Perfecte service en grote dank aan receptie medewerker Luciano. Hij gaf ons perfecte info en een prachtige kamer. Alles was erg goed geregeld zowel parkeren als ontbijt, wel ff zoeken hoe je moet lopen, maar daar kwamen we vanzelf snel achter.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The location is very good. The building is new.

The cleanliness of the room and the balcony wasn't good and the hotel's common areas wasn't clean. The breakfast was very poor for this price.

Colazione, abbandonata a se stessa . Asciugamani. Abbiamo trovato asciugamani con macchie per 3 giorni consecutive. Consiglio al responsabile della struttura di essere più presente e partecipe nella conduzione.

Großzügiges Zimmer mit Balkon und großes Badezimmer mit jederzeit Heißwasser mit ordentlichem Druck. Häufiges Wäschewechseln, Handtücher täglich. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet, günstig. Privatstrand vorhanden, auch Strandhandtuch-Service,für Booking.com-Kunden gegen Gebühr.

Dass Booking.com nicht darauf verweist, dass unterschiedliche Behandlungsformen zwischen Kunden von Booking.com und direkter Buchung vorgenommen werden.

I enjoyed the view from the balcony and that the hotel was in a great location for the sea and other attractions. The breakfast was very good but was not included in the hotel fee. The staff were professional and helpful.

The carpet and much of the furniture throughout the hotel is worn and stained. Everything costs extra.

Been in the port area it was quieter and it had its own parking. The staff were very good, one went out if his way to get a Dr to visit as a member of our party was ill and he helped translate.

It does not have a bar and only offers breakfast .

Purtroppo è molto vicino al porto dove organizzano concerti quindi è inevitabile sentire rumori anche fino a tardi.

Ontbijt. Je moest telkens zelf vragen aan personeel voor een cappuccino, werd niet aangeboden. Ook spek en ei was telkens koud en weinig variatie in brood, enkel stokbrood en wit en grijs sneden brood.

Tutto....soprattutto il balconcino con vista diretta sul porto. La comodità del letto, l' armadio la doppia TV, i prodotti del bagno, la doccia, la possibilità di farsi un caffè o un thè...la ricchezza della proposta del frigo bar (anche se non ne abbiamo usufruito)

L' asciugacapelli non funzionava perfettamente..... Il dispositivo dell' aria condizionata un po' difficoltoso da gestire x lo spegnimento notturno

Location - it’s quite far from the station. And taxis are €15. Good - large room that was reasonably clean and lovely. The desk and the luggage area probably need a deep clean in case of the luggage area and a replacement in terms of the desk which was looking tired. I did like the luggage holder though - it had a place for shoes under it - it had just seen better days. Bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Front desk were incredibly helpful and kind on every occasion I needed to talk to them - I still think back to how kind the gentlemen was even a few months later! I had a room with the view over the bay, and it was a lovely view. Not so good - there is no fan or air con that I could make out so it was quite warm at times. The road out the front seems to attract people with LOUD speakers blaring music. I’m not sure how common an experience this was. But it certainly disturbed my sleep and enjoyment of the room the night I stayed. Weird - the lights need a PhD to operate. Practicals -full 5 bars of 5g on Tim and Vodafone. I didn't have breakfast so cannot comment on that. The Hotel provided a shuttle to the station for €15. If I were in Catanzaro Lido again, I would for sure return here.

Frokosten var ok, men personalet særdeles uhøflig og arrogant. Kelneren himlet med øynene, ryddet av bordet vårt uten at vi var ferdige med eks kaffen ( og det var ikke nær stengetid!). Hun fikk oss til å føle oss til bry! Svært ubehagelig!

Rommet var dårlig rengjort da vi kom. Dette var det beste ( og derfor dyreste) rommet på dette 4stjerners hotellet, og jeg forventer da at det var rengjort ved ankomst. Jeg tok bilde av hår og skitt på gulv og viste dette i resepsjonen. Resepsjonisten ble fornærmet over at jeg klaget! Jeg er overrasket over at 4stjerners hotell har personalet som ikke er opplært i hvordan takle klager! Én av fire resepsjonister vi møtte tiltalte oss med den imøtekommenhet og service jeg forventer i et 4-stjerners hotell.Dette var Luciano, han var serviceminded, smilende og hyggelig. De andre smilte stivt og virket sure, muligens fordi vi hadde klaget på renholdet ved ankomst. Lite profesjonelt. Én av to kelnere i frokostsalen det samme. Jeg vil få nevne at jeg har gått på hotellhøyskole og har erfaring fra bransjen.

