Service beim Frühstück. Keine Abfrage von Eierspeisen, Kaffee oder Tee. Man musste immer selbständig auf das Serviceteam zugehen. Nachmittagssnack ein wenig dürftig.

Pulizia della camera perfetta! Servizi impeccabili, ambiente molto accogliente. Idromassaggio fantastico, ne abbiamo usufruito molto, con una vista stupenda.

Mancanza di un frigo in camera ma non ci è pesato troppo; stanza matrimoniale con due letti singoli uniti e si sentivano, un topper avrebbe reso la comodità del letto ottima

The hotel is located in a beautiful, quiet area, set back from the main road, surrounded by greenery, and at the same time just a short walk from the historic center of See and the cable car. It offered us very comfortable accommodation and excellent culinary experiences during both breakfast and dinner, which we truly enjoyed. A special thank you goes to the warm and welcoming owner and to Nicolas, who took care of us during dinner. His approach was always professional, attentive, and very pleasant. Our thanks also go to all the other staff members who are not always visible but ensure the smooth operation of the entire hotel... from housekeeping and wellness services to the preparation of meals, which were a real highlight and exceeded our expectations. Each course followed the next with remarkable lightness and perfect balance. Although rain swept across the Alps during our stay, the Summer Card allowed us to enjoy the cable cars that took us to the peaks of See, Kappl, and even Ischgl. It was a wonderful addition to the accommodation and made it possible for us to enjoy beautiful hikes in the stunning Alpine scenery. Overall, it was an exceptional stay that our family thoroughly enjoyed.

The price of drinks during dinner also felt slightly higher than expected, and we were charged for drinks even for the children, with no option of simple table water. These are only minor remarks and did not affect our overall positive experience… everything else during our stay was excellent.

Der lunch am Mittag war okay, geht definitiv besser. Das Frühstück war auch soweit in Ordnung. Es war leider keine Abwechslung und gerne hätten wir mehr Wurstwaren aus der Region gehabt. Ebenso auch beim Brot oder Brötchen, dass war leider nicht so besonders.

Ein wirklich schönes, stylisches und sehr sauberes Hotel mit einem tollen Ambiente. Besonders der Spa-Bereich ist sehr schön und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Unser Zimmer war ebenfalls schön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Leider hatten wir mit Zimmer 202 einen miserablen Ausblick direkt auf einen Dachsimms. Wer Wert auf einen schönen Ausblick legt, sollte dieses Zimmer daher unbedingt vermeiden. Das Essen war top und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Allerdings gibt es beim Thema Kinderessen einen Punkt, der für mich in dieser Preisklasse absolut nicht nachvollziehbar ist: Kinder dürfen grundsätzlich nur vom Kinderbuffet essen. Möchten sie – wie Erwachsene – ein Menü auswählen, muss dafür extra bezahlt werden. Bei einem Hotel in dieser Preiskategorie finde ich das ehrlich gesagt ziemlich frech. Auch die 7 € für eine Flasche Wasser am Abend empfinde ich als deutlich überteuert. Ein ganz großes Lob geht an Dean – ein wirklich hervorragender Mitarbeiter! Solche engagierten und herzlichen Mitarbeiter machen bei einigen negativen Punkten wieder einiges wett. 👍 Das Personal an der Rezeption war zwar freundlich, bei den meisten Fragen allerdings leider etwas überfordert. Fazit: Ein sehr schönes und stilvolles Hotel mit tollem Spa und gutem Essen. Allerdings gibt es angesichts des hohen Preisniveaus einige Punkte, bei denen ich mehr erwarten würde. Besonders die Zusatzkosten beim Kinderessen und die Zimmerlage von Zimmer 202 haben den Aufenthalt etwas getrübt

Wir finden es nicht in Ordnung, dass man gezwungen wird eine Wasserflasche für € 7,50 zu kaufen, obwohl in Tirol bestes Trinkwasser aus dem Wasserhahn vorhanden ist. Wenn wir eine Weinflasche, Bier usw. konsumieren, könnte ein Krug Leitungswasser schon möglich sein! Wir wissen, dass das damit begründet wird, dass manche Gäste nur Wasser trinken, aber das ist trotzdem nicht okay, dass andere dafür "bestraft" werden.

Matratze für mein Befinden zu hart. Wege im Hotel anfangs unübersichtlich. Unser Tisch war leider in die alte Stube etwas abseits ausgelagert.

The only thing that made use feel a bit uncomfortable was that when we made the check in they asked us to change the room on our 2nd night because of some mixed up rooms situation.. but eventually we stayed all 3 nights in the same room, no changes whatsoever.

