飯店很平價，但服務有些貼心考量，例如房間安排二樓靠近馬路邊，床邊就有額外提供耳塞給對聲音敏感的顧客用。住宿當晚有新北煙火活動，房價別沒有因此哄抬過高價錢

酒店房間設計簡潔而舒適，設施要有的都有，職員親切友善。

整體環境乾淨整齊，房間是兩面落地玻璃，白天非常明亮，早餐吧台有多種選擇，服務人員態度非常親切，整體我給高評！如果還有下次，還會再選擇這裡👍

The hotel was very nice with great location. The breakfast was the best part with lots of choices in American style and Chinese style. However, we stayed there four nights and did not get any cleaning services.

ホテルの説明に日本語対応とあるが、対応していない。英語で対応してくれるも、早過ぎて聞き取れず、かなり困った。設備は古め、部屋は広く開放的。眺望は工事中の橋…。LRTの駅から近く、MRTの淡水から歩くとかなり遠い。

Grei beliggenhet med busser og trikk i kort avstand. Stranden er en kort trikketur unna. Stranden egner seg kun til å vasse og ta bilder av solnedgangen. Det er mye drivved og søppel på den Det er ingenting galt med hotellet. Store, lyse rom med gode senger, men dette er ikke et 5-stjerners hotel a la Shangri-la og four Seasons. Derfor har jeg gitt 3 stjerner. Kan allikevel anbefale det om man skal til Tamsui

整體體驗很讚，而且價格cp值很高，還有一封未來信可以寄送👍 機械停車格略不好停，要注意有些車格有兩個斜桿的，要注意車的側邊 也可以停戶外平面，有補助停車費很棒。不然就是遠一點的停車場，走路約7分鐘 當散步也還好，門口方便下行李再過去停

The room was very big with everything I need. With the pricing like that, i think it is hard to look for one in the neighborhood. However, the staff did not seem to be very welcoming. There was some room for them to improve that.

Never had any parking lots despite the advertisement. Was told to park 8 mins away from the hotel or pay for any additional parking charges incurred. Buffet was mediocre that we had to skip the remaining days after the first visit. We were served tasteless porridge and noodles, highlights being fried nuggets and hash browns speak volumes. Room was decently clean but the dehumidifier was malfunctioning and not repaired despite having housekeeping for two days. amenities such as dental products had to be requested

環境大致上還不錯，唯傍晚入住時櫃檯接待的男服務員態度不佳，詢問入住相關問題時全程板著臉，令人感受不好。（其餘時間段遇到的服務人員態度都很好）

距離捷運站有點遠但房間大 清潔有待加強，書桌本子下有垃圾

房間隔音不佳，半夜垃圾車收垃圾時很大聲，除濕機的水是滿的沒有整理

整體很好，就是衛生能再加強。 房內濕氣較重、室內燈光十分昏暗。 但有附除濕機，降低濕氣問題。 推薦給獨自旅行的旅客。

Booked a Family room. Hotel is big and spacious. But the layout of the TV, bathroom and bathtub is very bad. Totally no privacy as it’s open space no curtains no partitions. More suitable for couples than families.

承億文旅-淡水吹風是一個前往北台灣旅遊的住宿好方便的商旅店，交通方便，飲食也方便，櫃檯人員和房務人員都很專業又親切，下次還是會選擇承億

首次入住的文青旅店，比我想像中的還要好。若大的房間，舒適。提供的早餐也不錯。還會想要再去住的旅店。

The HotelDay Tamsui rooms are huge and very convenient! Many choices at the buffet breakfast The LRT ride to Tamsui station is a bit long, you can actually walk all the way there near the sea if the weather is fine - takes about 30min A great place to stay if you want to be a bit away from the busy Taipei

環境設施大致上沒問題，唯停車場需等候電梯出入，較費時間；人員服務態度不差，美中不足的是當日有團體客人，早餐時間餐廳無座位可用需等候，環境嘈雜，對趕時間的商務人士來說壓力很大⋯

個人最不滿意是清潔部分，窗簾還有燈具佈滿灰塵，感覺囤積很久。浴室及冰箱邊緣都有發霉狀況。移動床時，床底還有之前更換下來沒收走的枕頭套及使用過的備品，感覺清潔做得很潦草。 唯一床墊是好睡的。

入住雙床房， 廁所與淋浴間出來直接面對床 ，中間的簾子不見，隱私感不足，一般朋友不建議選擇該房型型.床非常硬 感覺沒有床墊，接近海邊，房間潮濕. 早餐簡單但吃的飽，服務生接待跟整理很有效率

隔間差似乎是木板隔間的感覺，氣候冷無相關禦寒配套，櫃台人員熱情度天冷也不熱情

還不錯的地點，可惜房間書桌處的壁紙剝落嚴重能看到水泥牆，但基本整潔有維持

離漁人碼頭很近，如果行程以漁人碼頭為主軸的家庭旅遊非常適合，也可以搭乘大眾運輸因為和輕軌漁人碼頭站步行即到。

整體環境、服務都不錯，只是地下停車位不容易停，入口是升降式機台，如果開稍微大一點的車的人要注意一下，不然就停路邊停車格。

非常棒的住宿環境，感謝飯店給予升等，房間很大，疫情期間雖然只能內送餐盒，早餐還是非常豐盛，物超所值的體驗！

空間很大，但室內燈光過暗。尤其是冷氣，無法調節，調高溫度，卻始終都是在20度，跟櫃台反映，得到的回答卻是太冷建議先將空調關掉.....有夠傻眼的!!! 從很多小細節，可以看到房間清掃人員，清掃得不夠確實， 備品杯裡，都是灰塵跟小髒汙。 冰箱溫度也不夠冷，礦泉水放了一天，還只是涼涼的。 櫃台小姐跟先生都很親切，但服務內容可以多加強。

