Il personale e’ molto gentile la colazione e’ molto semplice ma si percepisce che tutto nel suo essere molto minimal e’ ben gestito.il prezzo e’ ottimo.
Il copriletto è la federa del cuscino sono sintetici, non esiste un lenzuolo di sopra quindi a noi ha dato l’idea di sporco. Ci sono tante parti che meriterebbero un minimo di ristrutturazione. Il cuscino è microscopico e per noi scomodo.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026觉得值得这个价格，前台很友好，房间也很干净，空间有点小但是这个价位已经很不错了。地址在木洞，周围是居民聚集区，有很多本地的餐厅，都实惠好吃。我看到工作人员给其他退房的房间做打扫，擦了一遍又一遍，跪在地上擦，这让我对于民宿的卫生更加放心。
夏天公共区域很热没有空调，虽然距离公交站很近，但是到地铁站要步行13分钟。

W pokoju: * Brak szafki na ubrania. * Prześcieradła mocno zużyte wymagają wymiany. * Brak poszwy na kołdrze. * Wifi momentami ze słabym zasięgiem. * Brak możliwości skorzystania z kubków, talerze czy szczućców.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Nocleg w Kimstay 9 to dobry wybór dla osób szukających niedrogiego i przyzwoitego noclegu. Największym atutem jest pomocny i życzliwy personel. Pokoje są czyste, a ręczniki wymieniane codziennie. Klimatyzacja działa bardzo dobrze, co jest szczególnie ważne podczas gorących dni w Seulu. Do dyspozycji gości jest również darmowa ciepła i zimna woda pitna z dystrybutora. Duże i wygodne łóżka zapewniają dobry wypoczynek, a lodówka w pokoju jest bardzo praktycznym udogodnieniem.
The lack of an elevator is inconvenient, and there is no possibility of using cutlery, cups or plates. The breakfast is very basic, consisting only of milk with cornflakes, toast and jam.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026La chica de la recepción es muy amable. Nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitábamos y siempre con una bonita sonrisa. Pudimos dejar las maletas después del check out, con lo que pudimos disfrutar del día. En la habitación tienes una pequeña nevera, una televisión y el baño está genial, con una muy buena ducha. Las toallas las puedes cambiar a diario. Y el desayuno está muy bien también.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Хозяйка приветливая, всегда на связи. В номере были конфетки в виде угощения, очень приятно. Здание старенькое, но ухоженное. Фото соответствуют. Инструкции все развешаны в виде иллюстраций. В номере чисто, плесени нет. В ванной есть перегородка. Все работало исправно (слив, вытяжка, кондиционер, холодильник, фен). Соседи воспитанные, тихие. Окна выходили не на дорогу, шума не было. На завтрак были хлопья с молоком, тосты, джем, апельсиновый сок, кофе в пакетиках. Есть вода в кулере. Расположение тоже понравилось, много общественного транспорта, метро.
Все понравилось.

W okolicy są przystanki autobusowe którymi bez problemu można się dostać w każde miejsce. Jeśli ktoś nie ma specjalnych wymagań będzie w pełni zadowolony!

一般的な観光地からは少し離れた場所にあるので、ホンデやミョンドンなど観光地エリアに出るには少し時間がかかります。またトイレは韓国によくある紙を流せないタイプでしたので日本人からすると抵抗があるかもしれません。

Las camas que te incabas los muelles y estaban pegadas y para acostarte tenías que subir por los pies...para jóvenes estudiantes sería normal..y otra cosa era que no había lugar ni armario con algunos cajones para guardar nuestras cosas..no había ascensor y menos mal que la chica de recepción nos ayudó a subir las maletas.

Reviewed May 11, 2026Персонал приветливый и общительный! Всё что было написано в условиях проживания соответствовала предложенной информации на сайте. Предметы для использования гостями были предоставлены (шампунь, полотенца, одноразовые зубные щетки и т.д.). Очень порадовала горячая вода в душе, прямо кипяток. Завтрак обрадовал, хлопья, молоко, сок и тосты.
На сайте позиционируют себя как GuestHouse, но на деле вывеска Мотель. Постельное белье плохо пахло, как и полотенца. На постельном белье есть некоторые пятна, что вызывает неприятное чувство. Комната плохо проветривается и в ней достаточно душно, но это особенность самого здания и местной архитектуры.

Towels were washed everyday but they smelled bad. Breakfasts were poor quality - everyday cereal with milk and toasts with strawberry jam, nothing more. And if you wanted to wash yourself with hot water you needed to wait for like 2 or 3 minutes till cold water change into warm. Its not long but it's wasting water.

Everything. I’d really like to know who gave this place a rating of 8. This place is truly terrible. Let’s start by saying that the rooms feel like a prison. The beds have springs like something out of the 1800s—extremely uncomfortable. Not to mention the pillow and the blanket, which smelled awful. Since the blanket isn’t removable, I wonder how they manage to wash it every time—also because there isn’t even a sheet separating it from the bed, so it’s in direct contact with your body. That makes me seriously doubt they clean it at all. To be safe, we didn’t use it; we slept in our clothes and ended up cold during the night. The towels—one per person—are the same ones you’d use for a bidet, and they also smelled like wet dog. Then the location… I’d love to know how anyone could call it “strategic.” Maybe someone who has never traveled. It’s 15 minutes from the metro, on a street that doesn’t feel very safe at night, and about 50 minutes from the city center—ridiculous. The bathroom floods completely, the sink is so low it’s only suitable for a child, and there’s nothing—not even a shelf—to place your things. In general, the spaces in the room are minimal, and you can’t even properly open a suitcase. I strongly do not recommend it.
