The position is convenient.

[1] It is impossible to sleep at night if you stay here. You will hear vehicle horns and car sounds all night. [2] The toilet paper was limited, and used toilet paper was provided. [3] It is impossible to check in before 3:30, as it takes almost 30 minutes just to check in. Lots of unnecessary information is provided during check-in. [4] The hotel takes 100 euros as a security deposit. I dislike this approach. [5] The windows and door to the balcony could not be closed properly. [6] After arrival, we were informed that we had to pay 1 euro/hour if we used the air conditioning and washing machine. If it is so, then the information should be clearly written on the booking web page without being hidden. [7] The toilet seat was too uncomfortable, and the elevator was too old and horrible. [8] The bed in the kitchen room, i.e., sofa cum bed, was too uncomfortable to sleep.

The bed was not comfortable. Plus, we the AC was at extra cost!!

La ubicación es perfecta porque está en plena estación central, lo cual lo hace muy cómodo para los traslados a los distintos aeropuertos y también al centro, se puede llegar tanto andando (30 min del duomo) como en metro.

El baño es ridículamente pequeño. El coste extra de la tasa turística no está especificado en el precio (9,5€ por persona y noche) y te cobran la luz por encima de lo que ellos consideran que es lo máximo que se debe usar en una estancia. Te retienen 100€ y luego te devuelven o te cobran a mayores en función de la lectura del contador. Debe ser un máximo muy bajo porque nosotros en 3 noches, estando todo el día fuera del apartamento tuvimos que pagar. El personal no fue muy agradable cuando les pedimos una copia del contrato y de las condiciones de ese coste extra.

Absolutely terrible experience. We booked and paid for two apartments for five people, but upon arrival we were told that only one apartment was available. Despite providing the booking confirmation and proof of payment clearly showing two units, the property insisted that we had made a mistake. Instead of trying to resolve the problem, the host repeatedly blamed us and told us to contact Booking.com. The communication was extremely unprofessional and confrontational. At one point, after we complained about the situation, we were even threatened with being reported as “bad guests”. The whole experience was stressful, frustrating and completely unacceptable. The property’s handling of the reservation was extremely incompetent, and the way they treated us as customers was even worse. I would strongly recommend avoiding this property. There are plenty of better options where guests are treated with basic respect and professionalism.

Jedyny plus to lokalizacja. Bardzo blisko dworca centralnego dzięki czemu jest dobrą bazą wypadową do wycieczek w okoliczne miejsca.

Bardzo średni standard. Nie ma to nic wspólnego z hotelem 3* (za taki standard pobierana jest opłata klimatyczna). Mieszkanie jest zużyte, wyeksploatowane, kiepsko wykończone i ogólnie zaniedbane. Pościel na łóżkach zniszczona, postrzępiona. Brak płynu do naczyń, jedna kostka do zmywarki na 4 noce pobytu, dwie jednorazowe saszetki żelu pod prysznic itp. Po taniości. Przespać się i nic wiecej. Pobyt rezerwowałem na ostatnią chwilę dlatego być może nie znalazlem nic lepszego w podobnej cenie. Pobierana kaucja 100€ na poczet ewentualnych zniszczeń. Nie spotykam się z takim podejściem w dobrej jakości miejscach więc tym bardziej nie spodziewałem sie w takim.

Posizione (vicino alla Stazione Centrale). Nonostante punti negativi (vedi sotto) ho apprezzato comunque molto la flessibilità e gentilezza del proprietario/responsabile che ha proposto un rimedio a una situazione di difficoltà dovuta a un termine contrattuale poco chiaro e non rappresentato al meglio su Booking (per questo ho dato 4 come giudizio complessivo, altrimenti sarebbe stato 2).

