Das Zimmer war wirklich sehr geräumig.

Leider gibt es die Executive Lounge gar nicht mehr. Stattdessen durften wir im Restaurant knapp zwei Stunden essen. Dieses „All day dining“ Restaurant öffnet um 17:30 Uhr und hat uns pünktlich um 19:30 Uhr rausgeschmissen. Getränke gab es zu diesem Zeitpunkt bereits keine mehr. Das Personal ist leider komplett ungeschult, hängt am Handy und macht Blödsinn miteinander. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr klamm, sodass unsere Kleidung es nach dem ersten Tag ebenso war.

I have no complain, but when choosing this hotel If you're not on a business trip with meetings in the new lake area where this hotel is located you're a bit remote from the tourist areas of Wuxi.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel is clean, and the services provided are top-notch. The staff is very attentive, and Michael, in particular, was exceptionally polite and helpful. He even went out of his way to assist me with mailing a postcard, which was beyond his duties. The level of service of the hotel exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service

Had an excellent time at the Pullman Wuxi New Lake. Mike and the other staff were very amicable and professional, looking after me during my long stay. Overall, good facilities, nice room, good breakfast buffet and gym facilities. Will definitely come again!

every service could satisfy my inquiry and needs. the good service included room upgrade and use of the club lounge. breakfast menu was also quite good to enjoy each meal. every staff at the hotel was very kind too.

I live in here few times already. The hotel is comfortable and surrounding is very silent. And Wuxi is very quiet as well. I like this hotel.

部屋は綺麗で清潔、フロントスタッフも好感が持てた。朝食も種類豊富で満足。 一つ残念な点、部屋に置かれている家具が、安っぽく粗雑。テーブルには傷、脚は錆びがあり、荷物置き台もボロボロ、バスタブの金属の取っ手もネジが取れているのか、プラプラ。 ホテル全体は古さを感じず綺麗なだけに、細かな所の雑さが特に目立って、非常に勿体ない感じ。 ホテル内の日本食レストランは、コロナで休業していた為、中華レストランで食事。価格もリーズナブルで、どれも美味しかった。

Maybe it’s just me but there is no air conditioning in April and felt odd. Only heat or regular fan is available for temperature control.

Although this Pullman is positioned as a business hotel, it turned out to be a great holiday destination, located not too far from the Tai lake. The service was very friendly, prompt and efficient. They took care of special requests we made. Our room on the 19th floor was clean, spacious and well equipped; but had really poor sound proofing with a lot of noise disturbance from the adjacent rooms. Surprisingly the TV was still old style with just regular subscription channels and not connected to the internet. A very basic feature in any standard hotel in China. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a huge spread of different cuisines. But sadly the room service dinner we ordered was very disappointing.

I was staying at Pullman Wuxi and has been used Mr Jacob as a driver. He has done a very good job and I highly recommend him. The hotel is very clean and staffs are very helpful. One thing that is lack from there is the English speaking reps. Other than that, everything was great and keep up the good work!!!

We were visiting china for the first time and were not sure of the hotels to stay in. Pullman Wuxi was a surprise and it is indeed a class hotel to be in. Rooms are decent and food is also good. Will visit Wuxi again and stay here. Kudos.

This modern and stylish hotel is a top and quiet place to stay. Rooms are clean with big bathroom equip with separate shower and tub. Gym and pool facilities are also fantastic. Breakfast choice are unbelievable......my choice of hotel to stay.

The following descriptions are all actual encounters are not fabricated. I stayed at Pullman hotels, 9/25/2019, Wuxi, China. When I slept in the midnight, I found that I was bitten by an unknown insect. When I turned on the light, I found at least 5 bedbugs on my bed! It was too scary, even the hotel immediately changed a room to me, but I don't recommend Pullman hotels for you. I have stayed at this hotel many times since it opened and it is still in very good condition. They have very well kept rooms I lunch with good beds and pillows, rooms are always clean as are the bathrooms. They have A great breakfast with a good selection of items. Always a very high level of service from checking to check out. I would certainly recommend this property I will stay here again 100%

We went to Wuxi for travel on holiday and we booked 3 rooms for 9 person. Chek-in process was great and fast, that gave us a very good impression. The room was full equipped and was very capacious and brightness with a seperate tub. I think the area of the room was almost 50 square meter. Very very perfect for those families who have babies. Location was not as good as those in cities, however we were a self-driving trip so it didn't matter too much. It took only 15-min to the city.

청소상태 등 룸 컨디션이 작년 하반기 숙박시보다 훌륭해졌습니다. 로비에 편의점이 생겨 중국여행중 먹기 힘든 차가운 음료수를 먹을 수 있습니다. 4층 중식당에서의 식사도 아주 맛있었습니다. 호텔 레스토항치고는 가격도 부담스럽지 않고 좋습니다. 세탁서비스도 깔끔하고, 전반적으로 대만족입니다.

Second time staying here. As good as the last time

Hotel itself is perfect except location. It is at the side of new development zone, transportation other than taxi rest are not convenient. Room spacious, staffs are all helpful and friendly.

This is a stylish, modern and great hotel in a quiet area. The hotel has great rooms with large modern bathrooms - with both shower and bathtube. Lovely bed. Good gym and pool. The hotel has several restaurants, many nice meeting rooms. The downside is that the hotel is very large and a bit impersonal, it's very nice surroundings but few people in the area so you do not feel for walking around. Furthermore, the Hotel is located 30 min with taxi to Wuxi city center.

