去這裡很多次了，每次都是一樣工作人員行李也不幫忙拿，只會在旁邊看出一張嘴吆喝你車子這裡不能停，那你不能停說實在的這是個大飯店加油的態度嗎？幾乎每次都這樣。

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026The location of the hotel is great, with a special pathway to the beautiful beach and right near Kending night market. There's a bus station right near the hotel. The facilities and breakfast buffet were very price worthy. The room was large and comfortable, especially the bed. The view from the room was breath taking. The service of the workers was great as well.

剛check in落地窗旁地板有一顆氣球？廁所浴缸裂痕嚴重！小孩泡澡會刮皮膚，所以沒泡很久。洗衣籃提把也斷掉用束帶固定。

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Die Lage zum Strand ist top, wobei wir nicht viel davon hatten da es geregnet hat und wir wegen der gefährlichen Strömung nicht ins Meer kommten. Direkt an der Straße der Nightmarket und Restaurants, das war praktisch. Großer Pool, alle Mitarbeiter:innen sehr freundlich.
Das Zimmer dass wir bekommen hatten (ich hatte darum gebeten dass es möglichst leise ist), war quasi im Außenbereich des Hotels, dadurch hatten wir durch die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit ständig nasse Böden im Zimmer die trotz Klima nicht trockneten. Die Hygiene ließ leider auch zu wünschen übrig. Bei Bezug waren noch Seifenreste in der Dusche, und auch unter dem Bett befanden sich benutzte Taschentücher und eine alte Spange. Am nächsten Tag gingen wir zur Rezeption und erhielten ein neues Zimmer im Innenbereich. Da hatten wir dann keine Probleme mehr mit der Feuchtigkeit, jedoch wurde dort 2 Tage lang unser WC nicht geputzt. Alles musste angesprochen werden, danach wurde es auch gemacht. Das Hotel macht einen schäbigen Eindruck und ist wirklich sehr heruntergekommen. Auf dem Weg zum Strand sind überall feuchte und nasse Böden mit Kübeln zum Wasser auffangen aufgestellt. Ich war enttäuscht dieses Hotel gebucht zu haben.

隔音不是很好 房間跟停車場都有很濃的霉味 另外訂房的時候 未提醒不含早餐 等到現場的時候才告知
