Hotel Alkazar

Tutto

Tutto ok

Struttura pulitissima, a 2 passi dal centro, tutto perfetto!

Staff super friendly helpful. Located near everything. Very central with Restaurants and plenty of bars. Air conditioning was so useful as it was so hot during our stay. Perfect for city break.

There was no safe in the hotel. And no fridge. We only had 4 hangers in wardrobe!

Excellent position just in the heart of Valencia, super kind stuff with a special mention to the super welcoming cleaning ladies.

The acoustic insulation of the room should be improved.

Perfect location, lovely staff and comfortable stay

N/A

The hotel is in an amazing old town location that is close to everything. It’s in an alley and was quiet. The staff were friendly and absolutely delightful. The room was sparkling clean. It was small and there was no AC, but the room cost was economical. The hotel has a restaurant that looked very good but because I was traveling solo, I didn’t try it.

Only the room size and lack of AC (it was a hot week) but I spent most of my time outdoors anyway.

Ubicación

Viejito

Posizione ottima, in centro!

Hotel was well situated. Room was clean. Check in/out was easy.

There was loud noise in the early hours from other rooms above which wasn't ideal.

Location

Hotel Alkazar was a fantastic place to stay at for a city break in Valencia. The location was perfect to explore the city on foot but also closely connected to public transport links for the beach and airport. The customer service and staff were incredible ensuring we had everything for a good stay - taking our luggage to the room, checking in on regular room cleaning and allowing us to store our luggage with them after check out. The room was also really comfortable with a big bed, wardrobe, great bathroom and well functioning AC for the hot summer. Overall, would definitely recommend for a trip here!

Nothing.

. Colchão extremamente mole, afundava bastante. Prejudicou meu sono.

Top location, nice staff and airconditioning. Clean and has everything you need.

A bit outdated and basic

The staff (all three that we met who man the frontdesk 24 hours) were great. We didn't ask much but they were nice, friendly and always checking (when we passed through reception) if we were ok. We even got a hug on checking out. The location too couldn't have been better. We got the metro from the airport and it was an easy walk to the hotel. After leaving our bags we then explored the old town again walking from the hotel. Valencia's main running course was very close too.

No complaints at all. The facilities were just enough - nothing fancy - but we always felt that if we needed something more we could ask.

The staff were very friendly and helped in every way possible. The location is exceptionally good, very near to all the hotspots and the train station. The room is decent and value for money

The flush stopped working but the staff fixed it quickly

Great location and a 24hr reception Staff friendly too

Nothing

I receptionist davvero cortesi e pronti a darti indicazioni.

L'emplacement , Accessible à tous en plein centre

Staff gentilissimo, ambienti puliti e buona posizione.

In camera manca il frigobar.

Location absolutely brilliant right near everything could not fault that, staff were nice, not great English it has to be said, but got there,

The room was small enough, no Safe in the room, and no fridge, also the toilet was slightly leaking onto the floor,

Ottima posizione. Camera pulita e staff accogliente e disponibile.

Niente da segnalare Tutto ottimo.

Posizione ottima e centrate, trovi tutto vicino a te. Struttura pulita e personale gentile e accogliente.

(Piccolo consiglio) Sarebbe comodo avere un piccolo frigo in camera.

Posizione migliore non esiste in Valencia, personale molto disponibile e carino, buona pulizia.

Mancanza di Frigo bar in camera

Fantastyczna lokalizacja, blisko metro, dworzec, wszelkie udogodnienia. Bardzo przyjemny pobyt w takim miejscu.

Trochę małe pokoje i malutkie okna, jednak lokalizacja, czystość tego miejsca i przemiła rekompensują ewentualne wady tego miejsca.

Hygiene en vriendelijk personeel.Prima locatie om Valencia te verkennen.

Central location

Personale disponibile e premuroso

Due persone solo due asciugamani. Condizionatore poco efficente. Neanche la colazione inclusa.

La posizione

Poca pulizia soprattutto nel bagno. La camera piccola

Staff sempre gentile e disponibile.

Amazing location

The size of the room, bathroom not renovated

The staff was simply amazing. They were all friendly and ready to help with anything you needed. The hotel is clean and rooms are of a fairly good size and with a functioning aircon. The location was also great.

Nothing wrong really.

The staff were so lovely and accommodating - one of the best hotel experiences i have had in this regard. The location was fantastic - so close to the old town, sights and the train station. Rooms and the hotel were clean and airy. Really had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to book again.

Personale molto gentile... CONSIGLIO

Rien, chambre trot petit, sale bain aussi petite

All the staff were amazing , cheerful and very supportive. The location is outstanding and close to many landmarks and the central shopping street with many Public transportation options.

The room is very small with no free space to move or even open the luggage. There is lack for main amenities. There is no fridge to at least have cold water in summer. No safe to store your valuables. The rooms are not soundproofed. When we asked for iron it was not an available option.

Nulla, tutto bene

Best hotel we’ve stayed in Valencia so far. Will definitely come back. The location is unbeatable. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Many thanks!

Nothing.

The Location

You can hear all the noise I was in the second floor, and I could hear people down the reception I’m not joking. You can try it.

Great location and staff we’re amazing. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Great value for money

Nothing!

Location, staff, comfort😃😃😃

Posizione centralissima, hotel pulito, staff gentile, camera piccola ma ben arredata, doccia ok

No spazi comuni, un frigo sarebbe utile data l'estate molto calda

Stuff / location

La ubicación y la limpieza

Nada

The reception staff were polite and I had no problems with them. The location was also convenient.

Checkout was at 12:00, but the cleaning staff began making a lot of noise at around 8:00 in the morning. There was constant banging and loud cleaning activity, making it impossible to rest. I had paid to use the room until noon, but the noise was so disruptive that I had to leave at around 9:00. Guests should be allowed to sleep and enjoy the room until the official checkout time.

Perfect location, staff really friendly!

Bed really uncomfortable, after the fourth night we were really sore!

Posizione centrale

Nulla

Great location, good price

The windows are pretty well soundproof but the walls were not, I could hear the neighbors talk

Propreté, emplacement, deco Minimaliste chic, personnel aimable

Avec Un frigo ça aurait été parfait

Posizione

Stanza piccola

Muy bien ubicado

Un poco incómoda la distribución del baño

Pieno centro, gentili e disponibili Aria condizionata, zona in centro ma tranquilla. Ci tornerei Letto comodo
