Indoor pool area is a little dark, it should be made brighter. Spa should include more facials.

Don't think you will get any mountain view even after driving for hours you reach this property to be disappointed later. All I could see was parking where my car was parked.

Restaurant staff needs to be customer centric and pro active. Needs to match basic courtesy service of Mariott. Smoking by guests needs to be checked.

The location is very convenient to access as it is on the main highway and the view from the property is also beautiful. We really enjoyed our meals and the variety offered.

I think the gym could be better maintained as the equipments were not plugged in or taken care of as such when we visited. Not the biggest issue but can definitely improve the experience.

We had a wonderful holiday stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely helpful. The room was spacious. Food was very good. The location was perfect for exploring the area while still offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

- The view from our room was half-blocked by the next layer of rooms - The swimming pool was small, with cold water, and closed pretty early

Beautiful landscaping and excellent views from the resort. The scenery is soothing to eyes. Well maintained. A very nice place to stay and relax. A nice place to have get-together.

No activities for kids as shown in videos like adventure activities , art & crafts etc. Swimming pool not working as temperature controller not working. Huge disappointment for kids.

the room we stayed had a faulty washroom. the seat was not balanced. the water from shower disn't properly drain. water came out whenever we use shower. moreover the other room which we booked had a smoking smell, after complaining they gave us some other room in lower category and no discount was offered on that. there was a night fly in the room as well. foul smell of drainage was also there in washroom. told these things to hotel staff as well while checking out.

The location is good with a highway view. 10 km away from Kasauli.

Tbh I didn't like the property. Cleanliness was their least priority. The food was expensive & they overcharged me for the hotel room, after my stay, by providing false information.

The food was not upto the mark ....everything taste so sweet . We ordered dal makhni ..which was so sweet to taste and even the dal tadka taste so sweet.

Overall experience was excellent. Villa was neat and clean. All facilities/ services were reachable. My dog also like the place.

Swimming pool should have hot water. It is sooo cold and not usable. For the price, rooms are small and breakfast should be free for all.

The rooms and the property is well maintained. The staff is very nice and very accomodating. My daughter cannot handle spicy food, thank you to the chefs and the service to provide food on special requests! The rooms are well maintained, clean, and have great views! There is also a food court very close by if needed. Overall, a great stay! Thank you! PS: they do not accept international cards at the hotel yet, please make sure you have other means to pay if needed!

Breakfast was fine, only thing was, too little staff for the restaurant, had to wait long time to fill the empty food bowls. Most of the guests had the same views around us. More staff needed.

it’s on the highway to shimla …. so it was convinient…. the hazel suite is perfect for two families travelling together who want interaction. the staff is courteous. your personal car drops the luggage at the doorstep of your suite

the rooms are descent size but bigger would be more convenient

Location is pretty good specially if you want to break your journey when you are traveling beyond shimla.
