We had the best room, with a fabulous view from the balcony, luxury bathroom and sofa. I enjoyed the breakfast Asti Spumante.

Bit of a struggle with our luggage up the stairs, but we managed and were offered help.

Sehr schönes und stilvolles Hotel mit grosser Terrasse und grossem Frühstücksraum (dieser mit einmaliger Aussicht). Das Essen ist sehr fein (sehr empfehlenswert) und das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Die Gastgeber und das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich. Parkplätze gibt es genügend hinter dem Hotel, auf Wunsch gibt es noch Parkmöglichkeiten in der Tiefgarage. Das Doppelzimmer ist genügend gross und hell. Bauartbedingt ist Dusche/WC sehr klein und eng. War aber für 2 Übernachtungen ok. Alles bestens, würde ich wieder buchen!

Es ist extrem schön, auch die Bekleidung des Personal einfach hervorragend. Hatte ein paar Schuhe vergessen, nach einem kurzen Telefon sind die Schuhe schon bereits auf der Post aufgegeben. Sowas nennt mann super Service. Herzlichen Dank für alles und Freundliche Grüsse Walter Schenkel

Nel complesso la struttura è molto bella e storica. Tutto il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Ottima la colazione e le pietanze cucinate e presentate con cura.

Manca un ascensore (ma presumo che in una struttura di questa tipologia non sia fattibile). La toilette era decisamente troppo piccola come pure la doccia.

Schöne und grosse Zimmer, abwechslungsreiches und reichhaltiges Frühstück, freundliches Personal, zentral gelegen. Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der rege befahrenen Strasse, bei offenem Fenster sind die vorbeifahrenden Fahrzeuge relativ laut.

Behagliche und gediegene Atmosphäre in Hotel und Restaurant, schönes kleines Zimmer mit Holzbalkon, gemütlich eingerichtet, hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet mit großer Auswahl und Qualität (viele regionale Produkte), sehr schmackhafte Speisen der schweizerischen und italienischen Küche im Restaurant (auch Engadiner Spezialitäten), sehr nettes Personal.

Zimmerpreise etwas hoch, offener Wein im Glas ziemlich teuer

Location and service food as well as wine selection.

Attention for clients to be improved. There was a discount of 20% on food if you were staying at least 4 nights. This information is basic and normally is given at the beginning of the stay, like breakfast time and how to access during nights... So just three basic information. We got this info the last night the tenant at check out mentioned that was written somewhere in the documentation given at beginning.. Maybe it's true I didn't read about it, but discounts info if available shall be given at beginning. So I basically paid about 150 CHF more just because I paid the same night of the dinner and not at check out. At least as a small sense of compansation of this misunderstanding the cost of water and candies could be given as free (20 CHF). However it could be partially our fault but also staff fault.. We booked every day dinner and no info about this discount was given.

Simply everything. Charming old house, owners and all staff are exceptional, you feel like at home from the moment you step in the door. Also the restaurants and breakfast are great - in historic rooms with marvelous views!

The sauna and fitness room are quite dated and in another building across the street, which in winter is a bit inconvenient. Some more vegan choices at breakfast and in the restaurants would be great.

Einfach Klasse! Zimmer und Essen wunderbar. Auch unser Hund war sehr willkommen.

Es war sehr gemütlich, sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig.

Es war wirklich ein toller Aufenthalt. Vor allem das Frühstück war wunderbar, super Auswahl, alles frisch. Die Lage war top. Das Personal war so freundlich. Ich komme definitiv wieder.

The location in the stunning village of Maloja! The views from the breakfast room were simply awe inspiring and the vicinity to the Silsersee and many beautiful hiking paths. The room which we got no.18 had a modest interior but comfortable bed and even a small seating area as well as a balcony. Stuff was friendly and helpful. No complains here. We were lucky to use the Sauna facilities in private probably because these are in a peculiar place on the other side of the road so you either have to go entirely dressed or walk the short distance in your bathrobe in the middle of the village!

The bathroom had no real door to close which we mind very much as there is no bit of privacy and sounds as well as smells penetrate into the entire room. The amenities like the shampoo and body lotion were expired some almost a year ago! I feel this is not acceptable and it shows that it’s either due to lack of attention or simply not caring enough. Food at breakfast very plain and not too many choices. In the land of exquisite cheese i would appreciate more local products rather than imported from nearby Italy. All in all good services but definitely massively overpriced!

