Reviewed Jul 17, 2025This is a fine place to crash near the airport. We had breakfast in the morning. My son got salmonella and ended up in the ER a couple days later. It may not have been from the fruit he had with breakfast, but it’s my best guess. The room was much smaller than pictured. Beds were smaller. It was all clean and fine but definitely not a place you’d want to stay more than a night.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2025There are no tissue / Kleenex provided, and extremely basic. Bare minimal has more than this room. Don’t forget to bring your own toothbrush, cup, tissue , if you choose to stay here. There are No shuttle buses to hotel , and from airport NO UBER/ Didi is allowed. You will need to take the airport taxi which is expensive . You might as well stay in downtown .

Could have used some instruction about needing to put the key card in a slot in order for the electricity/lights in the room to work. Solid experience overall.

Reviewed Dec 28, 2024Recerve una noche y no fue una buena experiencia ya que una de las camas se veia que ya alguien avia dormido en ella y la de limpieza solo medio acomodo las mismas sabanas se notaba la diferiencia entre una cama y la otra que si estaba apropiadamente tendida. Otra cosa las readers son un desastre el agua corre para todos lados incluso fuera de ella y no abia manera de acomodarla. Definitivamente nunca volvere a un hotel de estos.

Reviewed Nov 25, 2024I DID NOT LIKE THE FACILITY AT ALL. IT WAS CONFUSING TO GET TO THE PROPERTY. UNPAVED STREET TO THE HOTEL. IT WAS DARK AND SCARY. THE FRONT DESK LADIES WERE VERY LOUD AND SHOWING INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR WITH SOME OFTHE PATRONS. THE FOOD AT THE RESTAURANT WAS OK, BUT YOU HAD TO TAKE IT TO THE HOTEL, UNLESS YOU HAD THE ENTIRE BUFFET. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN BUT THE BEDDING VERY, VERY MODEST. THE PRICE WAS NOT MODEST OR APPROPRIATE FOR THE QUALITY OF THE ROOM. THE TAXI TO THE AIRPORT WAS EXPENSIVE IN RELATION TO WHAT WE PAID FOR UBER FROM OUR HOUSE TO THE HOTEL. OVERALL, BAD AND I WILL NEVER USE THIS HOTEL EVER AGIAN.!!

The property is older, and that's ok because it's clean, but charging a phone and a laptop is the very least they can do to compensate. Reviewed Dec 3, 2023Was just there one night, to be closer to the airport for an early morning flight. Comfortable and quiet inside. Good water pressure in the shower. Next to a restaurant, which was good, as there were no other places to eat outside of the hotel. Staff was very nice. Be prepared to speak Spanish. It will help a lot.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2023We brought our service dog as the web site and the initial person on the phone said they were allowed. The general manager sent someone to tell us the dog had to sleep outside. We said no, as he was a 43-pound service dog. They then relented. The staff was very attentive (other than the above) and were able to make sure that we had a taxi for our 3:30 AM departure to the airport.

Reviewed May 29, 2023I booked this hotel due to having an early flight and there aren't many options close to the Queretaro hotel. The hotel had trouble confirming that my booking was prepaid, but were able to figure it out after about 10 minutes. The TV did not work and calls to reception were not answered. The hotel room itself is very basic, but good enough for a one night stay. Dining options closeby were minimal other than a short walk to Tim Hortons and a gas station. The restaurant at the hotel was closed. Other than being close to the airport, the location was on the side of a busy highway. I would probably seek other options next time.

Reviewed May 11, 2023The Hotel is supposed to be close to the Airport but in reality its 12 minutes away and Uber's are unable to pick you up there. Due to the Hotels location, there is no place to walk to that is close. There were no tissues in the room, and the pillows were so thin that it made it unconfortable to sleep.
