Nous avons été surclassés à notre arrivée pour une chambre un peu plus en hauteur avec une vue magnifique sur la ville et la montagne en arrière. L'hôtel est situé à quelques pas du centre ville, un must. Le petit déjeuner était correct.
La diversité des choix pour le petit-déjeuner continental.

No me gustó que el Hidromasaje que está en todas las fotos del hospedaje para poder ir había que pagar. Yo suelo reservar lugares con piscina en todos los lugares a los cuales vamos con mi familia, este no tenía pero se veía en la plataforma de booking como foto principal un hidromasaje hermoso en un horario de noche todo iluminado. El tema es que para ir había que pagar 15 euros por persona, esta información no la vi en ningún lugar de la paltaforma.

Non tutti gli addetti alla reception sono preparati ed informati. Il parcheggio della struttura non è capiente per tutti gli ospiti ed il costo è troppo alto considerando che nelle vicinanze ci sono parcheggi pubblici che hanno un costo molto molto inferiore.

Petit dejeuner varié et copieux. L'accès à l'hôtel le soir est impossible en voiture avec les rues qui deviennent pietonnes : se garer sur un parking pas loin.

La décoration des chambres est un peu vieillotte et les équipements de la salle de bain datent un peu La climatisation reste bruyante L'accès au SPA reste payant. Compte tenu du prix de la chambre, nous aurions apprécié un accès libre au jacuzzi

They also allowed us to leave our bags after check out. We didn't use the spa facilities but I'm sure they would be great.
Bath/shower in the living area (I clearly didn't read the description properly 😂 ). Additional cost to use the outdoor spa area.
