Der Herr an der Rezeption war sehr sehr nett. Das Frühstück ist ausbaufähig und das Personal am Frühstücksbüffet war sehr unfreundlich

Tout était bien , sauf le système de Clim impossible à régler et surtout impossible à arrêter . Une Clim très bruyante comme un moteur de sèche cheveux .

Direkt an einem großen Einkaufszentrum, kostenfreie Parkplätze. Leider konnten wir aufgrund der frühen Abreise nicht frühstücken und es gibt keine Möglichkeit für Lunch Pakete. In die Jahre gekommenes aber gutes Hotel für die Übernachtung vor einer Fährüberfahrt.

L’hôtel paraît bien de l’extérieur mais dans les chambres, c’est une catastrophe ! Nous avions logé dans la chambre 515. Fenêtre cassée qui ne ferme plus, climatisation en panne, escaliers communs dégoûtants, traces de moisissures dans la douche, sèche serviette déteint avec traces de rouilles, lampe d’entrée hors service. Quand on fait part de ces problèmes au personnel, ils étaient parfaitement au courant de ces problèmes mais louent quand même la chambre ! Une honte pour un hôtel 3 étoiles et pour la somme de 180 euros ! Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel pour attrape touriste. Ils n’ont rien voulu savoir, ni changement de chambre, ni remise. À part s’excuser, et faire un mail pour un sois disant remboursement, ils s’en foutent complètement !

Super Hotel, schönes Zimmer. Leider ist die Klimaanlage ausgefallen (Laut Empfang). Empfang war aber topp gekühlt, nur die Gäste in den Zimmern hatten mit knapp 30 Grad zu kämpfen.

The breakfast was no very good.

Das ganze Zimmer war schimmelig und feucht. Die Wassertropfen hingen am Spiegel im Schlafraum. Die Zimmertüren sind nur mit Gewalt zu öffnen. Die Handtücher und Bettwäsche sahen benutzt und schmutzig aus- seien aber angeblich neu und frisch. Ein Zimmer Wechsel wurde sehr unfreundlich am Empfang abgewimmelt. Das solch ein Zimmer überhaupt vermietet werden darf ist eine Frechheit und unzumutbar. Für 160,82€ darf man für eine Nacht wirklich zumindest ein sauberes, schimmelfreies Zimmer (512- 519) erwarten!

The air condition is controlled by the staff. With that being said it wasn’t that great. No ice is provided. The breakfast was amazing.

Frühstück war nicht besonders gut, wenig Auswahl. Waren nur für eine Nacht, dafür vollkommend ausreichend. Rezeptionsmitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Zimmer waren sauber, großes Badezimmer.

Close the beach and restaurant. But I found badbugs on my bad. All my body was biten badbugs no good to stay.

A nice, modern hotel with lots of parking. Handy for those using the ferry to or from Corsica. Only a short walk to discover the centre of Savona

The shower was the worst I have ever seen dirty! With rust and other persons hair still on drain! Do better

25mins power outage whilst having shower and no emergency lighting in the shower room. The staff seemed unfazed and not bothered.

Staff are so welcoming and eager to serve. Hotel well placed, but entrance not clearly indicated. Child bed was really a poor one. Breakfast was very nice.

Nous avons eu une chambre PMR sans nous l’avoir au préalable indiqué et la climatisation n’était pas réglable. Heureusement que nous avions des boules quies, car la climatisation était très bruyante … Enfin, concernant le petit déjeuner, la qualité n’était pas franchement au rdv. Pour un 4 étoiles, on s’attendait à mieux.

Nous étions que de passage et nous sommes resté qu’une nuit à l’hôtel . Cet hôtel est très bien placé vraiment nous avons était surpris par la qualité de la chambre spacieuse moderne, très propre. Un petit déjeuner très bien différencié et bon . Vraiment rien à dire , parfait pour nous ! Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter

Petit déjeuner inclus mais impossible à prendre car départ trop tôt, même pas possible d'avoir une breakfast box, c'est dommage vu le prix payé. Propreté très relative

Bekamen Behindertenzimmer aber waren zu müde zu diskutieren. Bad war voller Rost. Vorhang mit Rissen und Löchern. In der Lobby ein Sofa aufgeschlitzt. Frühstück sehr einfach mit billigen Instant Kaffee bis jemand dann doch an der Espresso Maschine war und etwas Gutes hervorzauberte. Für ein Drittel des Preises wäre es ok für eine Nacht gewesen. Fuer das was wir bezahlt haben nicht. Man lebt von Leuten die nur eine Nacht einmalig uebernachten.