Das Hotel ist in jeder Hinsicht herausragend. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich, qualitativ hochwertig und geschmacklich ausgezeichnet. Das Servicepersonal ist äusserst aufmerksam, freundlich und stets zuvorkommend. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch das Housekeeping-Team: Jeden Tag wurden wir mit liebevoll arrangierten Betten und kreativ gestalteten Handtuch-Details überrascht, ein echtes Highlight. Die Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption waren ebenfalls ausgesprochen freundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Unsere nächsten Skiferien werden wir definitiv wieder hier verbringen. Vielen Dank für die grossartige Gastfreundschaft!

Wspaniałe jedzenie, troskliwa dyskretna opieka właścicielki, bardzo przyjemna część z saunami i basenem. Dodatkowo wszystkie praktycznie dania były dostępne w wersji bezglutenowej, w tym nawet wspaniały Kaiserschmarrn.

Nur Kleinigkeiten, aber diese können viel ausmachen. Die Dauer der Familiensauna: 30 Minuten mehr (bis 17 Uhr) würden schon reichen. Wenn der erste Schuttle von der Bergbahn Nachmittags erst um 16:10 Uhr am Hotel ist, kann man nicht mit den Kids bis 16:30 Uhr in der Sauna gewesen sein. Gästesofa für die Kids ist sehr unbequem.

Die Natur um das Hotel war herrlich. Das Essen war sehr lecker , richtig lecker. Die Kuchen Sorten werden von einer 25 jähriger Konditorin zubereitet und schmecken himmlisch. Schönes Hotel mit super Facililities. Wir würden gerne nochmal kommen. Freundliches nettes Personal im Restaurant.

The hotel is trying to get each cent from the guests where possible. As a guest you have a feeling that you disturb the hotel staff: - 750ml bottle of water for dinner is 7,5 euro. And this is the only option to get water for kids for dinner. The first time in Austrian hotel I see no chance to get „mountain water“ which the region is so proud of - We had to stay for 2.5 hours at the dinner waiting for the food because there was a bigger group celebrating birthday in the hotel restaurant. The response of a waiter was: sorry, there is bigger group we have to serve altogether - In Finnish sauna you will get 70 degrees compared to 80-90 standing on sauna front - Massage will be 45 minutes instead of 50 minutes announced - Massage is worse than okey(ish) - SPA is open until 19:30 only - No option to cool down after saune (no ice machine, no cold water in showers) - Indoor swimming pool is small and super busy - Vey small gym - Dinner is moderate, some dishes were good - changing - Breakfast is not changing from day to day - The worst is staff unfriendliness (long read as a not only example is below) I have booked a massage and was too late for the treatment. My fault which I admitted at reception. The lady at reception said nothing (no even Hello) except for „but you have to pay it anyways“. To my remark to consider not the full payment, after long discussion she said she was going to approach her chef. No one said anything to me. At the check-out I saw a full price at the bill. The chef, totally unfriendly tired woman, was appearing after the call of the receptionist. She simply did not let me talk. I was saying one word, she added ten. After I was asking her to let me say a full sentence, she said (I quote) „I am already listening to you for ten minutes“ (no, it was three minutes).

Amazing stay! The food was incredibly tasty, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. The parking area was spacious and convenient, and the view of the mountains was absolutely breathtaking. See slopes are good for first day skiing, warming up. Ischgl at 20 minutes driving. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, our table in the restaurant was by a drafty terrace door, which was little uncomfortable. Also, I found chewing gum on my car’s rear camera twice while parked in front of the hotel, but without surveillance cameras, we couldn’t identify who and why did it. Could enhance security by installing surveillance cameras in key areas.

Beautiful location, comprehensive overall service offerings, nice interior design, super friendly and helpful personnel. Big shout out to the bar tender who took perfect care for us. The pool area was nice and the views amazing.

The dinner menu seemed great but unfortunately the taste and presentation kept behind expectations. The balcony/terrace of the room could have used a bit more care.

Very friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable and clean rooms, common areas in excellent condition and the food was delicious, they even took into account that I was pregnant to give me alternatives on the menu.

No AC, I couldn't even open my windows most of the due to the fact that next room has smokers sitting on the balcony. Be aware that the daily transport ticket given to you at the reception is not free, unlike all other previous similar tickets I had during my stay in Austria. AC in the restaurant is old and poor, it was very hot.