호텔은 매우 만족. 식사(면류는 꼭 먹어야함)는 특히 훌륭하였으며, 수영장 물이 매우 깨끗하였음. 고객응대는 매우 훌륭하였음. 서비스가 훌륭하였고 커뮤니케이션 문제도 없었음.(중국의 5성급 호텔에서도 영어가 잘 안되는 경우가 많은데, 의사소통에 전혀 불편함이 없었음.) 다만, 주변이 개발중이라서 가족 동반이라면 불편함이 조금 있을 수 있음.

staying around 2 months per a year in this hotel hotel is great, rooms are big and comfortable especially executive rooms but i have to say that internet is very slow and no vpn. they should apply for vpn to goverment.

Overall a good hotel, but there's nothing much in the surrounding areas.

You cannot control the AC, so despite rigorous promises by the manager that he would fix it, the room stayed s balmy 80 degrees! It’s infuriating. A booked the Pullman because I wanted a brand I could trust. Sleepless in the Sauna. They control the temperature centrally at 79 degrees.

What a fantastic hotel this is. Incredible room, great service, the Chinese Restaurant was incredible, breakfast was amazing, as well as the service. Checking in and Checkout were a bit slow, as not enough staff on reception. Overall it was a great experience and a good nights sleep.

Hotel has an impressive lobby, as well as groundfloor facilities and sceneries. Although the room for me was booked "non smoker" was initially given a room at 16 floor that smelled awfully of smoke. Went immediately down and the competent personnel arranged for me a smoke free room. May be the management should understand that 7 out of 10 European travellers do not smoke and get smoke free floors... Just one night, enjoyed flawless express laundry service Very good wi-fi connectivity Good early breakfast, personnel at the entrance seemed more interested to browse they cellphone than say hallo.... that should not happen in such hotel category. Good business hotel

 Well back at the Pullman again. It is everything you need. From the breakfast staff, room and room cleaning. The food. It is all fantastic. But the one thing that makes it special is the staff, attention to detail even when the hotel is full they make you feel that you are the only one in the hotel. 5 minutes’ walk there are 4 or 5 local Chinese restaurants you should try if you are with 2 or more. The locals use them  (grammars is one. Little bit further is a dumpling restaurant. The cost is low so try different dishes. You may not eat them all but you will have fun when they are delivered. A special thanks must go to Winni in the lounge who always make you feel the day was not as bad as it seemed when you walked in. how she does it is not clear. I think it is just her smile that makes you feel you are home

鄰近機場地點方便

The hotel is of excellent standards. Very clean and comfortable. Service was good too. I like that there were many lifts and they were fast and efficient. But pity the location was a big minus. It was far away from everywhere else. Not even a convenience store nearby.

Pullman Wuxi less than 15min away from airport. Happy to be picked up as we arrived late night. We didn’t see the taxi queue at the arrival hall. Transfer to hotel was quick. 3 persons came to pick us. They carried a card that bore my initials as instructed. Driver 1 took 2 luggage & both of us. Another concierge staff, Spark, with whom I was writing back & forth with, drove a Pullman van that carried our equipment bag. 2 bottles of mineral water were kept for us in our car. Arrived at hotel check-in desk, the female & male staff did a quick checkin for us. Gave us enough access cards to use, quickly assigned our unit. They did not introduce the hotel to us. But Jin, the guest relations, handed me her card, told me if I needed help just call her. She informed me about the breakfast floor, gym etc. She & Spark & another concierge staff helped us with our luggage. They spoke English! Room was spacious with lots of space for 3 pieces of luggage, lots of drawers & cabinets to store our clothes & shoes! Bathroom amenities were sufficient. Iron board, umbrella & an electric kettle plus all the cups & glasses & mineral water were all there. A few problems surfaced: 1. Bathroom - ‘fishtank’ type, we put the blind down. 2. See-through bathroom door, couldn’t close due to uneven floor. 2307. 3. Room faced a piece of land which was under construction. The noise didn’t affect us as we left early for our events. 4. Window ledge dusty.

深夜にチェックインしましたが、 スムーズでした。 清潔、綺麗で、シャワー室とバスタブは、別れていたところがいいです。

Hotel is beautiful, bed could have been more comfortable ...a little hard. Breakfast was a bit expensive for the limited offerings.

Hotel is very nice, quite, noiseless, comfort and new. Rooms are very clean and no smell of smoke or any other unfavourable odour. I certainly recommend it for those who seek a pleasant stay for business.

Great hotel!

A very nice large and comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The place can get very crowded over weekends as it runs successful family promotions. There is not much to do in the surrounding area. However Wuxi is a RMB 50 taxi ride away.

I asked for a morning call, early taxi to be ready at 6:30am. Everything was in place and the staff even prepared me a cup of coffee and some breads since it was too early for the resturant buffet.

It's a bit far from town, but an absolutely gorgeous hotel. I would definitely stay there again. Splurge and get the executive suite....awesome!

Hotel room is nice; Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. However, note that breakfast start at 6.30am, not 6am as shown on the website. I was not able to have breakfast due to my flight, but appreciate that the staff took the effort to offer a simple takeaway option instead.
