Reviewed Aug 31, 2026L’appartement vaut vraiment son prix et il est très bien équipé. La vue depuis le balcon est tout simplement magnifique, comme dans un conte de fées ! L’emplacement et le paysage ont rendu notre séjour très agréable.
Nous avons séjourné dans l’appartement 405 et il y avait beaucoup de poussière, surtout dans la chambre. Nous supposons que le ménage avait été fait après le départ des derniers clients, mais que l’appartement était resté inoccupé pendant un certain temps sans être vérifié avant notre arrivée. Comme nous étions accompagnés d’un bébé de trois mois, cela a été particulièrement désagréable. De plus, à notre arrivée, il n’y avait qu’un seul rouleau de papier toilette, déjà entamé. J’ai dû me rendre personnellement à la réception pour en demander un autre. C’est un point assez décevant qui devrait vraiment être amélioré.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Everything you need in an apartment was available. The balcony had a lovely view, and the location was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, and communication beforehand was clear and informative, especially regarding the car-free area.
The apartment was good overall. There were just a few minor issues, such as the dishwasher not being properly secured. The finishing could also have been better, especially around the sealant and edges. However, overall, we had a good experience.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026We had a wonderful 2-night stay in Avoriaz. Arriving at night was a bit complicated, but the staff were extremely helpful and guided us through it. The location is great, affordable, and surrounded by beautiful views with a very relaxed atmosphere. There were plenty of activities for both families and individuals. A special mention to the team: I accidentally left my phone in the apartment after checking out, and the staff located it and safely returned it to my house in the UK! Truly top-tier service. Highly recommended!
Nighttime arrival is tricky Navigating arrival at night was a bit complicated and confusing at first, but it was resolved very quickly.

Das Konzept hat mich als Alleinreisenden nicht überzeugt. Für mich war das weiter entfernte parken unpraktisch. Auch wenn man seine Sachen abladen und mit dem kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellten bollerwagen zur Unterkunft fahren konnte. Für Familien kann das Konzept sicher toll sein. Es ist natürlich schön, dass das komplette Resort autofrei ist.

Wat verouderd en gebruikt appartement maar nog steeds degelijk verblijf en goeie prijs-kwaliteit. Bedden wel relatief hard.

Будьте готові до пересування з валізами по снігу, не чистять доріжки, якщо випаде багато снігу, сервіс відсутній. В номері прийдеться прибирати самостійно, одягати постіль при поселенні, користуватись одними рушниками весь час перебування, немає засобів гігієни в душі, лише маленький кусочок мила. При виселенні потрібно прибрати кухню, винести все сміття та розстелити і зняти використану постіль, бо будуть штрафи. Ми не були до цього готові, запрошуємо в Україну, тут сервіс гостинності 10/10, навіть під час теперішньої ситуації в країні😊 Сніданки відсутні, ресторани працюють з великими перервами на обід або пізно відкриваються. При виселенні не повідомили, що траса внизу по горі заблокована, ми могли потрапити в аварію, дороги не чистяться.

Reviewed Apr 13, 2026This was a last minute booking - Perfect for what we needed and great value for money. The space for a family of 3 was more than enough with a good amount of storage. We had a room with a balcony, very basic, but enough to enjoy the fabulous view over Avoriaz! Decent bathroom facilities, bath and decent shower, towels provided. Boot room facilities and access to the slopes - as well as proximity to ski schools was excellent!
No oven - our fault as didn't read the small print, and made do with the microwave and electric hob. The dishwasher made up for it though!

These small things may have made me feel like i'd got better value for money. For example; they could have provided more than 1 toilet roll, salt and pepper, shampoo and conditioner or at least hand-soap for each bathroom. In general though, a great place to stay, in an excellent location with a hire shop just next door. We loved borrowing board games from reception and ordering fresh bread each day. The staff were always pleasant and the apartment was very clean when we arrived.
