Notre séjour étais plus que parfait. L’accueil a été incroyable. La chambre était super belle bien agencé, il y avait énormément d’espace. La salle de sport était très bien également avec des machines fonctionnels. Le petit déjeuné était superbe.

One word: UNBELIEVABLE. Our stay was simply incredible: the room, the restaurants, the food, the pool area…, but above all, a real shot out to Nisrine and the whole stuff for their help, attention, service and kindness. We will come back!!!

The staff were incredibly attentive and made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. Everything was beautifully organized, the service was excellent, and the hospitality was wonderful. All of this made our stay very enjoyable and made us truly happy.

This was my second stay at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal. I first visited in 2024, and after such a wonderful experience, I decided to return again in 2026. This time, we stayed in a beautiful three-bedroom villa, and once again, the experience was exceptional. The service, cleanliness, and hospitality are truly outstanding. The entire staff is incredibly welcoming, helpful, and professional, and they always make you feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. The exceptional service and the way the staff treated us were actually among the main reasons I chose to return. A very special mention goes to Venkey, who took care of us during both of our stays. He is exceptionally respectful, kind, attentive, and always willing to help. You can genuinely feel that he loves what he does and that his hospitality comes from the heart. He made such a wonderful impression on us during both visits and is truly an asset to the hotel. Thank you to the entire team for another amazing stay. We will definitely be happy to return again!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Ritz-Carlton, and the experience was exceptional from beginning to end. The service throughout my stay was truly outstanding, with every member of staff being warm, welcoming and attentive. A special thank you to Praja at reception, who was incredibly helpful and made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. Salman in the lobby was also fantastic — always friendly, professional and ready to assist whenever needed. I would also like to give a special mention to Gaurav at breakfast, who provided excellent service and made each morning such a pleasant experience. His attention to detail and friendly manner really stood out. The level of hospitality, professionalism and genuine care from the whole team made my stay truly memorable. The Ritz-Carlton certainly lived up to its reputation, and I would be very happy to return. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so special!

An Exceptional Experience at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, and I can honestly say that the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Having stayed at several five-star hotels over the years, I can confidently say that this property stands out—not only because of its magnificent facilities and beautiful surroundings, but, most importantly, because of the extraordinary warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality of its staff. From the moment we arrived, the experience was impeccable. The check-in representative was exceptionally welcoming, courteous, and professional, making us feel valued and genuinely cared for from the very beginning. The gentleman who assisted us with our luggage was equally courteous and accommodating, and throughout our stay, every member of the team we encountered went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were taken care of. What truly impressed me was the consistency of the service. Every request, whether big or small, was handled with remarkable efficiency and a sincere willingness to help. The staff were always approachable, attentive, and, most importantly, greeted us with a genuine smile. That level of warmth is something that cannot simply be taught—it reflects a culture of hospitality and a team that takes genuine pride in what they do. The hotel facilities were outstanding. The pool was absolutely amazing, and my children thoroughly enjoyed the Kids’ Club. They were completely engaged, entertained, and had an incredible time there. It was wonderful to see them enjoying themselves so much, while we could relax knowing they were having a great experience as well. The dinner buffet was another highlight. It was easily one of the best hotel buffets I have experienced, with an impressive variety of dishes, excellent quality, and an overall dining experience that exceeded my expectations.

Excellent service, we will definitely come back

I must mention a special recognition and heartfelt thanks to Mr. Rafiq at the pool side who showed his 13 years of experience by careful consideration of our comforting stay and needs, Mr. Salman for the daily luggage valeting and personal touch to the point where I felt he was an extended member of my family, my Ugandan friend (apologies I could not recall the name) who made me smile in the evenings with his magnetic personality and Mr. Chanchal who provided excellent service and attention to detail at breakfast and genuinely showed class from his former experience as F&B Supervisor. What an incredible team with these Gents and the extended Ritz Carlton family.

The beds were so soft, they were almost too soft and fluffy so a slightly firmer mattress would be great.

The room was very spacious and clean, and the reception staff were excellent. We really appreciated how responsive and helpful the team was when we had an issue with the AC. They quickly moved us to an even bigger and nicer suite, which made our stay much more enjoyable. We also really appreciated the late check-out. Overall, the service was exceptional and the staff made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay

The breakfast was quite average and could definitely be improved. Some of the common areas also feel a little dated and could use some renovation. Although our suite was absolutely beautiful, getting to it was quite inconvenient, as we had to take multiple elevators to reach our room

