Beautiful location right on promenade pursed seating area had lovely views Staff very friendly

Our room as at the back overlooking a small street and facing a wall could just about see the sea 🌊 f we craned our head around! The room was very noisy with the sound of upstairs bathroom noises and gushing water it felt as if the ceiling was about to cave in - not that relaxing!

Mooie grote kamer, direct aan de boulevard, mooi groot zwembad, eigen strandje met ligbedjes. Veel restaurantjes in het stadje. Lekker balkon, met uitzicht op de boulevard. Ontbijt is prima. Prima uitvalsbasis. Tip: neem de familiekamer met z’n tweeën.

Ontbijt was maar tot 09:30 uur, dat is erg vroeg. Wifi was ook niet zo goed.

Struttura di qualità, fronte mare con piccola spiaggia privata. Piscina sul retro calma e soleggiata. Tutto bello.

La prima colazione da rivedere. In particolare la parte salata e la frutta. Si puo’ fare di piu’.

Personale maleducato, cibo stile mensa, piscina all aperto da sfruttare con CUFFIA mia visto in un hotel !! Direttore che sgrida i dipendenti per non aver fatto pagare un “servizio” come appoggiare dei ghiaccini nel freezer dei gelati, davanti ai clienti ! Aria condizionata degli anni 70 con massimo 28 gradi in camera ! Un inferno Letto scomodissimo e diviso nonostante la camera matrimoniale ! Delusissimo !

L emplacement et la.vue sur mer, petit déjeuner correct mais beaucoup de monde, petits conseils: en face du syndicat d initiative c est gratuit pour se garer , a seulement 100m et excellent resto avec vue sur mer le Lido azzuro

A medence és a szálloda egész udvara/kertje nagyszerű volt. A melléképületben lévő szobánk -bár nem volt túl nagy- nagyon jó elrendezésű volt. A légkondicionáló kifogástalanul működött.

Lo staff era scortese, non li importava di niente, a volte non salutavano neanche Camera aveva un forte odore di vecchio La colazione era scarsa , ultimi due giorni non c’era più neanche la Nutella Non ci è piaciuto praticamente nulla Servizio spiaggia ci sta ma non c’è ne bar li ne niente Bisogna entrare in albergo se vuoi bere qualcosa Una volta abbiamo voluto a prendere un toast e prosciutto con melone per portare in spiaggia e non era per niente buono Alla fine del check out non ci hanno neanche chiesto come era il soggiorno, sembra che non li importa niente dei ospiti La struttura era bella e pulita ma la gestione è lo staff rovina tutto e non ti accoglie

La struttura è molto bella, pulita e ben curata, e nel complesso il posto è ordinato e piacevole. Purtroppo, però, l’esperienza è stata rovinata soprattutto dal personale. Lo staff è risultato molto poco accogliente e spesso anche scortese: non salutavano nemmeno quando si entrava o si usciva, cosa che personalmente ho trovato davvero spiacevole. In particolare, sono rimasta molto delusa dal servizio alla reception, dove mi sarei aspettata maggiore disponibilità e cordialità. Anche la colazione non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative: era praticamente sempre la stessa e diversi distributori non funzionavano correttamente. Peccato, perché la struttura in sé è davvero bella e ben tenuta. Purtroppo, considerando l’accoglienza e il servizio ricevuto, non ci ritornerei.

La obligación de ponerte un gorro para bañarte en la piscina. Habían muchos guespedes que se repaban la cabeza para no utilizar el gorro inclusive los niños. El peluquero de Leuca se forró....

La colazione andrebbe sicuramente rivista, poco adatta ad un tre stelle.

Position close to the beach. “Private beach” was not private. Only chairs and umbrellas were .

The room was extremely small. No desk. It shouldn’t be rented. At the check-in the young ladies weren’t very welcoming. Cold and not personable.

Das Restaurant ist nicht zu empfehlen, Frühstück ist unter den Erwartungen.

Hotel is perfect, ontbijt ook gewoon goed. Wat wij lekker vonden is dat je vanuit het hotel zo het privé strand op kunt met voldoende bedden en parasols.

Het restaurant om te dineren adviseer ik niet, je kan gelukkig in de buurt voldoende vinden om goed te eten.

Posto magnifico, con un personale gentile, professionale e sempre disponibile. Le camere sono accoglienti, pulite e curate nei dettagli. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole,tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio vivamente!

La colazione sarebbe stato bello trovare un allestimento più invitante, soprattutto considerando i meravigliosi spazi e i colori della struttura, che meritavano una presentazione più curata.

Die Türen knallen zu, ärgerlich am Morgen.