Bien situ é, très bon accueil, bonne literie, chambre spacieuse petit déjeuner agréable. Les petits moins, interrupteurs depuis le lit quasiment introuvables. La salle de bain manque de pente, la douche à même le sol met de l'eau partout.

Malgré avoir réservé en janvier nous avons eu une chambre pour personnes à mobilité réduite vétuste, rouille dans la salle de bain, pas d'abattant wc, murs de la chambre très sales, moquette douteuse, couvre lit troué.

The A/C was terrible.. So hot all the other hotels had way better A/C. I moved after one night to a same price but way better A/C. And had dinner at another hotel which had way better A/C. Stay away from this hotel ..

Das Hotel liegt günstig - man kann zu Fuß ins Zentrum laufen. Da das Hotel in einem Einkaufszentrum liegt, kann man sehr gut und kostenlos parken…

Qualche attenzione in più nei dettagli potrebbe fare la differenza.

Rapport prix, qualité,service ne correspond pas à la réalité. Les photos ne correspondent comme sur site. Petit déjeuner très limité.

Das Hotel war ok, schön, bis auf das Badezimmer, das für mich der Horror war und das Frühstück sehr wenig Auswahl. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, aber wie gesagt, das Badezimmer war wie aus einem anderen Film.

It is okay

Booked a standard double but was given an accessible room with a double and single bed. This meant the layout of the bathroom wasn't ideal. Due to the third bed blocking light switches, lights needed to be switched off by the door, rather than by the bed. Thee light switches had lights on them meaning the room wasn't very dark overnight. Only 1 plug socket made it difficult to charge items. Fridge in the room was great and effective aircon. The restaurant had good food options and was value for money. The breakfast was average but included in the price.

Zimmer sind abgewohnt aber sauber, Fühstück sehr übersichlich mit wenig Auswahl.

Perfekte Unterkunft, wenn man zur Fähre nach Korsika muss. Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Da wir vor dem Frühstück auschecken mussten, haben wir eine Breakfast Box bekommen. Der Inhalt war jetzt nicht weltbewegend, aber trotzdem gut als Notfallration für die Überfahrt.

Rooms were basic, no tea or coffee facilities unless you were on first floor rooms as they were the only rooms that had a kettle. Breakfast very basic and most mornings not much left due to youth football teams taking everything. Only one lift working and we were on the top floor so had to wait ages for the lift or sometimes had to walk down or up 6 floors due to the amount of residents. Parking was free and next to shops which was convenient.

Room clean, but air conditioning NOT functioning. Currently 27degree in our room. Complained many times at reception. No person declared AC was not working on our arrival. Was offered another room, same condition applied, NO AC. Leading into summer shocking state of affairs. Reception staff, do their best but overall zero score. 2 star 🌟

One Lift Out of Order, Central Climatisation is not good to have. Poor breakfast. The Parking Free is absolutely the best of this Hotel.

Parked in multi-storey behind/under hotel. Free and simple. Savona is a very busy place. We only stayed for a one night stopover. Staff on reception desk helpful and friendly, had upgraded us from a triple room to two adjoining rooms. Room clean and spacious. Tv took a while to connect too and work( it’s rather high tech) and I’m young!

A experiência tinha tudo para ser ótima se não fosse a falta de ar condicionado no quarto! Tive que dormir de janela aberta e entrava muito barulho e luminosidade da rua u que me prejudicou o sono. A temperatura da cidade estava por volta de 16 graus porém no quarto estava 26 graus …. Quente para quem está acostumado a dormir no ar condicionado.

Excelente. Sugestão: ao deixar as malas antes do check-in a recepção deveria ter nos acompanhado até o guarda volume e ter nos dado um número de controle.

