Quando me fui embora

Quando cheguei ao alojamento deram me um papel com regras novas, com multas que não estavam mencionadas nas regas expostas no site do booking. Obrigaram me a assinar. Se não aceitasse a assinar cancelavam a reserva e teria de procurar outro alojamento.

Pool was nice and close proximity to everything. Within full moon party district but not too loud. Beds were extremely hard and felt uncomfortable but surprisingly didn’t wake up with back pain unlike other hard beds

Bathroom(budget room) was tiny like in a caravan. The room was basically the shower so couldn’t leave anything in it. Standard rooms had bigger bathrooms. Low water pressure so had to wash my hair somewhere else. Fridge didn’t work properly.

Das Hotelpersonal war freundlich und Fähren/Touren sind unkompliziert über das Hotel buchbar. Tägliche Zimmerreinigung möglich (indem man seinen Zimmerschlüssel an der Rezeption lässt) aber nicht besonders gründlich. Mit der Zimmerreinigung gab es auch täglich etwas Wasser, ohne nicht. Es gab einen Kühlschrank, Gläser und frische Handtücher. Die Tür konnte man abschließen und zusätzlich mit einem Vorhängeschloss sichern. Die Lage war sehr gut mit dem nächsten 7/11 und einem schönen und nicht überfüllten Strand in zwei Minuten Fußweg. Die Umgebung des Hotels schien, obwohl es viele gute Restaurants und einige nette Läden fußläufig gibt, sehr wenig besucht (die meisten Restaurants/Bars nahezu leer) und dementsprechend sehr ruhig gewesen. Der vollere/bekanntere Bereich der Insel ist ca 20min mit dem Roller/Auto entfernt.

Die Betten waren sehr hart und unbequem und es war sehr hellhörig, wodurch es auch nachts recht laut war und man jedes Wort von draußen und teilweise dem Nachbarzimmer gehört hat. Es war nicht möglich das Zimmer vollständig abzudunkeln und das Licht vor dem Zimmer konnte man nicht ausschalten, sodass es auch nachts sehr hell war. Aus der Dusche kam zeitweise gar kein Wasser, maximal ein dünnes Rinnsal. Wir haben darum gebeten das Problem zu beheben, aber obwohl uns mitgeteilt wurde dass dies passiert sei, hat sich nichts an der Situation geändert. Wir mussten mit der Podusche duschen! (Diese hatte ausreichend Druck auf der Leitung). Der Pool war zwar groß, allerdings so heiß dass man ihn nicht angenehm nutzen konnte.

The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The pool was lovely as we had it to ourselves and it was a good location for the beach, restaurants and bars.

The shower pressure wasn't great and the reception wasn't open when we were checking out at 9am so we never received our deposit for the key back which was disappointing.

Ne-a plăcut la nebunie să stăm aici, personalul este foarte politicos, există loc de parcare pentru scuter, piscina este extraordinară iar locația este la un minut de plaja, pur si simplu traversezi strada si esti pe plaja. Plus, este o zona linistita, dar gasesti magazine si restaurante de toate genurile. Iar camerele sunt spatioase. Recomandam aceasta locatie. ☺️♥️

Perfekte Lage mitten im Ort und ganz nah am Strand. Bad/WC ist klein, aber alles sauber und ein Top Preis-Leistungsverhältniss!

Son emplacement proche mer et centre. Le personnel très aimable, accueillant et à l'écoute. L'établissement est propre et la chambre spacieuse, super. En plus de la mer à proximité, il y a une piscine dans l'hôtel.👍

Die Lage ist perfekt und der Strand wunderschön. Auch die Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption waren sehr nett und haben bei allen Angelegenheiten geholfen.

Leider hat es zwei Mal einen Stromausfall im ganzen Hotel mit lautem Knall der Glühbirnen, die rausgeschossen sind, gegeben, auch bei mir im Badezimmer. Der Strom ist dann immer wieder an und ausgegangen. Der Mitarbeiter der dann da war, war sehr unfreundlich und hat keine Informationen zu den Stromausfällen geben können, er war auch sonst eher unangenehm. Der Elektriker, der dann gekommen ist, war allerdings sehr freundlich. Warm Wasser hat den ganzen Aufenthalt nicht funktioniert. Die Musiklautstärke der Strandlokale ist bis ca. 1 Uhr Nachts deutlich zu hören und bei der Full Moon Party bis 6 Uhr Früh, aber die Gegend ist sowieso nichts für Leute mit leichtem Schlaf.

