Habitación con humedad, mal olor, olía a químico, se escucha todo el ruido d ela calle y ni se puede subir la cortina porque lo ven de la calle a uno, el tv no funciona, esta dalado

La ubicacion es.central, esta ubicado en el centro de villavicencio

Las instalaciones ya son algo antiguas

1) They didn't have internet 2) the power went out in the middle of the night 3)The hotel is directly next to a loud discoteca and there was constant noise throughout the night 4)I dont know why hotels think that bright overhead LED lights are a good idea for their rooms

Pésimo....televisión no tiene señal tres horas metidos en ni cuarto sin solucionar la señal desagradable no volvería a quedarme en un sitio así, normalmenteuno quiere ver noticias o alguna película cuando no quiere salir del hotel pero nada ningún canal servía desagradable

Es central buena ubicación

Que en la foto muestra que en la habitación ahí aire y no es así. Si esta pero no sirve, y un ventilador de pie sin tener un enchufe bueno. Muy mal

El acceso muy regular al wifi, la habitacion no tenía aire, solo ventilador y podría mejorarse el mantenimiento del hotel

1) Ubicación donde hay mucho comercio y tránsito vehicular 2) La habitación que me ofrecían era en un segundo piso con ventana a la calle con alto tráfico de carros, pitos, tabernas. 3) La atención de la recepcionista fue muy despreocupada, hasta que exigí que me devolvieran el dinero, ya que me tocó buscar otro hotel,.con excelentes condiciones.

This very centrally located hotel is a true gem. The rooms are spacious, airy and feel very luxe, especially in comparison to all other centre hotels in Villavicencio (which are really more motel style). The shower is hot, the beds are fantastic, the hotel design is super clean and functional, breakfast is super nice, staff extremely friendly, and the nearby Plaza Centauros is actually quite a cute place when you get to look through the trash and homeless people. Not dangerous, everyone is taking care of each other and mingles. We had many lovely afternoons with a beer and Llanos music at the bars, no fuss at all. I really recommend this place. Price/quality is 100%

En las fotos se ve mejor.

The bathroom felt dirty and the floor was wet the entire time. Seems like repairs or maintenance is needed. The room lacked cleanliness and better furniture.

Everything was as expected or better. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped suggest places for me to visit and organized a taxi. The took the time to make my stay pleasant.

This is a decent budget hotel in the center of town. My room, including the bathroom, was clean and spacious. The TV was a bit small but was working ok. The breakfast was basic but ok. There was free coffee and tea available in the lobby at all times. The staff was very friendly and helped me in any way they could.

En relación Precio/Calidad me parece un buen hotel. La atención es buena, y la ubicación del hotel sirve si se requiere estar en el centro de la ciudad. Hay que tener cuidado a altas horas de la noche, pues las calles aledañas al hotel quedan solitarias.

Es un hotel económico, pero que a nivel general sirve para estadías en la ciudad de Villavicencio. Las habitaciones son cómodas, aunque hay que tener en cuenta que el horas de la noche, alrededor es solitario por encontrarse en el centro de la ciudad.

La estancia en el hotel fue excelente , sus instalaciones estaban limpias y cómodas

Beds and linen was ok, but towels unfortunate were to dirty.

La calificación la salva la amabilidad y profesionalismo del personal. La TV prácticamente no funciona, la nevera del mini bar tampoco, no hay comunicación con la recepción, hay que bajar. En fin, no volvería

I stayed here for a couple of days and I couldn't have been happier. Their customer service was amazing always attentive and on top of everything. Anything I needed they were always willing to help. This hotel is near everything which is amazing. Will be staying here again when I come back with more friends and family.

I stay for a week, in downtown City at Gran Reserva Hotel , near everything, good service, the staffs very kind,Knowledgeable and helpful, good breakfast, I enjoyed my time! In this place ; I recommend 👏🏻🇨🇴

During my stay at this hotel the service was excellent! The people were very helpful and very welcoming.In the morning I would enjoy going down to eat breakfast and drink some all original Colombian coffee. The location is perfect because it is right in the middle of the city and close to all the stores. Every time I went out, when I got back my room would be perfectly clean and organized. And they offered a day in nature and at the pool. My stay was absolutely perfect and i would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone that goes to Villavicencio,Colombia.

Stayed in downtown Villavicencio for a week at the Hotel Gran Reserva. It was Clean there was nice cold AC and hot water. Everything was very new comfy. The breakfast was great and everyone was very helpful. If your looking for a bang for your buck I would definitely recommend this Hotel!

My stay at Hotel Gran Reserva was very good thanks to the neat and clean rooms, nice and welcoming staff, and how it was in the city and close to banks, malls, and stores! Every morning i would wake up and go to the dining room and eat a delicious breakfast with freshly made coffee. Every time i went out i would come back to my room with a made bed and a very neat room. Every time i go to Villavicencio i will always go to Hotel Gran Reserva! All in all i would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody that goes to Villavicencio!

We stayed there for 1 night but can attest that it is a very nice hotel in a great location of Villavicencio. The rooftop pool was a highlight and the included buffet breakfast was very good. Friendly staff, clean room. We would return to stay there again.
