it, loved it, loved it

건물의방음은 안되나봐요

룸이 깔끔하고 커서 시부모님, 시누이까지 모두 만족하는 숙소였습니다. 날씨가 좋지 않아 숙소에 있는 시간이 많았는데 편하게 잘 지냈습니다. 무료로 조식, 족욕, 책 대여 할 수 있었고 침구도 깨끗해서 좋았습니다. 외부 자쿠지는 한 번 닦은 다음에 이용해야 합니다. 외부에 있다보니 모래나 먼지가 있어 사용 전 세척이 필수일 것 같습니다. 따뜻한 물에 몸을 담그고 바다를 바라볼 때 너무 좋았습니다. 가족들 모두 이렇게 좋은 숙소에 이정도 가격이면 가성비 너무 좋다며 좋아해주었습니다. 다음에 또 온다면 여기에서 묵을 예정입니다. 주변 관광지가 다 15분 내외로 다닐 수 있어서 아주 좋은 위치였습니다.

애기랑 남편이랑 셋이 퀸 침대에서 자기 불편했지만 방법을 찾아서 편하게 잤습니다. 다시 원상태로 정리하고 퇴실하였습니다.

대체로 만족, 아쉬운점은 커피머신인 1대라 다소 불편

2박을 하였는데 둘째날 숙소 정비가 불량

좋은 뷰를 재공하려고 한 점이 좋았지만 오랫동안 난방이 켜지지 않았는지 숙소가 추워서 방을 교체해 주셨어요.

미리 난방을 켜주시면 좋을 듯 싶습니다

많지는 않지만 충분히 먹을만하고 맛있었어요 또한 물과 수건을 무제한 제공해주셔서 너무 좋았습니다
