Location was excellent, equipment also, but unfortunally the apparment was full of bugs and cockroachs, it was also not really clean. We also heard some bad fight at night between some other guests with some screaming and punches which made the place feel unsafe.

Appartamento bello, ottima la posizione, la vicinanza a negozi e bus, ed il servizio di recupero chiavi autonomo.

La localización es la que hace que te quedes cuando descubres que el piso es una porqueria. Pero se hace necesario tener un lugar en esa zona y por tanto, te acabas quedando.

Es publicidad engañosa. Ponen unas fotografías que no se corresponden con la realidad: puertas arañadas, desvencijadas, las del baño rotas y se te caían en los pies, mampara rota y mal parcheada, unas humedades brutales que afectan a cualquier alérgico, cables por fuera, mobiliario y decoración rotos, papeles de caramelo y etiquetas de ropa por los armarios. Una auténtica porquería de piso dejado y abandonado.

L’appartement est très agréable. Nous ne sommes pas restés dans la journée, mais sinon, au réveil ou en rentrant en fin de soirée, aucun problème.

PROBLEME POUR RENTRER DANS L'appart tout ce fait par mail,pas si facile si pas de connexion .Les photos ne correspondent pas au descriptif du site de Booking .La clim dans la 2eme chambre n'existe pas . Ayant réserver pour ma petite fille je suis très déçu de cette location , moi qui ne voyage qu'avec Booking .

It had a washing machine which we were not expecting but thankful for! The extra beds were made up and ready to go for us!

The shower didn’t drain away, the air con didn’t work well, it was very loud, doors slamming all night, walls thin and could hear everything, not enough soap for 6 people for 2 nights, the cupboard is placed awkwardly on the wall into the kitchen and I smashed my head very badly!

Der vorhandene Balkon wahr super, auch wenn er etwas klein war. Das Apartment ist super gelegen, 3 Metrostationen fußläufig in direkter Nähe. Busverbindungen waren ebenfalls ausreichend vorhanden. Zum Strand lediglich 15-20 Minuten mit dem Bus, dafür alles andere sehr zentral gelegen und schnell zu erreichen.

Es hätten vielleicht ein paar Handtücher mehr sein können für 4 Personen und 1 Woche Aufenthalt.

En el piso no había utensilios útiles y muy necesarios como prancha de ropa, espejo en la habitación, perchas para las ropas y algo para hacer un batido por la mañana como una mini prime o una licuadora. En el plato del baño había mucha suciedad como moho negro

Die Unterkunft war sauber und auch die Bettwäsche war ohne Flecken und roch frisch. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche war vorhanden. Das Personal war bei Rückfragen sehr hilfreich und antwortete stets schnell. Bei Rückfragen bzgl eines zweiten Ventilator stand dieser nach wenigen Stunden vor der Tür. Auch die Lage ist super Anbindung an Bus und Bahn sind stets zu jeder Uhrzeit gegeben!

Leider ist die Unterkunft in die Jahre gekommen. Im Badezimmer fehlt eine Lüftung oder ein richtiges Fenster um anständigen Lüften zu können. An den Wänden blättert die Farbe ab und die Möbel im Badezimmer sind aufgeweicht. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig die Nachbarn konnte man zu jeder Uhrzeit gut verstehen.

One of the rooms we stayed didn’t have a shower enclosure so the bathroom was wet every time someone takes a bath.

Ausstattung: überall Risse in den Wänden, Bodenwanne der Dusche, keine Bleche für den Ofen, kein Besen, warmes Wasser wurde untertags abgestellt, sehr wahrscheinlich wegen Arbeiten an anderen Wohnungen, Schimmel bei den Fenster, Blick aus dem Fenster zum Innenhof ist nur eine stinkige Müllhalde. Beim 1. Öffnen des Küchenkästchen, war da schon die defekte Türe -Scharnier war ausgerissen.. Sehr ringhörige Wohnung, Gebell von Hunden, Nachbarn sehr laut und mitten in der Nacht.

Estaba ubicado cerca de un supermercado y de una avenida por la que pasaba el bus turístico. Tenía 2 baños.

Le faltaba mantenimiento a las puertas ventanas. Una no cerraba bien. Las de madera viejas y las celosías habia que manejarlas con cuidado. Ingresaba olor de lo que cocinaban los otros dptos y quedaba impregnado en el dpto. Le faltaba unos buenos ventiladores en las habitaciones. Nos tocó dias de calor y con los.de pie que tenia no era suficiente.

כשהגענו המעלית לא עבדה תיקנו את זה די מהר אבל עדיין היה נורא קשה, שומעים כל ציוץ של תזוזה בבניין ויש רעש לא נורמלי בלילה.

Nothing. There's nothing about this place to like. If you have not paid attention to any of the other reviews. PLEASE listen to me. First. The elevator was broken when I got there, and my floor was on the top floor. If I had had any disability or had been out of shape at all, I would not have been able to get to the room. I called them, and they were incredibly dismissive and offered zero help. Once in the room, there was a screeching noise from the air system. HIGH-PITCHED screeching noise. Please note, I rented this place for 10 days! On day one I called and a woman came to my room and aknowledged that it was terrible and would disturb my sleep. They said they'd look into it and get back to me. They NEVER did. Worse, they just stopped to responding to me. If that wasn't bad enough, I'm not even sure why this buidling has walls. I could literally hear the man in the room next to me snoring all night. He had the worst apnea I've ever heard. I could count the seconds (if not minutes) that passed between each breath. That man seriously needs a doctor. Even with my ear plugs in I had a difficult time blocking all the noise at night. It was like I was sharing my room with anyone who came in next door. The elevator broke multiple times and at one poing someone might of gotten sick in it becuase there was a terrible smell in it and the hallway that almost made me sick. To top it off...the beds weren't even comfortable...at all. not at all. And the couch is a bed. An undcomfortable bed that is very far from the tv. If you only look at the room, it's cutish...but not cute at all if you don't want to be tearing your hair out every day. I promise you, I am not exagerating. And if I can save even one other person from this experience...I'll have done the word some good. Also note, this saved me no money, there are no extras. you need your own soap, shampoo, conditioner. There is NOTHING there.

