Ho solo avuto un problema , il wifi in camera era debolissimo e in combinazione anche il segnale del telefono era debolissimo, in pratica sono stato quasi isolato, il che per un hotel a 4 stelle non mi sembra accettabile

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Ho prenotato questa struttura per la mia zia e suo marito. Sono rimasti molto soddisfatti dell’accoglienza, della pulizia e della cura della struttura. Mi hanno riferito di essersi trovati davvero bene e di aver apprezzato molto il soggiorno.

L’espace détente payant (prix exorbitant de 60€ par personnes pour 2h) et espace remise en forme indiqué mais en existant. Être de propreté des sols et tables dans l’espace petit déjeuner à revoir !

Reviewed Apr 19, 2026Hotel is far from centre and No taxis are available near by. Breakfast was with very less options . Same menu every day and unruly behaviour by waiters . Hotel has no Air conditioner working . This hotel is only meant for China Airlines staff and crew who occupy all the hotel everyday and make noise at lobby, restaurent and all over hotel . Won`t reccomend for any travellers
Breakfast was to its worst . Room has NO air conditioning ...Lousy service @ restaurant .

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026The hotel was located in a quiet area and the room was very quiet. Gluten-free bread and biscuits were available upon request. The staff was friendly.
I would have liked more fried and fresh vegetables for breakfast. View from the room window was a brick wall, but the main thing was that it was quiet, as I had hoped. I would have liked the hotel restaurant to be open in the evenings.

Ho segnalato il giorno precedente della colazione che sono allergica alla nocciola e frutta a guscio. Mi dicono che non ci sono problemi che sicuramente una brioche o altro ci sarebbero stati. Il giorno seguente a colazione il personale mi dice che non posso mangiate nulla perché con tracce di frutta a guscio. Da un hotel a 4 stelle mi aspetto un servizio diverso.