A wonderful hotel, full of Alpine ambiance. A nice, well appointed room with a balcony on the quiet side of the hotel (away from the main road). A divinely comfortable bed, a true king and not just two singles pushed together. Lovely staff in both the hotel and the restaurant, very helpful and friendly and comfortable in English (among several other languages). An outstanding evening meal in the restaurant. The breakfast buffet was top-notch, lots of offerings and everything of excellent quality.

The room was a little on the small side, especially the bathroom, but it was well designed so not really a problem. Rooms facing the road would not be quiet, as there's a lot of traffic through the village, but this was not a problem for me. No hot options for breakfast, but lots of other options.

Hotel molto bello, posizione ottima per chi non vuole stare nel caos, camera molto grande e pulita. Il parcheggio è privato dell'hotel, la vista della camera bellissima, e tutti i servizi che offrono che sono davvero tanti sono fantastici, purtroppo però non ne ho usufruito per le mie tempistiche, ma offrono veramente di tutto. Personale cortese e gentile. Ottima struttura.

Devo dire la verità, sono rimasto un po’ deluso dalla colazione: per un hotel a 4 stelle mi è sembrata piuttosto limitata, con poca scelta. La sala è bellissima, ma con poco si potrebbe offrire molto di più. Un altro aspetto, almeno secondo la mia opinione personale, è la mancanza di scuri alle finestre (o non li ho trovati io). La mattina presto, con il sorgere del sole, la luce entra direttamente in camera e ti sveglia. A me piace avere la stanza buia, ma capisco che ad altri possa non dare fastidio. Infine, non c’è un portiere notturno: se si lascia la chiave in hotel e si dovesse rientrare dopo le 22, in caso di necessità si rischia di restare fuori.

目的がセガンティーニが愛したマロヤ峠に行ってみたい、その景色の中で肌で感じてみたいと言う事だった。しかもスイス建国記念日でお祝いムード、花火、雨の予報を覆して青空まで、ホテルは歴史あるシャレースタイルをそのまま維持、内装は快適に改装し、料理も美味しく、スタッフも素朴感あり親切で此処の雰囲気にとてもマッチして大満足でした。

特別苦情では無いけどエレベーターが無いので足の悪い人には少々不便もあるかと、

Interieur ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, etwas urchig. Zu viele Möbel zu viele Stile zugleich, und zu viele (schweizer Tradition..) Mitteilungen was man alles nicht sollte und darf. Aber: Vielleicht wollen dies die Stammgäste. Haus hätte mehr potenzial, wie zb Krone in La Punt. Wertung: derzeit zu teuer für was es ist. Maloja macht insgesamt einen etwas verschlafenen Eindruck.

Das über 600 Jahre alte, imposante Holzchalet ist ein echtes Wahrzeichen – man kann es kaum übersehen. Das Gastgeberpaar ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend, unterstützt von einem engagierten Team, das in allen Bereichen mit Herzblut bei der Sache ist. Wir waren rundum zufrieden: Unser großzügiges Zimmer (Nr. 29) bot viel Komfort, und das Frühstücksbuffet überzeugte mit hochwertigen, regionalen Produkten. Auch das Abendessen ist absolut empfehlenswert – eine ausgezeichnete Küche und ein gut sortierter Weinkeller runden den Aufenthalt perfekt ab.

Chambre beaucoup trop chaude: grandes baies vitrées sans stores ni volets, aïe. Devoir remplir ses données sur une tablette au check-in. C’est interminable lorsqu’il y a un groupe, et bonjour la discrétion! Vraiment pas top

Localização precisa pegar um ônibus para chegar. Não quiseram nos servir raclete, com a desculpa de que estavam lotados. Porém, jantamos às 17:45 e não tinha ninguém. Ficamos chateados, pois gostaríamos de ter essa experiência e faltou um pouco de empatia da parte deles.

Had a lovely view out to the mountains. A really nice quiet village not too far from st mortiz town. You don’t have to walk far to the busstop it’s very close by to the hotel. Had quite a homely family feel. The staff were very friendly.