休李車停車不方便

機械式停車不方便之外，其他都很不錯。 如果浴室多一個平台可以放置盥洗用品更佳。

房間濕氣重所以感覺冷，櫃台可以借暖氣 但暖氣吹了很燥熱，建議淡水這麼潮濕多雨還是砸錢裝中央空調冷暖吧 浴室瓷磚剝落，熱水來的很慢

房間乾淨舒服。早餐比想像中的要豐盛。中西式樣式也蠻齊全。也有水果。 剛好在邊間 還能從窗戶看到河邊的煙火。運氣不錯。

房間潮濕霉味很重，牆壁漆脫落還有壁紙也是！本來很想換房間，打到櫃檯沒人接時間很晚就算了！只好整晚戴著口罩！本來還很開心床算大...可是床鋪睡起來不舒服，枕頭也只有給兩顆，浴巾破洞..浴室膠條脫落關不上....算是我出差多年加上帶小孩出門住飯店最難忘的一次體驗

舒適的房間，非常大的四人房 有陽台不過採光沒有很好（被對面大樓擋住） 附近走路到漁人碼頭看夕陽很近 櫃檯服務很親切 四樓有xbox玩運動大集合 早餐還可以，只是地點在B1

服務態度可以提升，對於當天訂房較晚入住的客人，在解釋事情的時候也希望能有耐心。

可惜停車場壞了，需要有一段路到公有停車場

大廳空間小又熱，等候入住時間長！房間隔音不太好，電梯太少，滿房時要等非常久喔～早餐用餐空間需步行樓梯至地下空間，鐵樓梯有不太安全的感覺，有一隻蒼蠅飛來飛去，桌面清潔速度慢，房間地毯老舊，衛浴空間也小，動線地板有落差，小孩長者需要特別小心，服務及早餐還可以，但整體以訂房網加服務稅金之後近4600的房價來說，並無達到這樣的水準！並不推薦此間飯店～

很乾淨我很喜歡，唯一就是隔音有點差Orz ! 還會去住其他地方的承億。讚讚

Quiet and cosy

Does not clean room unless asked, staff were not helpful, breakfast has limited choices

Check-in was easy. I can only speak English, but they were very accommodating and helpful. The breakfast buffet was large and had an excellent and varied selection. I would come back!

We stayed 2 nights on weekends. The first night is really noisy caused by air conditioner or machine near by. But the staff helped us to change another room immediately and solve the problem efficiently. Really appreciated!

The clean room and good complementary breakfast are excellent

It was a big space that was cool to be in. It was close to the fisherman’s wharf.

Pleasant stay, clean and staff were polite. Only negative point was that my pillow was flat, need to be changed.

The breakfast is very good. The staff isvery friendly. The room is very clean. The environment of this hotel is quiet. The only downside of this hotel is the parking spot needs good skill to park vehicle.

The hotel is nice and artistic in its design. It's walking distance to the fisherman wharf, a famous tourist attraction in Tam Sui area. My only negative comment is the breakfast, it has less variety comparing with other hotels in Taiwan. But it's free and I have no compliant.

Had to stay here for a conference as all other hotels were booked in the area. It was convienient and there are bicycles to borrow for free. The breakfast was ok- 50:50 mix of local and western. Nice coffee machine. The staff was very friendly which was a plus. The room was just ok- but fine for a few days (was clean, bed was good). 10-15min Uber ride to Tamsui were there are plenty of restaraunts.

The view over the river from my room was beautiful and the rooms were newly renovated. Unfortunately, those rooms are situated right on the main road which means lots of noises. My room was on 6th floor and yet I still hear some even with the air conditioner on. But maybe things will be better on higher floors. Only valet parking is available.

location is good for cyclist, good view for high floors, friendly and helpful staff, clean and big room, bed is a bit hard for me

Overall, Hotel Day Plus was a bit of a disappointment. Outside of the main check-in area, the hotel was very, very dark all over. The concrete floors stole something away from the romantic quality of the rest of the room, as did the open plan bathroom--not the most romantic of situations. The perimeter of the shower was moldy, but other than that the place was tidy and clean. Hotel staff was nice. The biggest disappointment outside of the room itself was that it was so far off the beaten path--while it was cool to stay in an area that was residential and see how locals did their thing, my husband and I had booked the place as a romantic, kid-free getaway for our wedding anniversary and so the location was pretty anti-climactic. But there is a really incredible noodle spot close by near the 7-11, and lots of local food sellers and fruit stands etc. The people of Tamsui are also very nice. Although the Fisherman's Wharf and Lover's Bridge are close by and walkable, there is not much to do at that spot outside of walking the bridge and boardwalk which takes less than a half hour. I suggest you stay somewhere on the strip of stores and restaurants located more centrally downtown to get a better bang for your buck and better water views. *Side note: we took a ferry over to Bali. It was a nice 10-minute boat ride, but due to the rain and being post-Typhoon, the area was pretty dead and kinda dirty. (sorry!) So, save that trip for a sunny day in early summer, not late August.

Good and classy room. Open bathroom concept is unique and interesting. Neighbourhood is near to tourist attractions.

Loved the stay here! Amazing view from the room. The location is quite far off from the train station and main city area of Tamsui, but is within walking distance of Lover's Bridge.

Good location in a decent, orderly neighborhood, within walking distance to the river bank and Fisherman's Wharf, hence closeness to numerous eateries and shops. The streets around the corner are also served by several public bus services that run at regular intervals. A bus ride to nearby attractions and the Tamsui MRT Station is a breeze. Rooms are spacious and tastefully furnished.

The decoration in the lobby and the room is special. The room is very clean. I feel very relaxing to stay there.