The property was amazing in all aspects. We celebrated our 25th marriage anniversary. We booked 2 rooms, the reception staff went the extra mile and upgraded our stay to a villa with a private swimming pool. The customer service was outstanding, the staff were professional, caring and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. They turned a great hotel stay into an unforgettable experience. "I want to give a huge shout-out to our butler Mr Ramesh Naik. When we had a minor issue with our room, they resolved it within minutes. His resourcefulness and kindness were incredible. Это было очень трогательно и сразу создало настроение настоящего семейного праздника. Особенно хочется поблагодарить Ибрагима, который встретил нас у входа и помог с багажом. Он был исключительно внимателен, доброжелателен и сделал всё возможное, чтобы мы могли провести в отеле немного больше времени и спокойно насладиться отдыхом. Именно такие сотрудники создают ощущение искреннего гостеприимства и настоящей заботы о гостях. Спасибо всей команде The Ritz-Carlton за прекрасные воспоминания и за то, что помогли сделать 16-летие Германа таким тёплым и запоминающимся. We had a wonderful and memorable stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how friendly, attentive, and accommodating all the staff were. A special thank you to Ms. Mary at the reception, who was very helpful and welcoming during our check-in. Mr. Shameer also assisted us to our room, explained the hotel amenities clearly, and made sure we were comfortable. We would especially like to express our appreciation to Mr. Prabhu at the Club Lounge, who went above and beyond to make us feel special and comfortable. He was very attentive and made our dining experience truly enjoyable. His warm and excellent service made a big difference to our stay. We would also like to thank Mr. Kaleem, who assisted us during breakfast and provided excellent service. Our room was quiet, clean, and very comfortable, allowing us to sleep very well. The balcony was superb, with a beautiful overlooking view of the pool and the sea. It was such a relaxing place to sit and enjoy the view. The garden leading to the pool was also refreshing and beautifully maintained, and we really enjoyed spending time at the pool. The breakfast had an excellent variety of choices, with different cuisines and plenty of delicious options. Everything we tried was very good. The food and drinks at the Club Lounge were also tasty and enjoyable. Overall, this is definitely one of our favorite hotels we have visited so far. What made our stay truly special was not only the beautiful facilities and amenities but, most importantly, the genuine hospitality and excellent service provided by the staff. We felt very well taken care of and truly valued as guests. Highly recommended, and we will definitely come back again!

I went to my dream hotel finally ! We had an excellent stay! The service was outstanding, and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. The room and facilities were spacious, relaxing, and very well maintained. The food was also delicious, and we were happy to receive 20% off the dinner buffet. One of the things I really appreciated was the complimentary ice-cold water provided outside while we were relaxing by the pool. They also offer complimentary sunscreen, with SPF options from 15 to 50. This is actually the only resort I’ve seen that provides this thoughtful amenity for guests. The hallways and lobby areas were elegant and comfortable, making it a pleasant place to relax while waiting for check-in. Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing experience. Highly recommended!

The beach is very small.

I absolutely loved the scale, architecture, and overall setup of this hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful. What stood out most was their willingness to help with the little things, such as providing water or even sunblock when needed. I have stayed at many similar properties, and these small gestures really make you feel special. The room was also very spacious for 2 adults and 1 child, with a comfortable bed and a lovely beach/pool view.

Despite the large selection at the breakfast buffet, I didn't particularly enjoy the taste of the food. This is admittedly in comparison with other similar properties I have stayed at in Asia, but I felt the food didn't quite match the standard I would expect at this price point. Also, the bathroom doors cannot be locked, which can be awkward when travelling with children.

Some of the staff were genuinely nice and trying to give us a good experience, and reacted appropriately on feedback.

Was a disappointing experience overall, probably the worst I ever felt in a 5 star hotel. We came here for an anniversary with my wife, but they welcomed us with a booking error in their internal system, and then also the cake that was supposed to be waiting for us in the room was missing. I have celiac disease, and had pretty bad stomach symptoms throughout my stay (not sure if due to this), even though we let them know upfront. On our second day, the chef at the buffet explained to us that the allergen signs do not list all allergens, and advised me not to eat some gluten contaminated foods that did not have the gluten sign posted for them. They should definetly take the signs much more seriously. Also, even though during booking as well as during checkin, we were informed that we will get a 20% discount on food, when receiving the bill we have realised that it does not apply to certain menus which they did not tell us about in advance. It took us a really unpleasant back and forth journey to reception, then back to the restaurant, to get refunded for the 20%. Also some of the public restrooms in the hotel were in really bad shape. When we asked the breakfast to be delivered, the food arrived cold and with significant delay (but at least the restaurant manager sent a new one that was good upon complaint). Overall, our experience in this hotel didn't even come close to the experience we had in Mandarin Oriental a few weeks ago and made me seriously doubt if we should ever try Ritz Carlton again.

We had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. What impressed me the most was how responsive and helpful the staff were especially Ms selvia , especially with unexpected requests. It was my son’s birthday, and even though we hadn’t planned anything in advance, they were very supportive and helped with a few lovely little touches that made him feel so special and brought a big smile to his face. I truly appreciate their kindness, attention, and warm hospitality. These thoughtful gestures made our stay even more