Das Restaurant ist völlig fischotientiert.

Nell'albergo proprio sul lungomare. Staff gentile, camera piccola ma pultia.

Avrei voluto trovare il sigillo igienico sul water e avrei voluto un cuscino più alto, ce n'erano 2 bassi.

Ottimo hotel sul lungomare di Catanzaro Lido. Parcheggio interno non enorme ma comunque utilizzabile. Colazione di altissima qualita sia per il dolce che per il salato

El hotel es lindo y limpio. Pequeño pero con todo lo necesario. El staff es súper atento y amable. Me gustó la experiencia.

Struttura stupenda e molto accogliente. Camera pulita e frigobar molto ricco. Panorama dal balcone stupendo, staff coridale e luogo molto silenzioso. Parcheggio per auto molto sicuro.

Ingresso nel parcheggio non molto comodo a causa del campanello di cui una volta nessuno mi apri nonostante avessi suonato più volte.

Posizione della struttura eccellente. Per chi ama passeggiare o correre sul lungomare, la sua posizione è perfetta. Inoltre, l'hotel è vicino a diversi negozi, bar e ristoranti. Personale sempre cordiale e disponibile ad ogni esigenza. Ho apprezzato anche gli addobbi natalizi che hanno donato alla struttura un ambiente ideale per trascorrere le vacanze di Natale. In ultimo, l'hotel ha un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Si potrebbe migliorare l'insonorizzazione della camera. In generale, è da perfezionare la pulizia della camera.

Nonostante avessi prenotato con diversi mesi di anticipo, mi è stato comunicato solo all’arrivo che il parcheggio dell’albergo era pieno e che non sarebbe stato possibile parcheggiare l’auto. Ho chiesto se avessi potuto parcheggiare nella traversa accanto ma mi è stato detto che era fortemente sconsigliato a causa di lavori in corso e possibile rimozione autovettura. Ho dovuto parcheggiare, e trasportare i bagagli, a distanza di centinaia di metri. Alla mia partenza ho notato che le auto nella traversa erano regolarmente parcheggiate.

La posizione, la camera dotata di ogni comfort e la pulizia della stessa. Inoltre faccio sempre attenzione alla presenza di finestra del bagno ed ho apprezzato la presenza della stessa in un bagno accogliente e molto pulito

The hotel is in a great location, close to the port and the waterfront promenade, with several good restaurants within walking distance. Parking is convenient. The rooms are reasonably spacious and clean. The bathroom was more than adequate, with a comfortable walk-in shower. Breakfast is excellent and the staff are friendly. Downsides: the lighting—at least in my room—was terrible, with dim lights that don’t let you see anything; meanwhile, the lighting control panel stays bright and is extremely annoying. The gym isn’t a real gym but a small room with three pieces of equipment, no air conditioning, and unusable for anyone who actually wants to work out. Lastly, an unpleasant hiccup: on Friday night going into Saturday we were told it wouldn’t be possible to have breakfast in the breakfast room, as it had been given over entirely to a soccer team. The options were in-room breakfast (the room isn’t set up for it) or breakfast at the bar, with the time and order to be communicated in advance. Very frustrating.

Hotel davvero bellissimo, con uno stile che ho apprezzato molto. La camera era curata nei dettagli e il bagno particolarmente ben tenuto: la doccia, ampia e con giochi di luce, è stata una piacevole sorpresa. La colazione è abbondante e di qualità, servita fino alle 10:30 e costantemente rifornita, così che ogni ospite possa trovare sempre tutto a disposizione. Lo staff è molto cortese ed efficiente, in particolare alla reception. La struttura è inoltre convenzionata con un lido raggiungibile a piedi in circa due minuti, che offre due lettini e un ombrellone: una soluzione davvero comoda. Letti confortevoli e grande attenzione ai dettagli hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.
