Beautiful hotel in a stunning location with amazing staff. I had a fabulous stay. My room was very comfortable with wonderful views of Discovery Bay. I would love to return one day.

1.スタッフ、特にフロントの対応が悪い。朝６時にフロントに行くと寝ており、水を頼むと７時になるまで待てと。終始座ったままで、非常気分を害する偉そうな対応。ウォーターサーバーくらい設置すべき。 2.バスルームの排水力が低く、風呂と洗面を同時流すとオーバーフローして水浸しに。 3.清掃が行き届いていない。電話機がほこりまみれ

Location, amazing views across the bay to Hong Kong. Very comfortable rooms. Large swimming pool. Excellent range of foods in the buffet breakfast. Use of the shuttle bus to Disney and Tung Chung. Pier out front where you can get the ferry to HK island

Not really anything to do with the hotel, but the local beach was quite plastic polluted.

Amazing facilities- the swimming pool, kids club, and shuttle services in particular were great. Close to Disneyland. Has good selection of shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Well priced for Hong Kong

酒店空调风量最小也感觉放了一个发动机、吵得没有办法入睡，衣柜的门关不紧里面的感应灯一直亮着 深夜太晚了没有叫修理人员，第二天反映给前台前台说如果早点反应他们就可以处理。在前台预定了去亚洲国际博览的大巴，大巴明明可以到博览馆东大堂门口，但结果放在了一个附近的停车场，这个入口可以到达但只有楼梯，外面瓢泼大雨带着两个行李箱在楼道口避雨了很久，体验感太差

The hotel is a great choice for those wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of Hong Kong, making it ideal for family staycations. They offer various activities for kids, which we unfortunately missed, like the horse encounter and scavenger hunt. We loved the outdoor pool and the spacious suite with a stunning mountain view. However, we did notice some dust on the bedside table and TV counter, as well as crumbs and rubbish behind the sofa bed. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely return.

I am very satisfied with our stay. The front desk staff Candy were extremely polite and helpful, and she even upgraded us to an ocean view room. The room view is very awesome!

View was outstanding. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly.

The macaroni cheese was from a packet. Communication with the hotel prior to our visit was difficult with one member of staff (Ivy) choosing not to get back to us and leaving us in the lurch at the airport, which when you have two exhausted kids and a lot of luggage, was unacceptable.

The property was perfectly located for visiting friends who live in Discovery Bay and for getting to Disneyland. The room view was so good and the bathroom was excellent.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Auberge Discovery Bay Hong Kong! Discovery Bay truly feels like a peaceful getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city, making it the perfect spot for a family vacation. The highlight of our trip was definitely the outstanding service. A special shout-out to Candy, who was absolutely exceptional and went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and pleasant. The entire staff team was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our visit. For convenience, there is a huge marketplace located nearby, which was fantastic for picking up anything our family needed during the stay. If there is one minor downside, it’s that the in-room TV is a bit outdated and is not a smart TV. However, this didn't take away from our overall experience. It was a very pleasant stay, and we would highly recommend it to any families looking for a relaxing holiday!

Staff are very helpful and a really lovely stay. If you need something done ask for Candy who is really helpful and goes out of her way. Really recommend the Auberge for staying at a reasonable price and great service.

It was the only hotel in the vicinity where our family live, so convenient.

Every afternoon they had drilling in the bathroom of the room above us that they were renovating. We had no warning if this and this was when we were wanting to rest after a busy morning.

Auberge is a great hotel far from the bustling city center of Hong Kong. The sea view room includes a featured step in bath that is large enough to lay down 3 people. Would definitely visit again.

This is by far the best hotel we had. From staff to services to amenities, 100% will return if given the chance.

I booked this hotel two weeks in advance to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and had requested both early check-in and late check-out. On the day of our arrival, we arrived about an hour early. The staff allowed us to check in but informed us that our room was not yet ready and asked us to return in an hour. When we came back, we were unexpectedly told that our reserved room was no longer available. Instead, we were given a room with two single beds. I was extremely disappointed, especially since this was a special occasion. This change should have been communicated to us earlier, rather than at the last minute. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I believe the situation could have been handled with much better communication and customer service.

Excellent facilities, great room, brilliant views and convenient location

Only one thing - there were no staff helping with my bags . This was both at check in and check out . This would normally have been ok , but I was travelling Allen and had three heavy bags

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the hotel has several free shuttle buses to nearby attractions, which is very hand. The bath/shower in our room was huge, we loved it! I would recommend staying here.

We chose Auberge (3 rooms) for an overnight stay for the hotel has a shuttle to HK DIsneyland. We arrived around 12noon - way before checkin time but Freddy, the checkin staff was able to have one room check-in early which is very nice. We weren't able to enjoy the amenities / facilities like the pool because of time constraint but we can see the pool from our room and it looks beautiful. The view of the pool and the sea is pretty nice. When my friends came back by taxi from Disneyland, the driver refused to accept credit card for payment and since my friends did not have HKD, they asked help from Candy at the front desk to pay the irate driver. Candy went above and beyond and helped my friends pay the driver. Thank you Auberge.

飯店設施比較老舊一些但都算乾淨，這次帶快三歲小孩為了迪士尼而選這間住宿，叫的士距離只需20分鐘讓小童不至於崩潰，也沒有迪士尼飯店這麼昂貴。

唯一缺點就是飯店人員比較沒那麼親切，但有可能文化風俗與台灣不同，沒有到扣分。

We always choose this hotel as we lived in DB for 8 years so it is very convenient to visit friends.

The pool closes for 90 mins each day right in the middle of the day so it’s not ideal if you want to just chill there - you have to plan around that.

Excellent family-friendly hotel at a reasonable price. Good food in a part of Hong Kong known for bad food ("outstandingly disappointing restaurant scene" as someone on Reddit put it), a well-equipped playroom, huge swimming pool. Very comfortable and quiet rooms with good views and great climate control. Convenient shuttles to the MTR and, of course, Disney, as well as the airport. Note: would either eat in the hotel or at A Taste of Thai on the plaza, because otherwise the Reddit reviewer is absolutely correct.

My room was exceptional. Big, comfortable, beautiful, amazing view, loved the bathroom. On top of that the staff was very nice and helped me to book the free shuttle bus on the very short notice. Wonderful place.

The location seemed to be a bit isolated, but I must admit that due to rain I have not explored the Discovery Bay properly. Maybe with the sun I would like the calmness of this place more.

Slightly out the way of things if your there to see touristy things but plenty of taxis and buses just outside of reception area . Great if you want piece quiet .

Excellent experience. Basic amenities was present. Housekeeping did things thoroughly. Operator answered everything I needed help with. Engineering didn’t speak English but did his tasks efficiently and was polite. Pool was closed.. sports bar was closed.. screencast option was present but unavailable. Other than that all good. Thanks.

Very spacious one bedroom sea view suite. Huge windows, very nice views, good quality curtains and blinds. Dining table and 4 chairs included, and coffee machine and water filter machine for cold and hot water. Good service from front desk and concierge.

Good and Nice Hotel. Although the location is quite far from the city, but it is not far from Hong Kong Disneyland and the Airport. So it is good for us.

Night duty clerk was not friendly but the morning team was great.

We were given an upgrade from the Mountain View to the Oceanview room and wow, what a view! A beautiful spacious room, comfortable bed and the view out over the harbour was the best part of our stay.

We had coffee in the hotel restaurant and it was on the pricey side but other than that, good coffee and good service.

The entrance hall to the hotel was so basic that I thought it was a 2 star hotel. The restaurant in the hotel was too basic for a 4 four star hotel. The room that I stayed was not comfortable. The bath room was dark.
