Had a wonderful week-long stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was polite and helpful, and the overall service was excellent. The stay was pleasant, peaceful, and hassle-free. Would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

The stay was comfortable and the staffs were really kind throughout the stay. Especially Mukesh ji, always handling customers with a happy smile. May god bless him I stayed for 4 nights, and the amenities like Pool and Spa were also impressive. Couldn't try the Salon, but would definitely try next time. The breakfast was top notch Would recommend 10/10

Stay was very satisfying Rahul hk Subodh

Great stay. Mukesh was extremely helpful. Good staff.

Mukesh front office provided excellent hospitality. Rajsik dinner was my personal favourite, they had decorated a candle light dinner for our 6month anniversary which made our stay even more special. The spa was amazing followed by a healing Sauna. Overall a good experience, highle recommend.

The stay was quite pleasant and the staff was very polite

Vikram is a sincere and hardworking Room Attendant. He maintains guest rooms neatly, follows hotel standards, completes assigned tasks on time, and behaves politely with guests and colleagues. He is punctual, responsible, and always willing to learn and improve.

It was good experience, and we got the good hospitality from their side and the wellness people were accommodating in a very good manner

I stayed at the Umrao Hotel last month, and everything was excellent. However, I experienced a very serious incident that has made me decide never to stay at this hotel again. We gave our clothes to Mr. Hariom for laundry, and he told us that if we did not ask for a bill, we could pay him only half the amount. We paid him directly, but he never informed the reception about the payment. When I checked out and asked the reception for my laundry bill, they refused and said that no payment had been received for my laundry. I explained that I had already paid the laundry staff. The reception team then called the laundry department, and only after that did Mr. Hariom admit that he had received the money. This is completely unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the hotel's management. I am extremely disappointed with this experience. I will never choose to stay at Umrao Hotel again, and I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Mulesh has been great throughout the stay. He help us to navigate and know the place better.

Good experience. Mukesh was very helpful.

House keeping service was very good... Subodh was very nice

It was a wonderful stay at Umrao Hotel. Services were good and staff was very professional. We interacted with Miss. Nikita at the reception, she was very cooperative and good human.

Had an amazing stay with our family… great place for vacation… Mukesh from front desk was very helpful.

Excellent stay Staff were very helpful especially Mukesh Kanhiya and Nikita from the front office

Very good breakfast spread and helpful staff.

The room looked very worn down; wash basin stainless steel tap was badly stained; toilet seat had stained which I cleaned myself after scrubbing with a lot of strength; mattress was too soft, as if old.

Food quality was very good as usual & stay was very pleasant..

Water of swimming pool was not clear & coordinatiin between reception staff, as i paid extra for my elder kid, even though we waited for her extra bed till 11:30 pm

Overall the experience is very nice and I'll recommend this room stay to others ☺️ Team Rahul and Neekitha support me at midnight 1:30am...thank you for your support

It was a lovely experience with front office guy Mukesh who guided us with everything personally and was friendly with my kids too ! They do not offer complimentary baby food which was a little off personally. Rest everything worked fine for us!

It was a great stay . Staff was so humble . Food is amazing.

Mukesh front office had been fantastic and hospitalable along with the other crew members. 10/10 service will definitely comeback again. Every thing top notch never been disappointed once. Peace of mind place with not a bad word to be said

Very Coperative and very hospitable Mr. Rahul

Wonderful property! Great breakfast buffet. Wonderful staff especially Mukesh (front office)

It’s a lovely property, especially for couples looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The couple’s spa is a great addition and enhances the overall experience. The food was good, and the property is well maintained. The only drawback is the lack of a dedicated play area or recreational activities for children. Apart from the swimming pool, there isn’t much to keep kids engaged, which can be challenging for families traveling with young children. Overall, it’s an excellent choice for couples seeking tranquility and relaxation.

It was amazing staycation for 6 moms and 7 kids. Although food needs can be improved.

We has a great stay! Everything was great! Service was also good… polite staff Pool was super huge! We took the jacuzzi rooms so kids enjoyed that too Mukesh front office was very helpful

Rahul kumar from front office ..great hospitality by staff members ..must visit

Breakfast service was excellent and team members. Only Room AC was not functioning properly Rest excellent. Love to back again soon.

The room package did not include Breakfast and we ordered room service which was good. Additionally, we had ordered a gift sweet package from Zomato and it was allowed to be delivered (otherwise Zomato service is banned)

Small room and felt mosquitoes also. Room service was delayed and we had to call two to three times to get the service

The experience of staying was great, The staff is friendly and attentive which makes their services excellent, some names which were in our stay and made it better are Mukesh, Nikita and Nancy, Overall everyone was very hospitable and helpful

The experience was very nice in relationship quality and price. All the staff was really nice. Specially Mukesh and Mohit in the restaurant. Please pay more attention to glass cleaning in general, both in lobby and in the rooms I think is the only thing in which the hotel can improve. Leaving 2 mosquito spray per room might also be a good idea
