Staff are very friendly. Location is great! Bed is comfortable. Room service was done to replenish towels, water bottles even though I did not put up the sign to make up room. I appreciated that gesture.

Since Singapore is a very expensive city, I didn't expect much but it was horrible. Size of the room was too uncomfortable. Make sure since they have many branches of this hotel, they will not reveal which one you are booking when you do it through third party.

For a single travel, it’s a great deal. It’s clean, easy to access and you have everything you want. The restaurants are near and you can eat sweet and delicious food.

The staff are courteous and very helpful. Great location near to hawker center, mall, laundry shop, restaurants, and Tan tock seng hospital, where I had my training.

Sehr sauber, sehr freundliches Personal, gute Lage, Bus vor der Haustür, MRT ca. 1km entfernt, kleiner 7 Eleven nebenan, super (sehr günstig, sehr gut) Essens Gelegenheiten direkt gegenüber.

Kein Fenster im Zimmer. (Würde ich nicht mehr machen. Auch wenn man nur kurz in der Stadt ist.) Schlechte Lüftung trotz Klimaanlage. Fernseher flimmert. (Ist aber nicht so schlimm, weil man ja nicht zum Fernsehen in der Stadt ist)

The environment is terrible! The room was so small that it was difficult to even open a suitcase. The photos use very heavy filters, which make the room look small but clean and cozy, whereas in reality there is almost no ventilation, the humidity is extremely high, and there is a strong smell of mold. The bathroom has no separation between wet and dry areas, which is likely why there are no photos of the toilet in the listing — it is very dirty. The shower head is positioned directly above the toilet. The front desk also told me that I need to run the water for about ten minutes before showering in order to get hot water. Were these issues mentioned anywhere in the hotel description? Later, I stayed at a much better hotel for less money. The conditions at this hotel made me feel like I had gone back twenty years, to a shady budget hotel in a developing country. I stayed there for 2 hours and then left after I found another new hotel. i couldn't even stay there, let alone sleep there for several days. Btw, the hotel still charged me 2 night fees for these 2 hour stay, even if it's not a place to live for people in 2026.

従業員さんが優しかったです。 チェックアウトの際Aaronさん、Teddyさんがとても親切にしてくれました。チェックアウトした後Grabの配車を外で待とうとしたら、まだ時間がかかるから中でどうぞ、と言ってくれたり、車に荷物を乗せるのを手伝ってくれたりしました。(名前が分かったのが彼らだけですが、その他の従業員さんも私が大家荷物を持っているのを見てドアを開けといてくれたりと皆さん親切でした) 電車(地下鉄？)のノベナ駅からは少し距離がありますが、ビフォーバレスティアプラザというバス停が歩いて2分くらいにあって便利でした。マーライオン公園にもそこから行けました。

シンガポールの中だと低価格なホテルですし、予約の時点で分かっていたことですが…。 窓がない部屋なので、ちょっと閉塞感がありました。また、シャワーがトイレにかかってしまうので少し不便でした。

前台经理服务很好很热情，还可以说中文，地段做公交车都很方便，附近吃的也很多，地铁有一点点远，不过也还可以

King room is not king sized bedroom. Waited 20-25mins for the house keeper to combine 2 single bed to become 1 bed.

The staff here are really friendly and helpful. The room is cozy and feels just like home. I requested two extra pillows at night and the receptionist happily arranged it for us. I also left my charger behind and they kindly kept it for me — really appreciate that! Great location, excellent service, and totally worth the price. Will definitely come back again!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was very close to the bus for getting into and out of the city. And great street food across the road from the accommodation.

A bit difficult to find as there wasn’t any obvious signs outside, we walking past it a few times.

Quite far from the MRT, but the staff always helped me getting transport. Shout out to Graceson and Sharon for helping me out.

Friendly staff and helpful. We got an upgrade for a room with a window.

The room is tiny, and may not be suitable for folks with big suitcases. It was ok to stay for one night. It is a bit of a hassle if you're coming from or heading to the airport. There is no MRT station close by, only buses. No laundery close by either. Finally, there is another Fragrance Hotel on the same road so be sure to look for the Classic one.

The signage outside isn’t very visible and the reception lighting is quite dim, so we got lost and initially thought the building was closed when we arrived.

La taille de la chambre était très petite et la salle d' eau miniature . Lorsque l on se douche l' eau reste au sol et quand on veut aller aux toilettes on a les pieds mouillés se qui n' est pas agréable.
