We ended up staying an extra 2 nights because it was very practical and convenient for everything.

Ruhig gelegen, trotzdem zentral. Freundlicher Gastgeber. Großes Zimmer mit Küche und Bad.

Der TV könnte größer sein. Pool nur bis 18:00.

Great value! Rooms were large and spotless, staff were amazing, and the pool was perfect.

Perfect family stay at Royal Prince Residence. Huge, comfortable apartments and a great swimming pool that the kids loved. Very friendly staff It's tucked away from the noisy main streets so it's quiet at night, but still an easy trip to the beach. Highly recommend!

Spacious room. Lots of cupboards and packing space.

Kitchenette area had ants. Waited 2 days for insect spray. One side of kitchen had loose mesh panels resulting in hot air entering continuously. Aircon unit too small for size of room.

Niente

The hosts were really kind and helpful.

Good price and good place this is my second visit 🥰

The rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained, Sam, the hotel manager was amazing.

Is a nice place to stay

Is close to the city centre

Accueil

There was nothing to like it was that bad and even I’d there’s something good it was overshadowed by the improper things.

What can I mention from room service to facilities which was offered was very poor in quality it was not even in 1 star hotel standards.

Host was very good Upgraded us to a better room for free. Excellent service Amazing value for money

Overall experience was great

Good stay nice rooms clean and very big pool good

L'emplacement

Nice place location good rooms very Clean staff super friendly nice residency We saw some reviews bad when we find the staff there is Guest's problems but honestly the residence super nice highlight of the staff Pool nice super clean highly recommend

La sympathie du personnel

Very spacious

NA

We had a nice stay at the Royal Prince Residence. Mr. Sam (Manager) was helpful and funny who gave warm hospitality to me and my friends. Room was very spacious. Beds were comfortable. Located near shops/markets and other amenities. Nice location - not too far from Patong Beach. 10 minute walk to Bangla Road. Away from the business of Patong.

WiFi was okay… the room was dated but for the price that’s what I would expect.

Great location Big apartment Stuff was nice

Only one WC and shower for 5 people Wifi did not work

Very spacious

What heater didn't work for my 3 days trip

All the attractive ones very near

Nothing

The rooms are quite spacious… location is superb..everything is accessible and the staff is friendly..I would definitely recommend this place

Location, good room size

The indian staff was very rude and baised on nationality. Next day he apologize forn his behaviour.

It is a good hotel, clean, quiet, close to tourist attractions. I choose this place every time I come to Patong. The staff is attentive and quick.

Friendly Hospitality,Highly recommended, reasonable price, well located, this is my 8th Visit to Patong Royal Prince Residence over last three years. Qauit place far from loud music and sounds amazing relax to spend more sleepy good

Cozy rooms. Great Service and centralised location for Bangla street.

Booked 3 rooms we like stay here The room was very clean, every day we had room cleaning and clean towels. The staff is very helpful and willing to help you with anything you need. The location is amazing because it is close to supermarkets, market, massage, bars and restaurants. You can also rent a motorbike and book any day trip near by many shops

Nice, spacious rooms and very nice service. The owner was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend it 😎🌴🏖️
