I’ve stayed in a hostel as a solo traveler and now at Puri with my partner, best friend and her partner and the thing I really like is that you can go as deep into the “hostel” social life as you want or have it more as a “boutique stay”. We stayed in private rooms and would then go out most of the day and nights with a little “hostel socialising” in between. The breakfast included was great. The pool was great. The staff were very kind and helpful. We especially enjoyed seeing “Mr Happy” the grounds keeper 😄.

The bed was a little bit harder for our liking and at times would wake in the night with a tingly arm.

Desde que entras al hostel te sentis en Bali. La ambientacion es excelente, el personal y las instalaciones estan en perfecto estado. Las habitaciones son muy comodas, cada uno tiene su locker y espacio para dejar sus cosas. El desayuno es rico y de opciones variadas. Realizan gratis actividades a diario que sirven para conectar con el resto de la gente que se hospeda y tambien organizan tours pagos.

No tenemos llave para entrar o salir de la habitación. Jamas sucedio nada y siempre me senti muy segura pero lo sugeriria.

The location was convenient, the overall atmosphere was nice, and the common areas were pleasant. The hostel also has a good social atmosphere, which can be a plus for travelers who want to meet other people.

The toilets were located very far away from the rooms, which was quite inconvenient. I was also disappointed by the service at reception. The woman at the reception was very unfriendly and did not make me feel welcome at all.

The hostel has so many facilities m and everything is super clean! And the staff are definitely the best. They always help you when you need and are always there with such a good energy and smile

Loved everything about the hostel. Amazing comfy bed. Amazing people. Beyond amazing staff. Super clean. They make your beds everyday. Not really a party hostel if that’s what you looking for but it has an amazing chilled vibe. The breakfast and food is soo good.

Le meilleur hostel de Bali, une expérience incroyable ! Tout était parfait du début à la fin. L'ambiance sociale est fantastique, c'est l'endroit rêvé pour rencontrer du monde si on voyage seul. La piscine et le jardin sont magnifiques et super bien entretenus. Les dortoirs sont d'une propreté irréprochable avec des lits très confortables et bien équipés (prise, liseuse, grand casier). Les activités quotidiennes comme le yoga gratuit ou les soirées à thème apportent un vrai plus. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse absolue (mention spéciale à l'accueil !). Je reviendrai sans hésiter

The staff was lovely! The hostel is super well located, walking distance to a lot of shops. Would definitely come back here again - it felt safe, clean and comfortable. It's a social though not party hostel. There is a restaurant attached to it which makes things even more convenient.

Turning on the bathroom lights would automatically turn on one of the bedroom lights. This is something that could be improved :)

Most expensive hostel in bali, ı booked same quality hostels 5 time cheaper than this, also that ones have 4 people only rooms and aircons, this one dont have aircon 8 people inside and you can feel the heat, ı also booked 3 time cheaper private villa and didnt stay there, before you come bali price look fair right it is just couple of bucs, but when you land bali and saw how cheap everything is, you just feel like you scammed, breakfast so avarage little option so on…

Personale super gentile, attenti a tutto, bagno sempre pulito e letti rifatti ogni giorno. Ho avuto un soggiorno eccezionale, ho conosciuto persone fantastiche con cui ho poi continuato il viaggio a Bali. Vengono organizzati eventi ogni giorno, migliore ostello dove sono mai stata e colazione buonissima ☺️

Superfijn hostel! Ik verbleef in dorm voor 4 personen. Het bed was heerlijk: ruim, stevig, goed dekbed. Geen gekraak of gewiebel van het (stapel)bed boven me. Een plankje en klein leeslampje, gordijntjes: van alle gemakken voorzien! De badkamer was ruim genoeg en schoon! De wasbak was in de slaapruimte, met een grote spiegel en er was plek genoeg voor ieders spullen (per bed een eigen plankje met mandjes voor je toillettas). De kamer had een balkon met genoeg plek om (per persoon) je spullen te drogen. De lockers in de kamer waren ruim en konden gemakkelijk afgesloten worden. Er is gratis ontbijt en gratis water. aan het hostel vast zit een restaurant, waar je de gehele dag eten, smoothies, drinken etc kan bestellen. Het hostel organiseert allerlei activiteiten (excursies maar ook gezellige avonden bij het hostel). Om 7:00 is er gratis yoga in de tuin. De gratis massage is 15 min en hierbij geld; first come-first serve (aanmelden vanaf 9:00 die dag). Het personeel is heel aardig en behulpzaam. Ze werken samen met een wasserij die je kleren komt ophalen en terugbrengt. De locatie is top, heel centraal aan de grote straat, maar geen last van het verkeer/lawaai. Gezellig mix van leeftijden en nationaliteiten in het hostel. Echt een aanrader!

