Comfort Suites Sarasota- Siesta Key

Clean and comfortable.

I liked the size of the room, as it was very spacious and comfortable. The front desk staff provided excellent customer service and were very attentive and helpful throughout our stay.

The photos were misleading, as the hotel was under renovation when we arrived. In addition, the breakfast offered very few options and the quality was disappointing.

Amazing

Simple but lovely breakfast. Food was amazing and had different options. We even stayed an additional night because we enjoyed our stay so much. Room was clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. Spotted a couple of dark hairs in the bathroom but other than that the room was spotless.

Can't think of anything.

no me gusto nada no volveria

Staff where friendly and helpful rooms large and the beds where really big and comfortable.

Breakfast was not the best but it was included in the price so was not a Major issue

Large room comfortable bed

Pool area lots of ants lounger cushions need updating

Wry clean, even with the construction. Room was exceptional and staff was very friendly.

Would have received a 10, except I believe the breakfast could offer a better choice. Eggs and sausage are good, maybe upgrade to serving fresh eggs instead of boxed or powdered. Not many options for sensitive diets like, diabetes or gluten intolerant. Also, many other hotels offer bottled water for their guest for making coffee in the room. I needed to pay $8.00 for two small bottles of water. Complimentary water would be a classy touch for sure.

Big room, comfortable bed, and nice decor.

The front desk lady never smiled and asked for my ID and credit card in such a robotic manner. I don't think she enjoys working there.

Mara the front desk clerk was amazing and extremely helpful and friendly

Nothing

Tudo ótimo! Bom custo benefício; quartos novos e amplos; bom estacionamento; bem localizado.

What I liked most about the property was its location. I had stayed at this same property about two years ago, and I found it to be a very pleasant place.

What I didn’t like was that the property was under construction, and this was not disclosed before my stay. I was given a room on the first floor and stayed for only one night. There was dust everywhere, and early in the morning they started cutting tiles, creating a lot of noise. There was construction equipment throughout the hallways, and workers were constantly walking back and forth, making it difficult to get around. The entire experience was extremely stressful and very disappointing. This vacation was incredibly frustrating. I drove all the way to Tampa to spend one night, and unfortunately, it turned into a very disappointing experience.

ALOT to do ...private beach...has everything you can think of in the room.buffet was great .

Exelente Todo

Comfort

It was nice clean how ever we found a condom rapper under the sofa. My 10 year lost a toy we went looking for it and found it under the sofa with a wrapper next to it, yes the condom wrapper. Hotel was under construction, it wasn't a big deal. They were able to check us in early due to the rain. I just didn't like that they didn't let us stay after checkout and hang out at the pool. I stayed in plenty of hotels and was able to hang by the pool after checkout.I don't understand what the big deal was.

Buenas habitaciones.

It was quiet and the noise in hallway was almost none.

The humming from the machine that kept running all night on the 3rd floor. My television kept going out stating the HDMI was not connected so I had to keep unplugging it and pugging it bag in to use the television.

We love the room. It was very comfortable, clean and spacious.

There was nothing we did not like. We will definitely stay here again!

Braskfast very good.

The air conditioner is too loud! The breakfast fruit is terrible.

Consistent

Super nice cleaners that interacted with my 3 year old everytime they saw her. They made such a big deal everytime they saw her. Super nice breakfast staff! Everyone at the front desk was kind and didn’t seem bothered anytime I came to them with a question.

The elevators are extremely slow The Wi-Fi was bad on level 3 so I just used my data

I was very pleased with my stay. No inconveniences at all. Highly recommend.

Pillow/ bed is not comfortable at all.

Horrible bedding

Very clean.

It’s 25-30min from Siesta Key and Ringling Museum which are two main “attractions”.

We wanted to go to Disney and the Wild Florida drive through to see the animals. Since we couldn't make up our minds, staying at this hotel allowed us to do both.

Nothing

Breakfast was ok, location good

De volver a Siesta Key, iría al mismo hotel Very nice hotel, 15 minutes from those beautiful beaches. I stayed two nights with family and friends. The hotel room was very comfortable. They allow you to buy food and use the dining area they have on the condition of leaving everything spotless. The breakfast is good. Very good value for the price. If I returned to Siesta Key, I would go to the same hotel.

It’s a nice place

Pool COLD Only booked this hotel so we could swim with my g/dau and use hot tub Was told it was 72 🤔 NO air temperature was 56 Was told the hot tub was on YES it was, but can’t swim in it I said!! Also pool was dirty! Breakfast lady was lovely Cleaners were friendly

The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the room itself was not clean and had a noticeable mildew odor, which raises concerns about the condition of the air conditioner filter. The room needs a thorough deep cleaning, including moving furniture and vacuuming. Some of the bathroom towels had long black hairs on them, the toilet surround was crusted with old urine, and the bathtub grout was peeling and showed black mold, hair, and dirt in the creases. The bathroom floor also had noticeable hair and grime, especially in the corners. The hairdryer appeared damaged, as if it had been dropped multiple times, and emitted a bad smell when in use. The shower water pressure was extremely poor—if you have thick hair, expect a very long shower to fully rinse shampoo and conditioner.

Nothing

They charged my credit card twice and when I called to let them know, they gave me a vague response.

None very dirty n smell bad

Nasty not clean

Amabilidad personal, habitaciones amplias y limpias.

Good

clean barheoom

I enjoyed Sophie who welcomed me at checking in with a smile and professional. LISA also has a smile and was hospitable as I was leaving. She was pleasant My sheets were clean as well as my room.

Breakfast could have been better. The food sausage and eggs were still a little cold. Coffee was a little stale.

Desayuno

clean comfortable rooms. very good breakfast.

Service and staff were great - breakfast was great. Was clean for saying it was an older hotel.

The first room smelled very strongly of mold - the desk lady changed our room. The 2nd room was better but not without a slight mold smell. Seemed old and outdated.

Clean

noisy A/C; shower curtain rod falling off wall. the breakfast eggs were watery and the meat tasted slimy.

We stayed at this hotel with our family from December 21 to December 24, 2025, and had a great experience. The rooms are quite spacious, with a large and very comfortable bathroom. The breakfasts were excellent — tasty and well organized. The rooms are very quiet: no noise from neighbors or from the street, which made our stay especially relaxing. Convenient parking and a great location allow easy access to different parts of the city. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. I would especially like to mention the breakfast staff — they are extremely attentive to guests and leave a very positive impression. The hotel also has a pool and an outdoor relaxation area with comfortable sofas, perfect for spending time outdoors. A wonderful place — highly recommended!

Stayed here recently and wasn’t happy. The coffee machine had mold in it, which was gross. Also, there were no basic toiletries like shampoo. Felt like they were cutting corners on the essentials.

Bardzo duży pokój i łazienka

Ottimo hotel, camere spaziose e pulite, comodo parcheggio

Great hotel to stay at.
