I’ve stayed here several times and always enjoy my stay. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful, the location is convenient, and the Wi-Fi works well. Great value for money. I’ll definitely come back!

ต้องขึ้นไปเช็คอินด้านบนชั้น 2 มีผุ้สูงอายุไปด้วย อาจจะขึ้นลงบันไดลำบากนิดนึงค่ะ

Onze kamer lag naast een drukke weg waar ook 's nachts veel verkeer reed, dat was het enige nadeel van dit hotel

Brilliant pool. Beds very comfy. Breakfast pleasant. Room very spacious and clean. Everyone very friendly. Massage was very good as well.

It was an incredibly memorable return stay. The staff were so attentive and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the atmosphere around the pool and gardens was just as beautiful and relaxing as ever.

There are times that I cannot understand why people are super nice like in this hotel, and that began with the bill boy outside the maintenance people throughout the property, the Stafford reception and the housekeeping in short all of them are wonderful. The rooms are spacious the swimming pool and the gardens look magnificent.

Service was great from the door man all the way up to front desk. Restaurant served excellent food with numerous choices. Breakfast buffet offered numerous options of Asian food and a chef making eggs to order. Just no pancakes or waffles if you have a hankering for something like that. If you were looking for a change of pace from soup, rice, and noodles for breakfast choices were slim. A little off the main road so I didn’t see any street food options in walking distance. Property in general was clean and beautiful. Huge pool and walking paths all around with beautiful landscaping

Self parking was lacking on one night but I’m not sure why. Didn’t see or hear any event taking place. Main entrance to hotel was not air conditioned but check in desk and lobby were fine

Clean and comfy room, air-con worked well, WiFi was fast, and the location is really convenient. Staff were friendly and super helpful. Definitely worth the price 👍

Sehr gutes Frühstück - insgesamt war das Restaurant empfehlenswert. Geräumige Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Und einen tollen Pool.

Die Reihenfolge, welches Gericht wann serviert wurde, passte nicht immer. Dies hatte jedoch auch einen gewissen Unterhaltungswert.

Great hotel, nice size pool, rooms clean, their restaurant was very good and wide selection of foods. Breakfast was good, gym has all you need. The maintain and look after this hotel very great.

We had a family room, but it was the room closest to main highway and is noisy with traffic. We're all quite heavy sleepers but for some this could be problem.

Everything. This was a super hotel. Really well maintained, really clean with excellent staff who were obviously very proud of the hotel and did everything they could you make the stay a pleasure. The food at both breakfast and dinner was exceptional.

De binnenplaats met zwembad is sfeervol en groot. Ontbijt is hartstikke goed. Gratis transport naar centrum met een elektrische tuktuk!

Het hotel staat dicht tegen een grote weg, dat hoor je maar als je je daarop instelt is het geen probleem.

Staff not knowledgeable on some things offered in restaurant. I ordered craft beer but was served cider which staff claimed was beer made from fruit.

Beautiful resort, friendly staff (especially in restaurant) clean rooms, great pool, we are vegan and they had plenty of options for us in the restaurant. Loved the free shuttle service into the town centre and all the eco friendly choices.

I booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids but the room had 1 double bed and 1 single - I was told 1 kid could share with the adults but my kids are 8 & 10 so it was a bit of a squeeze and an uncomfortable night. It was 1200 baht for an extra mattress - this wasn’t clear at booking.

Ein ausgesprochen nettes Stadtresort. Es wird ein regelmäßiger Tuk-Tuk Transfer in das Stadtzentrum angeboten (zu Fuß benötigt man ca. 30Min. wobei auf der Hauptstraße gegangen werden muss, hier kommt man am Central vorbei). Die Zufahrt erfolgt über die Stadtumfahrung und ist leicht zu finden. Das Resort selbst liegt in einem riesengroßen Areal wo auch Privatvillen stehen. Leider ist die Nähe zur Stadtumfahrung zu hören, von der Größe ist es überschaubar, die Zimmer haben alle Blick auf den Teich. Bei Buchung eines Zimmers im EG ist sogar ein kleiner Garten beinhaltet. Der Pool ist groß und sehr gepflegt-so wie eigentlich auch das gesamte Resort. Der Kaffee beim Frühstücksbuffet wird wie im Kaffeehaus zubereitet und serviert.

Auch wenn Gäste nur 3-4 Tage im Hotel verweilen so könnte das Frühstück Buffet etwas reichhaltiger und liebevoller angeboten werden.

Vraiment super, ça fait 3 fois que j’y séjourne et c’est top!! Qualité du petit déjeuner calme et volupté

I think the staff could be trying better to understand the customers that come to the hotel sometimes it is a little bit hard with communication but oh well

I think the staff are very helpful. The breakfast is value for money and the quality of food is very good. The servers is excellent and I love the ride into town with the Tuk Tuk. The gentleman that drives the Tuk Tuk. He’s very helpful.

Un très bon séjour, Un personnel très compétent , à l'écoute de vos besoins , les petits déjeuners très bien , belle chambre , une piscine très grande , le resto , le bar , tout est là pour vous satisfaire, un grand merci pour la réservation de notre transfert pour koh chang beaucoup moins cher que par internet , nous avons vraiment aimé et vous avez une navette avec tuk yuk de l'hôtel gratuite qui vous dépose au centre ville , nous étions au calme un vrai moment de bonheur dans un hôtel de luxe mais cool à la fois . Merci aux personnels qui se souvient même de votre boisson pour le petit déjeuner et qui vient vous servir incroyable.

Stayed here for a bit and had a great time. Room was clean, comfy, and well-kept. Staff were super chill and always happy to help. Location is spot on, close to malls and sightseeing. Solid value for money. Wi-Fi was quick and reliable. Would totally stay here again