Diverse cose (ma la più grave è la prima): - sgarbatezza e scontrosità dell'addetto al check-in che non mi ha voluto consegnare chiavi perchè non ero d'accordo a dare mia carta di credito anche a garanzia spese oltre limite per consumo energia elettrica (a suo dire - impropriamente - per aria condizionata e uso lavatrice), perchè non chiaramente specificato in fase di prenotazione (in realtà il deposito di € 100 era solo per eventuali danni). Basta dire che mi ha cacciato dalla reception fuori alle scale e detto che mi avrebbe buttato in mezzo alla strada a mezzanotte, finito suo turno (ero arrivato verso le 22:30), ho dovuto chiamare la Polizia per chiarire e poter entrare nell'appartamento (peraltro già pagato 20 giorni prima) - costo energia incluso nel prezzo solo entro un certo limite giornaliero, se si sfora si paga in più, e questo non era chiaramente rappresentato su Booking al momento della prenotazione; prendono kWh ingresso e fine soggiorno sul contatore ---> c'è da dire comunque che il proprietario capendo la situazione mi ha poi alzato il plafond perchè ho fatto 2 lavatrici e quindi ho consumato un "pò", ma era il motivo principale per cui avevo scelto quell'appartamento, e su Booking non era specificato questo dettaglio, c'era scritto solo che era presente la lavatrice, e nel dettaglio in fondo alla pagina c'era scritto Servizi di lavandera "a pagamento", e secondo loro questo significava che la corrente usata per fare lavatrici era a pagamento... ma nel contratto non è scritto così, si fa riferimento solo a un limite corrente elettrica oltre il quale pagare in più, cioè, uno avrebbe potuto superare il limite anche se ad es. stirava per 8 ore senza fare una lavatrice - appartamento un pò vecchio, e non quello pubblicizzato in foto al momento della prenotazione, e molto rumoroso (primo piano con affaccio su strade ad alto traffico)

El bidé de mi apartamento apenas tenía presión de agua es todo lo negativo que puedo decir, volvería mañana mismo.

Cercanía a la estación central, ideal si tus excursiones salen de la plaza de IV noviembre. Bien equipada la cocina. Amabilidad personal. Rapidez para devolver la fianza.

El retrete pegado a la pared y de tamaño minúsculo. El aire acondicionado se paga por hora así como la lavadora. Ascensor pequeño no apto para personas usuarias de silla de ruedas.

La ubicación muy buena, el apartamento está completamente equipado, muy limpio y cómodo para pasar una noche en Milán. Los trabajadores han sido muy majos y disponibles cuando lo hemos necesitado

El horario de check in es bastante malo, poco compatible para hacer turismo durante el día. Te piden 100€ de la fianza cogiéndote datos de la tarjeta, sin avisar previamente a la hora de hacer la reserva.

La ubicación cerca de la Estación Central, permite desplazarte al centro fácil y a otros lugares en tren.Restaurantes, cafeterías, tiendas alrededor. Estaba limpio y buena relación calidad precio.

La cama era muy dura, aunque eso es un gusto personal.

Appartamento nuovissimo, arredatto con gusto ed estremamente curato in ogni dettaglio,, con finestra posizionata all'interno di una corte molto silenziosa. Sonno riposante grazie ad un materasso molto confortevole, Ottima ed impeccabile pulizia di tutti gli ambienti. Accoglienza estremamente professionale, e puntuale. Posizione strategica accanto alla stazione centrale. Assolutamente consigliato!

The only thing good about this place was the location as it is quite near central and most shops.

On arrival, I had to put in a £200 deposit. Me and my children were out every day however, he took the £200 deposit as he stated we had broken something in the apartment even though it was not in the apartment when we came. He also said we spent £100 on electricity for 5 days and did not show us the electric meter but we were out every day. This apartment is a scam and I want to warn everybody. The bedsheets were dirty with unknown blood stains and some of the doors were damaged. DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT is it is a scam and the owners and scammers.

