Kuta Angel Hotel

Great location and staff were fabulous, very nice and helpful. Comfortable bed, and good sized room. Very good value for money, would book again for a short stay.

All electricity goes off when you leave the room, not just the lights and aircon, so make sure you ask for the 2nd “electricity only” key if you need the minibar to stay on as it’s not offered upfront. I had medication that had to be kept cool and learnt the hard way that the minbar also goes off which is not the norm in other hotels I’ve been where the key activates everything.

My room did not have a window, which made me feel claustrophobic. I will stay again but will request a window. Security guard Wayan was a gem. So nice and helpful.

Lack of window. Hot water was only warm on 2 mornings.

the hotel was close to beach and the main areas of kuta tourist areas , lots of shops and good eating places. staff were friendly and helpful ,a good breakfast was provided . air conditioning was good and room comfortable .

the room had a bath that was not so accessible for mature people and was slippery when using as shower.

Location. Was close to old quarter, pharmacy, cosmetic store etc. Receptions were friendly and professional

If you are in the city for two days, or you’re out of hotel most of the day-the hotel would be ok, but I don’t recommend it for longer stay unless you like rooms with no windows. The AC works only when the card is inside so it was bit inconvenient.

Die Lage ist sehr gut

Leider wird das Hotel nicht gut gepflegt, ich habe in 30 Tagen 3 Mal das Zimmer gewechselt, der Toiletten Sitz ist in jedem Zimmer sehr schmutzig, wurde über die Jahre nicht gut gereinigt und deswegen sehr unschöne gelbe Verfärbung , die müssten unbedingt erneuert werden… auch manche Matratze ist sehr alt und durchgelegen , deswegen auch Zimmer gewechselt, nicht gut morgens mit Rückenschmerzen aufzuwachen…!!!

Det var ett fint rum men tyvärr inga fönster. Det är nära stranden och till flygplatsen. Frukosten var väldigt trevlig.

Det är inte ett familjehotell. Samtliga namn på rummen anspelar på sex. Det var uppenbart när en man som kom in på hotellet med en prostituerad och hotellpersonalen inte brydde sig. Poolen är minimalisk och det går inte att sola då det är höga väggar runt som inte lämnar något utrymme att varken röra sig eller för solen att skina ner.

La posizione era perfetta, in centro a kuta, nella zona di negozietti e ristoranti e a 5 minuti dalla spiaggia di kuta. Vicinissimo all’aeroporto, infatti ci siamo stati per gli ultimi tre giorni in Indonesia perché era comodo per il rientro.

Nulla, tutto perfetto. La colazione era buona, il personale gentilissimo, la camera era pulita e con tutti i comfort.

Pésima aislacion de sonido. Música hasta casi medianoche y desde las 6am. La limpieza deja much lo que desear, solo limpian por encima. La habitación que me tocó estaba llena de hormigas, tenía suciedad en los rincones, un sofá que ya debían haber jubilado y una alfombra asquerosa. No servía el teléfono de la tina y se quedaba pegado el tapón al intentar vaciarla. El desayuno es malo también.

The room smelled of mildew. The bedside lamp flickered all night, disturbing my sleep. The bathroom door wouldn't stay closed. The bathroom exhaust fan wasn't working. The bath towels were old and stained. There were two safes, and neither worked. Even the elevator started having problems on the last day.

We stayed at Kuta Angel Hotel for 2 nights and had a great experience. The location is perfect—right in the middle of everything, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and bargain souvenir stores just outside. The food was excellent for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, the room was spacious, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which made our stay very comfortable. Thank you, Kuta Angel Hotel, for a wonderful stay. We would definitely recommend it and would love to come back!

The shower was a bit strange but its ok for me

Kleine kamer met heel klein raam waar iedere 30 sec een flits achter afging, voelde me er erg opgesloten. Bedden hingen wat door. Vies, receptie ziet er niet uit. Zwembad is krap, maar 2 bedjes en vrijwel inpandig.

All staff were welcoming and friendly especially the security guard Wayan he was very comforting respectful and caring.

The location is perfect, close to shops and Main Street in kuta.

There was no hot water and unfortunately you can hear the noise of traffic outside

We stayed 3 nights at Kuta Angel which is perfectly located and tucked away a few hundred metres from the beach. Our room had everything we needed; the bed was comfy and it was relatively clean. Breakfast is provided through Tsuki’s restaurant which was excellent - good range of options and all delicious. The staff were all very friendly and helpful with our requests including luggage storage.

A downside was the inconsistency in the availability of hot water, our showers were often cold and subsequently very short!

Great location, and value for money. Staff were reliable and pleasant. Bedroom was large. Having late check in helped with our late flight. Breakfast was good. The pool looked nice and clean.

The bar fridge didnt work and there was no standard shower.

De toilet is smeerig., soms geen warme douche. Soms geen koffie of thee. De AC soms doet het soms niet

Hotal staff and breakfast were exceptional!

Bathroom amenities were both poor. Water drainage was obstructing and sluggish.TV has no local channel or entertainment.

We recently stayed at Kuta Angel Hotel, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The staff throughout the property were consistently polite, well‑trained, and genuinely excellent — Bobby and several other team members stood out, always greeting us with a smile. The hotel itself was reasonably clean, and our room was serviced daily, which we appreciated. We particularly enjoyed the included breakfast, which was excellent and made our mornings easy.

We had a small issue, the property insisted that my teenager son was not entitled to the included breakfast and asked us to pay extra. Fortunately, Booking.com resolved the matter quickly, though it was surprising that the hotel seemed unaware of the booking terms, especially given that many families stay there. It reminded us how important it is to understand the details of your booking before travelling, otherwise you may end up paying for something already included.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was super quiet, perfect for resting. The staff were very friendly and professional.

The property needs a major update and better maintenance. I’m sure it was fantastic when it first opened, but now it requires investment to renew the furniture, appliances, and facilities.
