When we arrive the kind man at reception upgraded our room to the suite and wow what a room. Very big and clean plus two bathrooms. and was on 15th floor room 1512 so brilliant view. bed was super comfy. Everything was good. there was little cafe next door we ate there most days for breakfast. Good food.

The windows were not clean obstructing the views

Sertac was very helpful to assist me and a group of friends to arrange the rooms to be on the same level and also help us retain the same room even though we have 2 different bookings. He offer good advice and is very friendly.

The bed was too soft and not suitable for my back. Also we can hear running water from adjacent room.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and quiet, with a relaxing atmosphere. I slept extremely well. The staff was very attentive and responsive, and the breakfast was varied, offering something for every taste. The metro station is just a 2-minute walk away, which I consider a major advantage.

Many thanks to David, Denis and Buse for being so attentive on my recent stay at the Ramada restaurant. Due to a missed connecting Turkish Airlines flight, I had the pleasure of staying here and experiencing their wonderful hospitality and food.

We had an overnight layover in Istanbul and decided to stay at the Ramada Plaza and we were greeted by Emre! He was very kind and very helpful after our long travels! Will definitely come back here if I decide to visit Istanbul again! The hotel is very clean and we were offered a free dinner as well as toiletries after our long travels!

Stayed here as part of travel group. Altay was very helpful in hotel, friendly staff. Decent location…. Easy to call cab to center of Istanbul or hour train. Very clean good breakfast.

It was clean and the staff were super nice. The breakfast is a buffet and it's good. There's a metro station one square away.

The hotel is great. Nice big rooms and very clean. Great Wi-Fi..The location is not brilliant but there’s a metro station 3 mins away and a restaurant next door plus a shopping mall 30 mins away. The buffet breakfast is good. The hotel is let down by the spa. There was no shower gel in the shower. 3 members of the spa beauty team were in the sauna eating their lunch which then made it smell. I asked about the steam room which is located in the men’s changing room - there’s not one for ladies. The man who works there said he would put it on so I could use it but it smelled of mould so he put in some eucalyptus. When I finished I opened the door to be greeted by 4 naked men. I think he should have warned them I was in there. They looked angry and rightly so. The day before when I used the sauna there were 2 staff lying down with the door open. Maybe they could have their break elsewhere. The ladies changing room does provide free lockers but charge you 200 lira for a hat. There are no seats or benches to sit on whilst getting changed and no hook in the shower to hang your towel. The manager read my initial review and contacted me to apologise and said that he had inspected the SPA area and that it is out sourced to another company. He offered me a complimentary massage which I accepted. So 5 stars for the hotel but not for the spa thus far.

I forgot my wallet in my room, and the hotel kept it for one week before returning it to me. I am absolutely certain it contained USD 600, which I personally prepared for my trip and never used. When it was returned, the cash was missing. The real failure was not just the missing money — it was the hotel’s response. Instead of taking responsibility, ensuring transparency, or protecting the guest’s rights, management chose to repeatedly defend a staff member’s five years of service. A 5-star hotel is defined by accountability, not excuses. In this case, the hotel failed its guest. Travelers should think carefully before trusting this property with their valuables.

The only issue you might have, if you get woken up easily, could be guests that never learned proper manners; cigarette smoke or noise from other rooms will come inside. Thankfully, the staff is understanding, and professional. Changing a room is not an issue, just a formality. The location is superb: close to the metro (32 minutes to Mecidiyekoy), nearby restaurant (highly recommending sishane, right next to gas station) and mall (karadeniz) make up for a business area that Tekstilikent is. If you want something for a good value yet not expensive, this is the place.

Wow after staying in the Ranada nhotel and after having a operation the only person who really looking after me was Deniz he has so helpful tell me what I could eat he was amazing person always treated me well and has a lovely smile i can't wait until I come back over to Istanbul and he will lookied after me again to all the staff at Ramadan are amazing so polite so I thank you all from the bottom of my heart ❤️ THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR LOOKING AFTER ME

The stay was excellent, and the hotel staff—especially Mr. Selguk—were amazing. The hotel had all the necessary facilities and was very clean. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay.

Just no food stores were not near by, I meant for walking distance.

Amazing experience ce staying here, no complaints. Will return with family. Staff amazing, food was nice and hotel close to the metro, a plus.

We checked in four days ago, and were very exhausted from two days of travel. Initially, I wasn’t so very sure about the location of this hotel from the city Centre, but to be very frank and honest from the moment we walked into the lobby and we met by Burak at reception, it was like a breath of fresh air. It was exactly what we needed, nothing was too much hassle, nothing was complicated, everything was accommodated, it was just great and easy. The rooms are actually really nice. The breakfast is really nice. The lobby is really nice. The car park is fine and free. The staff are really nice, especially Burak at reception, everything was accommodated, and he takes his job seriously with passion, in a very nice way. The reason for our trip to Istanbul was because a couple of my friends were having hair transplants, and other procedures. All of that was accommodated very well. I would most definitely stay here again, without hesitation. And I hope Burak is working on that day. Lol.

Just stayed for four days at this hotel, about to check out and thought I would leave a review, and honest review. I will stay has been amazing, nothing was too much trouble, all the staff are amazing, especially Burak on reception.

The minibar was locked with key, at check-in they ask for a 50€ deposit and the breakfast price is 30€

Friendly and helpful staff. Close to mall of Istanbul and Venezia mega outlet. Car park availability with easy access.

The bathtub was a little slippery. The A/C performance was not up to my expectation during summer time. The android tv is okay but could have been better.

The hotel was nice and price was great but it was a little isolated.
