The beds were super hard. The rooms have not been updated in ever; the AC units are so old and noisy, consequently, if you're a light sleeper then you aren't getting any sleep.

I booked the stay for 3 persons but we were made to pay for 1 person for the breakfast buffet for our whole stay. No additional payment should have been collected since it was clear on the booking i made that the buffet breakfast and room should be for 3 persons. Also, even if we already presented on our first day a valid ID for my mom who is a senior citizen, they kept asking for senior citizen ID/ number in our first 2 days of stay. Their discounting of senior citizen is not consistent.

The staff is absolutely perfect and fantastic! No complaints with the staff at all! I repeat THE STAFF ARE TREMENDOUS PEOPLE AND SO KIND!

The wifi is non existent, slower than dial up internet. The facilities/rooms need some renovations and repairs. Out dated and the pictures are not what you get. The breakfast is okay it just needs more variety to consider foreign cuisine. For example bacon or pancakes would be nice not always seafoods, which for me i have allergies to seafood. So it was just eggs and bread for me most of the days. Also the amount of money I paid does not accommodate for the conditions of the rooms. Needs repairs and updates. The pictures are outdated

Volevo un hotel con colazione a buffet,piscina e abbastanza vicino al centro,dopo varie ricerche ho scelto questo,prenotato e pagato a luglio per la vacanza di 15 giorni nel periodo natalizio.Credo proprio di avere fatto la scelta migliore,con la mia fidanzata filippina abbiamo trascorso una vacanza eccezionale in questo hotel.Partiamo dall'inizio,la camera non molto grande,ma serve solo per dormire e appendere 2 vestiti quindi direi che va bene,aria condizionata silenziosa e con diverse opzioni,la notte è sufficiente impostare su FAN e dormi bene.acqua calda e per la pulizia lo chiedevo di fare ogni 3 giorni.Camera al 3º piano con ascensore,solo con una finestra che da su un corridoio esterno,ma va benissimo.Colazione dalle ore 6 alle 9,30,riso,uova,cibo filippino,buonissimo tipo,pork tocino,chicken adobo, pork adobo, fried bangus,e quindi caffè, latte,pane,marmellata, burro,spremuta di arance e ananas,lo staff in cucina sempre a disposizione per eventuali richieste,GENTILISSIMI,la piscina enorme e la sera all'interno ci sono luci colorate che cambiano in continuazione, fuori ci sono lettini comodi le palme da cocco molto alte hanno luci colorate intorno al tronco che creano una piacevole atmosfera,da provare tutte le sere,l'hotel si trova a non più di 200 metri dalla spiaggia e quindi dalla movida, bar ristoranti tutti con musica dal vivo da discoteca o semplicemente soulful house,ma non ho mai sentito rumori dalla mia camera.Anche il personale della hall sempre gentili e disponibili, insomma se ritorno a boracay questo sarà nuovamente il mio hotel, 45 euro a notte spesi veramente bene,PROVATELO 10 e lode.

Posilovna😕 Jelikož denně trénuji a tento hotel jsem si vybral hlavně kvůli posilovně, no nechci jim kazit reputaci, dokážu cvičit i jinak, ale na tom patře by mohli trošku přidat😁 uklidit, vyvětrat a hlavně zprovoznit stroje, protože 10/10 nefungovalo.

An iron and board was expected. That wasn't a big issue.

Good condition of the swimming pool and easy access to the beach - less than 5 minutes away. Also had tour guides available at hotel entrance.

TV could not connect to internet so Netflix did not work. The room was supposed to be a connecting one but the ac not working so rooms were farther from each other.

The staff seemed pleasant enough but needed supervision and training.

The photos do not represent what this venue is like - it's very tired. We stayed for 7 nights, our room was not cleaned, we were only given fresh towels once and that was because we requested them. Generally speaking we were disappointed with this venue. The linen didn't fit the mattress, and would come adrift whilst we slept. Something was biting us. No basic comforts in the room such as a hair dryer, drinking water, refrigerator, tea/coffee kettle etc. The poolside bar never opened. The swimming pool is used by a local to teach swimming lessons and he yells loudly for hours on end. Power outages occurred multiple times a day which shut our AC down regularly. WIFI was also poor. We won't go back.

Just my room (323) There are 2 sockets and the staff told me that i can borrow an extension wire but they don’t have it. A bit funny to me. But everything else is okay.

Excellent location. Very close to white beach and dmall. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I wasn’t made aware of the construction work taking place outside the hotel which was noisy and the pathways/road were wet and muddy and blocked off in areas.

Staff were amazing and very attentive!

First room had a broken sink and drain and a very loud air conditioner that was blowing direct on the bed! We had a terrible view of construction! We changed rooms and it was much better! Mattresses were like cement! Breakfast the first day was awful! Seems like it’s geared more for local Filipino dishes! I don’t eat fish! Asked the front desk to open the fitness studio! We got there and it was locked! My girlfriend went and asked again. After another half hour wait I had to go down! Why not have guests sign the waiver when they arrive and keep the fitness studio open! Asked to have the room cleaned and they forgot! Were apologetic and as compensation they cleaned the room everyday! Walking to the beach was very dangerous due to the construction that was going on! In the fitness studio the bikes were broken and cables on one of the weight machines were broken! The resort is in serious need of repair and renovation as well as the path to the beach!!

Breakfast food very unimaginative with effectively no salad or veg. Wi-Fi variable with need to change access code every 3 days. Maintenance not apparent with much of the gym equipment not working. Access to upper floors only via stairs where the step heights were variable and generally bigger than generally found elsewhere.

The pool was big and the water was warm

There is no microwave and kettle in the room. You have to get and refill your own water. No ice tray in the fridge. Not enough shampoo and conditioner for the entire 3 nights stay. The bathroom door has a hole that they didn’t fix.

The room is clean, staff are good, great location near the beach, the only downside is the bed is not that comfortable, a bit hard.

Arrived here on 1 April and to meet up with family.this hotel is wonderful staff lovely I ended up staying three nights longer before heading off to meet family again. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. What a wonderful place and people. And my friend. He knows who he is. Was so kind and friendly as all the staff

The location of the hotel was really great only a very short walk to the beach which made it so much easier to enjoy Boracay. The pool area was lovely and the hotel provided towels too. There was nothing that I could fault about the hotel 😊 Staff were so lovely and accommodating.

We had a fantastic stay at Boracay Holiday Resort! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the room was spacious and very clean. The location was perfect, just a short walk from all the major attractions. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection of food. They were also able to accomodate us ahead of usual check in hours given that my dad is a senior citizen and wanted to rest soon as we arrived. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Boracay and will definitely stay here again

The fridge was hard to open and that I requested to have the rooms be close together but it wasn’t and the elevator can’t be used because we’re only staying in second floor . I booked that hotel specifically for accessibility because it’s hard for my mother to use the stairs so I was disappointed that she can’t use the elevator but use the stairs instead.