Check in online non possibile, effettuato in albergo, consiglierei di migliorare la colazione a buffet con dolci freschi e di mettere a disposizione latte alta digeribilità, per l'altro tutto ok

Stanza grande, pulita e buona colazione. Unica pecca, stanza con moquette e mancanza di termostato in stanza. Quindi con ventola aria e moquette per me aria irrespirabile.

Stanza comoda e grande, parcheggio pubblico gratuito e coperto al piano terra, colazione a buffet buona e abbondante, negozi, bar, ristorante e supermercato molto vicini. Per andare in centro ci vuole un mezzo proprio o, se c'è, un bus.

Tutto bene come al solito tranne che per un fastidioso cigolio della porta del bagno, causato dalle cerniere e dai cardini (stanza n°306)...consiglio di lubrificare con olio o grasso dedicato; poi non è stato possibile vedere il canale 31 Real Time ed anche utilizzare Netflix o YouTube per un problema di rete. Nonostante questo la colazione era ottima ed abbondante.

Stayed for one night while driving through Europe, room was clean, staff were friendly. Area is in a shopping centre with car park attached. Perfect for one night stay, can’t comment on area as we didn’t explore area. Area was very quiet at night, slept very well. No coffee making facilities in room, but just went down to local Mac Donald’s and bought a coffee.

Notre séjour s est bien passé. Hotel correct. Bon rapport qualité prix. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Literie propre ainsi que le linge de toilette Petit déjeuner à volonté. Chacun peut trouver ce qu il désire salé ou sucré. Je le conseille pour un petit séjour. Parking facile d accès attenant à l'hôtel et situé près d une zone commercial avec restauration et même un supermarché . Hôtel facile d accès. Personnel réceptif à nos demandes.

Personnel désagréable surtout à la reception. Petit déjeuner industriel. Cet hitel est juste pratique et pas chere pour faure une etape.

Tres bon sejour, la chambre est lumineuse,design est spacieuse, lit queen size confortable, le seul bémol lavabo boucher et le chauffage impossible à regler. Ont â passer deux bonne nuit et le petit dejeuner etait bon et variés.

Boa . Seria perfeita se não fosse o ar condicionado desligado. Estava muito calor no quarto e foi um pouco difícil para dormir. ( a recepcionista disse que não é possível uso de ar condicionado no inverno a partir de 01 de novembro)

We booked before, when we arrived they said they had no room but for this one handicap room 520 with 3 beds. We took it. The toilet did not work, run water all the time. The telephone in the room did not work, no AC because it's October and the hotel switched off all AC. When we went down to reception the girl said, the handyman will come tomorrow and there is no manager on duty! This place is a 20 euro taxi ride from the city with restaurants. No nice places to eat nearby. Also the restaurant in the hotel is empty and you have to pre book a meal! This place takes your money and then you find out how they operate.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!

No Air conditioning in room, very hot. Also had a small refrigerator that we put food in and loss the food due to no electrity while we were out. Also we had to open window for air and was kept awake till 2 am or later due to kids smoking and partying next door. And Managment really did not care, even when signs stating that smoking in building was a large fine . In the condition of hotel - this is not a Four Star Hotel! They need major improvements .

Nyt moderne hotel. personale venlig. Morgenmad ok, men morgenmadsrummet som også viste sig at være aftenrestaurant, var med rigtig dårlig akustik, og møblerne meget cafeterieagtige. Ikke et hyggeligt sted, hvor man havde lyst til at spise aftensmad i. Savnede en gårdhave eller altan, til det gode vejr. Værelset stort med en 2m bred seng. Klagede over manglende varme de første 2 dage, men det kunne ikke ændres, da det skete centralt. Blev opfordret til at tænde el-håndklædevarmeren i badeværelset for at varme. Efter 2 dage blev værelset varmere. Værelserne med udsyn til p-pladser til et lille indkøbscenter.

Ottima struttura

We had to leave same day and find another hotel because the room temperature was 28 celcius. Were told that the thermostat is set for the day and couldn’t be changed. The room they offered toovw is to was just as warm. We were promised a refund for the 3 nights we reserved but in the end only credited 2 nights. Do not recommend.