2 night in row electricity went of and the lamps exploded. I understand its not the hotels fault but staff did not say mutch and we payed full price of hotell that we got to go to room at 3am

Lovely hotel right next to the beach in Haad Rin. Rooms were small but very clean. Pool was a great part of the hotel, clean and big and nice to chill by for an afternoon.

The staff was not friendly. Products where stolen from my room from the cleaning staff and when asked to pull up cameras they waited till it was my time to leave and wanted me to sit there and review while this is there responsibility and i no longer had time to stay as i had flights to get. Rooms where dirty and not as pictures. Worst stay inbetween my 3 weeks in Thai. Dont recommend

Location was great, next to two fantastic beaches, and staff were always happy and kind. The pool was nice.

Sehr sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, sobald man etwas hatte wurde es direkt gemacht. Die Lage war top, man musste nur einmal über die Straße und war am Strand. Trotz der zentralen Lage hat man in der Anlage an sich wenig vom Trubel mitbekommen. Und der Pool war super.

Leider wurde bei der Reinigung des Zimmers der Boden nicht wirklich sauber gemacht. Wir waren mit 5 Mädels in einem Zimmer und hatten dementsprechend Haare auf dem Boden, welche nicht gefegt wurden. Und die Betten waren sehr hart, das ist vielleicht nichts für jede Person.

The location was perfect - we were able to keep nipping back to the room for the toilet and drinks we got from 7/11 - it was that close.

The toilet door had to be locked every night as it had a bad smell of sewage. The bed was very hard.

Das Personal war einfach nur grandios, überragend, professionell, liebenswert, einfach alles!! Ich hatte im Vorfeld viele Wechsel in der Buchung und es wurde immer sofort unkompliziert und freundlich reagiert und alles gelöst! Schönes Areal, schöner Pool, schnelle Hilfe, sauber. Würde es jedem empfehlen! Einfach toll!!!!!!!

The staff was completely rude and disrespectful. The asked us to pay 500bath as a deposit that was never refunded. The reason was that some make up left on a towel. The staff started shouting to us upon departure with no reason. We stayed 3 nights and the room was never cleaned, we didn't have even toilet paper. The a/c was floating water and it was never fixed.

Наличие бассейна и хоть отель на 2 линии топать до пляжа не далеко.

Видео смотрите на нашем канале "10 лучших островов для отдыха". Во первых БУКИНГ рекламировал его как отель на 1 линии, но он стоит на 2. Номера на сайте бронирования больший, а в реале крошечные комнатушки и особенно туалет с душевой 1.3 на 1.5 !!!!!! Душевая лейка почти над унитазом!! Одним словом старенький подмазанный отельчик.

This property was brilliant for location, 2 minutes walk to the beach, espeically for full moon party, which you get in for free if you stay here, the shops around the strip were lovely, there’s a 7/11 round the corner, there’s cute dogs and cats everywhere not sure if there stray tho (I miss Bruno and felicity) the staff was amazing, we got to use the pool on the last day, the beach was beautiful just as you’d expect for Thailand, I liked the double doors but strange you lock the door with padlock lol

On the full moon party night expect loud guests at all hours, the shuttle bus from the pier is about 20 minutes but it’s a scenic view. They do ask for a 500 deposit

Ho soggiornato qui nei giorni del fool moon party . Posizione top . All interno della zona del party . A due passi dalla spiaggia. Camere spazziose . Reception ottima . Biglietto per ko tao motorino . Albergo dalla clientela tranquilla anche in pieno party .

The shower room was very slippery when wet.

Loved the space and cleanliness. The staff were helpful and friendly. Cute cat residents.

Our room was opposite a workshop, so grinding and noises started from 8am. There was also a little gate on the side where it seemed people could just walk in and out of. We did still feel fairly safe though. We stayed during the full moon party so music was expected but we were right across from "Wet" which is the pre party location. I would also request some hand soap as we only had shampoo and body wash in the shower.

Muy caluroso el cuarto. El aire es MUY viejo no da a basto. Te ponen ventilador pero tampoco. La habitacion es MUY oscura es una caja.