Es war wirklich sehr cool und auch ein social Hostel (im Gegensatz zu einigen anderen in Ubud). Die Anlage ist schön, das Frühstück lecker. Dazu gibt es jeden Tag eine kostenlose Massage 15 min.

Not very social, kind of boring activities, too expensive for what you get (for example the free massages are only for 15mins every day bit they often did them shorter cause they weren’t motivated), free breakfast didn’t include many good choices

From stepping into the hostel, the staff are friendly and helpful. The overall stay has definitely exceed my expectations, quality of facilities is excellent and food are great as well. Room is wide and clean, bed is comfortable size as well. One of the staff Sri is really kind and friendly, she’ll always get to know everyone and have conversations to make sure the guest are all good. Love the activities organise which really helped to make new friends. It’s my first time staying in hostel and I love it so much. Thank you for all the warm and welcoming staff.

Tout était absolument parfait. Le personnel est très agréable et serviable. Proche des restaurants, du marché et de la plage Thomas Beach. Chambre très propre.

L’ambiance est top, c’est parfait si tu voyages seul car tu rencontres pleins de belles personnes grâce aux activités proposées ! Tout était propre! Les lits offrent assez d’intimité grâce au rideaux.

Seul bémol, ils n’offrent pas d’eau, même avec le petit déjeuner inclus, tu as besoin de boire de l’eau il faut payer.

Personnel très gentil, petit dej sympa, propre et grands lits Beaucoup d’activités proposés par l’auberge et gratuites parfois ! Bonne ambiance :)

Les toilettes et la salle de bain sont communs à tous et assez loin des chambres…

Activities at the Hostel, during my stay. As a solo traveller they make it their mission to bring all the occupants together through Activities.

Love that they plan activities that you can easily join, having massages and also the bed it self is really nice

Would be nice to have a small light at the mirror so you don’t have to put on the big one and wake everyone

Gute Lage, sauber, schön dekoriert, man bekommt den Stadt-Trubel nicht mehr mit sobald man im Puri Garden ist

Maßlos überteuert im Vergleich mit anderen Unterkünften in Ubud. Das Personal hat außerdem keine Ahnung von der Umgebung. Ich habe bei meiner Ankunft nach 22 Uhr gefragt, ob ich noch Essen bekommen kann und man sagte mir, alle Restaurants seien schon zu, ich könne nur noch zum Mini Markt. Dabei hat selbst der Italiener direkt nebenan (!) bis 23 Uhr offen und einige andere Restaurants haben auch bis 23 oder sogar 24 Uhr offen. Auch normale Supermärkte gibt es welche bis 23 Uhr. Das habe ich zum Glück schnell gemerkt, als ich raus bin. Bei meiner Abreise wurde ich von einem Angestellten gefragt, ob ich einchecke oder auschecke. Ich meinte ich checke aus und er hat mir direkt seinen Namen verraten und wollte dass ich ihn in meiner Bewertung positiv erwähne. Ich meinte dann ausweichend ich gehe in 15 Minuten und er meinte, ja er wartet, ich könne es ihm gleich noch zeigen. (?!) Der wusste 5 Minuten vorher noch nicht mal, dass ich dort gewohnt habe und wollte trotzdem Lob abstauben! Sowas hab ich noch nicht erlebt. Für einen Fahrer in den Norden wollten sie 900.000 haben, dabei kostet die Strecke nur max. 600.000, wenn man die Fahrer selbst fragt. Die angebotenen Touren sind Standardtouren, die es an jeder Ecke gibt und das beinhaltete offering making ging grade mal 25 Minuten. Dafür lohnt sich das Geld nicht. Ich habe es dann nochmal wonders gebucht, mehrere bieten es an und dann geht es 2 Stunden. Am Ende meiner Reise war ich nochmal woanders in Ubud und habe für das gleiche Geld so unfassbar viel mehr bekommen. Eigenen Balkon, mehrere Pools, riesiges Gelände, besser ausgestattetes Zimmer mit viel mehr Tageslicht und engagiertes, freundliches Personal, das sich auch gekümmert hat und Ahnung von der Stadt hatte plus tägliche Reinigung und noch einiges mehr. Im Puri Garden habe ich einmal gegen 11 Uhr das "bitte reinigen" Schild rausgehängt und als ich abends zurückkam, war nichts gemacht. Der Müll wurde in 4 Tagen nicht einmal geleert.