Que al ser un edificio antiguo se escuchan mucho los otros habitantes, y tuvimos el reclamo con golpes en el techo desde el piso inferior por mover una silla y que hiciera ruido al correrla.

Good location, well-sized apartment. When we arrived, we did not receive instructions how to get to accommodation. I called the contact number and the lady helped us solve the situation, I apreciate how responsive she was.

Cleanliness of apartment not great and nobody reacted when we asked for it to be cleaned. The shower drain was blocked so every showering was a problem and result very disgusting with drain returning its content:-( Balcony floor was covered in bird sh*t si we couldnt use it. We also asked for cleaning of balcony and for 3 days of our stay noone did anything about it. Kitchen equipment not sufficient. This would be ok for a low-price accommodation but considering how expensive the stay was, we would expect a much better service. Not happy with the stay, would not come back.

The apartment was clean.

The neighbors fought every night late into the evening keeping all of us awake at all hours of the night. The walls were thin and we could hear them shouting at each other every night we were there. There was no AC or fans and it was too loud to keep the windows open so we sweat all night.

Nos gustó la ubicación y proximidad a lugares para visitar. Muchas conexiones de transporte público y mercados alrededor del departamento. El edificio es muy bello y antiguo pero a la vez moderno.

Agregaría algunas cosas para hacer la estadía más completa como ser más productos de tocador ya q solo había para un día y éramos 4 pasajeros, un cepillo para barrer , bolsas de residuos, modernizar la TV para poder acceder a plataformas pero a pesar de esto estuvo muy bien la estadía.

L’appartamento è come da descrizione. Buona posizione in zona tranquilla con la metro abbastanza vicina; alimentari, farmacia e bar vicinissimi a casa.

È stato un pò complicato capire l’accesso per l’appartamento, in quanto tutto telematico e poco chiari i passaggi. Gli infissi non sono il top, purtroppo durante la notte si sono sentiti parecchi rumori.

Apartamento viejo, agujeros en las paredes , inodoro que cuando llegamos no funcionaba, habitación sin cortinas ni persianas, ventanas rotas . En general el piso en mal estado. NO ES EL APARTAMENTO QUE SALE EN LA FOTO NI PARECIDO

Tiene una buena localización, bastante bien cuidado y es bastante amplio.

Al segundo día no tuvimos agua caliente, salía congelada literal, y nadie nos respondía el teléfono, la verdad que el personal estuvo mal, durante todo el finde semana no nos respondieron. Justo el día que nos íbamos dieron señales de vida. A parte el apartamento tiene olor a pies no lo limpian bien el suelo, sino el resto está bastante limpio.

We left the accommodation the following morning because the room conditions were unacceptable, especially for our children. The room had a very strong, unpleasant smell, making it extremely uncomfortable to stay. The building and room appeared old and poorly maintained, with significant dirt and dust everywhere. It seemed as though the bedroom had been closed for a long time, as there was visible dust accumulation. Additionally, the room looked nothing like the photos shown online. We were also charged the city tax before arrival, with the explanation that access would otherwise not be provided. This gives the impression that the property was aware the room was not suitable for guests. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and unfortunately not the first time we’ve encountered such issues when booking through Booking.com.

La ubicación está muy bien, la restauración del techo del salón impresionante, la calefacción correcta y tienes todo lo necesario para cocinar además de toallas y productos de aseo.

No nos gustó la falta de remate, que no hubiese cortinas y las cucarachas, no molan nada, dan asco y se pasean por la cocina y el frigorífico.

Głośność, ściany apartamentu są chyba z tektury, wszystko słychać zarówno gości jak i remont , co nie pozwalało się wyspać. Sofa w salonie nadaje się do wymiany niezbyt czysta i okno w salonie nie można było otworzyć. Wyposażenie kuchni ok, duży plus żelazko.

Había cucarachas, vimos varias, incluso dentro de la nevera. Menos espacioso y más cutre de lo que parece en las fotos. Acabados de mala calidad y bastante cascados.

Le bruit des voisins dans l’immeuble chaque nuit. Le bruit de la rue nous gêné moins que celui des voisins qui claquaient casserole, criaient, trainaient les chaises ... Malgré cela l’appartement est vraiment top.

Lo mejor es la ubicación y ya.

El piso estaba sobre un restaurante por lo que se colaba el olor a comida todo el día. además de un intenso olor a humedad en todo el piso. La limpieza es muy mala en el lugar, encontré cucarachas en el cajón de los platos. En el baño, la ducha no tragaba bien el agua y se desbordaba por todo el baño, lo que dejaba todo el piso húmedo. Se nota muy descuidado, cuadros rotos, el balcón repleto de caca de palomas, etc.

The property is completely different from what’s shown in Booking. There is nothing good to say about it: the sink in the bathroom was broken and was about to fell, the whole bathroom smelled like cigarettes, the windows in one of the bedroom didn’t close at all, the whole apartment smelled like fried food from the restaurant below. In the description there were 2 bedrooms and one sofa bed but we received 6 single beds, 2 of which were with broken planks. And to complete everything, when we arrived and texted the property’s owners to change the apartment because the whole building is theirs, no one replied neither on Booking or WhatsApp. Although they didn’t miss to remind us about our check out with no comment about our complaints.