Готель знаходиться в чудовому місці прямо на узбережжі моря. З готеля є зручний вихід через підземний тунель на пляж готеля, де безоплатно надаються в користування парасолі та лежаки. Що цікаво пляжом в основному користуються місцеві жителі, але менше клієнти готелю. Вхід в воду з пляжу незручний, так є багато каміння. Але зручно заходити з бетонного пірса де є металева драбинка. Море було дуже приємне і тепле. Також готель має великий та зручний басейн. Номер краще вибирати з видом на море, так як в цьому разі ви будете мати чудовий вид з балкона. У нас був заброньований номер без прямого виду на море, та по нашому проханню за додаткову плату нам надали номер з видом на море, за що ми дуже вдячні персоналу. Рядом з готелем є чудові бари та ресторани. Сніданки смачні, але одноманітні. Особливо чудові еспрессо та капучино. Якщо ви без автомобіля, то складно добиратися до Санта Марія ді Леука. Ми їхали автобусом із Lecce до Gagliano Leuca. Але із Gagliano до Санта Марія ді Леука доїхати нічим. Ми телефонували в готель і вони прислали нам таксі, яке коштувало дорого. Краще добиратися через Gallipoli.

Das Hotel hat eine Renovation nötig, ist aber trotzdem sauber.

Chambre je trouve limite propre Bien trop cher pour ce que c’est Confort minimum. Aucune envie d’y rester plus longtemps. Un lundi soir musique autour de la piscine à fond jusqu’à passé 1h du matin et Clim qui s’arrête sans raison à 4h du matin Petit déjeuner à éviter. Industriel et café pas bon…

Die Anlage war gepflegt. Der Hotel eigener Strand perfekt zum entspannen. Der Swimmingpool grosszügig und ansprechend. Tolle Lage.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es hat alles gepasst. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Schönes Frühstücksbuffet, sehr schöne Lage!

Fizemos escolhas no restaurante náo táo boas mas ele náo fazia parte da nossa estadia. Escolhemos comer lá pela praticidade mas náo deu certo.

Dated decor, bar closes at 10pm, they ran out of tonic for 4 days and they refused to fix the broken shutter in our room so we woke up at 4am most days due to the sun blazing through the curtains. WiFi not the best.

L'hotel per noi è stato meraviglioso perché abbiamo alloggiato in una camera proprio sul mare.. posizione bellissima, personale molto gentile e lo consiglio veramente a tutti quelli che vogliono visitare Santa Maria di Leuca.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Das Zimmer sehr gut mit bequemer Matratze. Der Strand mit den Liegen wunderschön.

La piscina molto bella e pulita. Ottima colazione con dolce e salato vista mare. Ristorante buono. Camera standard con vista laterale del mare con terrazzo comodo anche per stendere. Camera pulita e spaziosa, stessa cosa del bagno. La posizione è proprio fronte mare (divisa dalla spiaggia dalla strada). Ci hanno consentito di stare in piscina fino all' ora di prendere l'autobus del ritorno. Grazieeee

Mezzi pubblici scarsi purtroppo, ma questo non dipende ovviamente dall' hotel che mi sento di consigliare.

Our room didn’t have balcony. The room description said: “most rooms with balcony”. Well, not ours :( The breakfast was the most basic breakfast I have ever seen in a hotel. Very-very basic.

It had a swimming pool

The room allocated to us upon check in, smelt of sewage. When spoke to reception about changing rooms, we were told that they knew there was a problem with that room, although they allocated it to us anyway. We were moved to the only room they had left and the aircon was poor.

O quarto para uma pessoa é bem ruim. Os melhores são com vista parcial ou total para o mar. A comida no restaurante deles é péssima

Die Lage des Hotels direkt am Strand ist toll. Es gibt auch einen eigenen Durchgang zum Strand + gratis Liegen + Sonnenschirme dort.

Leider ist das Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Vor allem im Bad in unserem Zimmer.

Bathroom was very outdated. Noise from another room’s shower? Sink? Toilet? Was very loud in my room. It sounded like running water was pouring in my room.

Deludente la cena al ristorante interno, con poca offerta e pietanze solo al limite della sufficienza.

La posizione dell'Hotel è ottima, proprio davanti al lungomare. In bassa/media stagione è un paradiso. Il personale veramente gentile, la camera grande (Ho scelto con un piccolo supplemento la camera vista mare) e la colazione ottima. Lo consiglierei.

Colazione pessima…..bagni pietosi nella doccia c’erano i funghi nelle giunzioni delle mattonelle

La situation, la piscine sauf qu’il nous ont après 7 jours fait la remarque que nous n’avions pas de bonnet de bain. Alors que les 7 jours nous ne l’avions pas mis car nous ne savions pas.

Le personnel. Une catastrophe, jamais présent et non disponible pour les clients de plus le barman est également sauveteur et intendant. Aucune personne au bar qui est sensé être ouvert jusqu’a minuit. Le personnel choisi, à qui ils veulent donner des verres en plastique à la piscine et à qui ils ne veulent pas. Ils proposent des linges mais n’en n’ont pas. Le petit déjeuner pas de fruit mais au souper oui. Je ne prendrais pas la demi pension car malheureusement les repas n’étaient pas top.

Posizione spettacolare fronte mare. Camere ampie, accoglienti con tutti i comfort (c’è anche l’iperespresso della Illy!) e arredamento molto curato. Molto apprezzato il terrazzo con vista mare. Ottima insonorizzazione. Colazione buona. Staff cordiale e cortese.

Lovely hotel with very pleasant and helpful staff!, lovely room, great view!. Only stayed one night but would be perfect as a base exploring Salento. One of the few hotels to stay open all year!..

All was very good, maybe slightly better selection for breakfast, but it was the low season and maybe reflects the limited choices..