We liked everything. A beautiful hotel in a quiet place but with easy access and a ski bus right outside the hotel, and the one to Ischgl 3 minutes even in ski boots, ok. Large rooms, we were in a Suite, very stylish, thoughtful, comfortable huge bed, always fresh water, coffee, view of the mountains, blackout blinds, huge shower. The food completes the whole stay, we were delighted. Elegant dinners, several dishes to choose from, sensational soups, desserts, top main courses. Delicious breakfasts, local products, cheeses, bread, a large selection of cold cuts, freshly squeezed juices. Wellness is excellent, probably the best we've been to, intimate quiet beautiful, you can drink water tea to read. The hotel bar has a wonderful evening atmosphere, very good drinks, a bartender with a smile, all this encourages you to relax after dinner and a day of skiing. Get to know the history of the hotel. We felt luxurious and special.

Es war einfach perfekt. Wir waren schon x mal im weißen Lamm, und jedesmal wieder sind wir einfach nur sprachlos wie einzigartig unser Aufenthalt war.

This was our second stay at Weisses Lamm, which we chose for the several reasons: the location (close to Silvretta, the spectacular road in the Alps), the spacious rooms, friendly staff and last but not least the superb outside pool. In addition to this, they offer the Silvretta card during summer which allows the free use of all cable cars in the region, plus entrance on the Silvretta itself. We found the gastronomy for adults considerably improved with the cook mastering some delicious dishes and wow desserts. For the dinner there were 3 options to chose for the main dish: meat, fish and vegetarian. The wine selection was also very good. On the downsides: - the food for kids certainly can be better; especially the side dishes were bland, carrots seemed just defrozen before served, not even some butter on them.. - I understand that the shampoo/shower gel was of superior quality, but not to replace it at a 4 stars hotel and just offer it for sale starting from the second (small) bottle felt quite cheap; it was the first time when we bought our shampoo during a holiday All in all, certainly a place I recommend.

Hotel weisses Lamm is located in See, Tirol. For us, this location, at the entrance of the Paznauntal, was a little too busy. We did not find the location to be ideal for starting hikes straight from the hotel either. You can, however, easily drive up to the nearby villages for more hiking opportunities. Our corner room was great, one of the nicest ones we have stayed in in Austria, although the bathroom was a bit too small for a de luxe room. We travelled with two medium-sized dogs. Although their stay was very expensive (20 euros/dog/night), we received a basket with blankets and treats for them, which we thought was a very nice gesture. We have been travelling with dogs to Austria for 18 years and this was the first time the dogs were welcomed like this. Breakfast (hot and cold) was very nice, a good feature was that you could order eggs the way you like them and they would be served to your table. Dinner was good as well. Especally the desserts were tasty, the other courses missed the wow factor perhaps. It was also a pity that theme nights (gala dinner, etc.) only take place during the winter time. There was an afternoon buffet served, but this was limited. Service was good, especially the Maitre d' was extremely professional and friendly. He made us feel very welcome. The wellness area (only adults allowed in part of the area) was beautiful and, since the weather was hot during our stay, we got a lot of use out of the outdoor pool.

We spent incredible 27 hrs in this traditional family mountain resort - it was perfect from the beginning (a warm welcome from a team member passing while parking the car). The room had a great view (with windows on 2 sides), the bathroom was fully equipped and the spa area impressed with various saunas, relaxing zones and a very functional arrangement of all offers - very natural atmosphere at the same time. Dinner was great - 5 dishes menu including superb Chardonnay wine from Austria. Very friendly staff. 100% recommendation!

Plesent surprise when we arrived we found it to be a beautiful hotel on the hill. They took excellent care of us. We arrived late and the let us stay a bit later the next day to enjoy the facilities. Would highly recommend this place to everyone.

The first reason we chose this hotel was its location. We wanted to be in between St.Anton and Iscghl. The next reason was the lovely rooms (even better from close) and the variety of wet facilities. What was the greatest suprise was the delicious dinner that we chose to include in our stay. It was just an amazing, delicious experience and a very serious reason to return back to this hotel!! Congratulations to the chef!! We also had the chance to have a cocktail night with a live jazz band which was just great! If there is something which could be changed for the guests comfort would be the hours of the wet facilities. They close at 19:00-19:30 which many times it was the time we were returning back.

The food is Incredible !! They kill u with The dishes ! The breakfast is One of The Best i ever meet ! The diner is outstanding Nice peoples& stuff , clean Rooms , Good Spa area ! Delighted about everything ! Recomanded 100%

We stayed for about the tenth time in this excellent hotel for our wintersport break. Great rooms, excellent food and very service oriented and friendly staff. The hotel get's better every year. We will be back!
