Reviewed Apr 24, 2024The hotel location was great for meeting my friends, for the first 4 or 5 days of construction banging at 7:30 am, which woke me up each morning. The worst was the bathroom smell of sewage daily because I had already emptied my luggage I stayed in the room, and my friend told the hotel staff they did nothing, one housekeeper put some disinfectant that had a good smell that lasted 2 hours, even with the bathroom door closed the smell was awful, so I put the AC on 16 to fight with the smell.
I should've smelled sewage in my bathroom and room daily for 9 days, the first few days of construction banging at 7:30 am, my friend spoke to the desk agent that stopped for 3 days then this morning was the same, luckily it was my last day.

Rooms are outdated, and bathroom is tiny, very uncomfortable. But specifically the towels they provide are awful, more like rags, very old and rough to your skin! We asked for new ones but got exactly the same, also the pillows aren’t comfortable at all!

The two (2) things I did not like was the lighting in the room.... it's poor. The security on the door was not to my satisfaction. I had to call down to the front desk to have the water heater turned on and get a bed cover because you only get a bed sheet to cover yourself at night.

Bad, weak wifi. The towels were threadbare and scratchy. The bathroom needs to be modernized and the shower head replaced.

Reviewed Jul 27, 2018Si encuentra otra opción donde hospedarse, no lo dude un minuto. El hotel cobra una tarifa de tres estrellas, pero la verdad le falta para llegar a ese nivel. Me encontré cucaracha en el baño, los cobertores de las camas tienen manchas y uno de las personas que atiende el servicio de desayuno, es realmente desatento y poco cordial

Reviewed Mar 9, 2016My room (405) was very basic! No hot water for showering, noplace to put your essentials in the shower and by the sink. Tiny towels. Only 2 small pillows for 2 people. Very noisy. Room is above pool area. While no one swims in the pool, the area is used for parties with window shattering noise until midnight!! Had to ask for a room change!! Breakfast is a tiny selection of eggs, salty ham slices, processed cheese, one cereal, etc, all on one table. Again, this is a very, very basic hotel! The only thing good about it is it's very clean, and the staff is very friendly!

It was a very nice hotel considering the options in the neighborhood. The room was huge with a good size bathroom too. The hotel common areas were nice as well.