Location: The best location especially if you’re thinking about visiting other cities in Italy! Very close to the station and very convenient for our travels. Even if you’re staying in just Milan, the Duomo is only 4 stops away when you take the metro from here. The apartment: Very clean apartment and everything you need is provided on the first day, such as two toilet paper rolls, soap, shampoo, towels, hair dryer. However if you finish of toilet paper and shampoo then you need to buy it from the supermarket yourself- remember this is an apartment and not a hotel, so you shouldn’t have hotel expectations. There’s also a smart tv where you can watch things on youtube and netflix if you can’t understand the Italian channels. Checking in: Checking in was super easy. Their office is in the building with staff there ready to check you in and give clear instructions about getting into your room. There is an elevator also so if you have a lot of luggage then you can use the elevator. Overall: We really liked our stay and would stay here again as the location is amazing, helpful staff members, clean apartment and great value for money, especially in Milan!

Lack of storage in bathroom, air conditioning very small for size of room (did not feel as cold as setting suggested), almost felt cooler having windows open. Was written in the T&As of booking so we were aware before check in, but have to pay for air conditioning and washing machine so use sparingly. Area where apartment is did not feel safe after dark but convenience of location near train station was what we primarily booked for.

The apartment was not properly cleaned, and the air conditioning did not work correctly. There were also water-leak problems in the AC, which caused additional discomfort during our stay. Despite these issues, we were still charged an extra €54 for air-conditioning usage. Overall, the stay was stressful, uncomfortable, and below the standard we expected.

Very disappointing experience. The apartment was old, dirty, and in poor condition. It looked nothing like what we expected for the price we paid. The building itself is very old and poorly maintained. The sink was blocked and there was very bad smell coming from bathroom and fill the appartement Another unacceptable issue was that our friends were charged €1 per hour for using the air conditioning, even though the air conditioning worked poorly and was far from satisfactory. Also, be aware that the apartments shown in the listing are not all located at the same address as advertised, which is misleading. Overall, this property is overpriced, poorly maintained, and does not offer the level of service or honesty that guests should expect. I would not recommend staying here.

La posizione della struttura è ottima per chi viaggia: si trova a soli cinque minuti a piedi dalla Stazione Centrale di Milano, quindi è molto comoda per spostarsi. Il soggiorno è stato piacevole e la consiglio.

Check in molto lento, personale poco gentile, ingresso all'abitazione molto complicato, poco pratico. Volevano farci pagare l'aria condizionata (a Milano facevano 38 gradi), alla fine non l'hanno fatta pagare, ma siamo stati contenuti nell'utilizzo, cosa poco piacevole.

We only had a short stay in Milan. This apartment was very clean and comfortable, and in walking distance to the train station (central) for us to access. Tram and trains were also close by to get to city centre and places of interest.

The location is good as it is right next to the train station. If you have money to burn this is an okay place to stay the room was large and the place is nice.

The stay was okay but be warned they charge per hour for the use of AC in the summer. They also charge for other appliances that they consider premium like the iron I believe it was and other things. You have to pay a 100 Euro safety deposit. They have a kitchen to use but we did not want to touch anything in fear of losing our deposit. Thankfully we got our safety deposit back but that had us worried.

Не сподобалось, що я писала за два дні чи можу готівкою оплатити внесок гарантійний 100€. Ніхто не відповів. Коли ми приїхали не могли попасти ніхто не відкривав довгий час, потім персонал дуже довго шукав ключи , ходив в інше місце, булло 42 градуси жари і з дороги втома , ми хотіли скоріше попасти в номер але потім не дозволили оплатити готівкою , і пей палом- тільки фізичною картою. Про це ніхто не попереджав, фізичної карти не було і ще додаткову годину ми вирішували це питання. Я говорила що в мене травма ноги та я маю поганий стан, просила заселятись раніше, при тому шо номер оплачений був, тільки була оце проблема шо вони не знали як отримати ці 100€. Плюс куча бумаг і тд. Це було четверте наше житло а Італії і найгірші проблеми з заселенням, в попередніх не брали завдатки хоча були умови кращі, тут я рахую старий номер і ця гарантія вже давно не актуальна. І треба за ці нюанси усі попереджати

اعتقد انه شيء سيئ جدا ان يأخذ وديعة ب 100 يورو كضمان ويخصم منها مبلغ 18 يورو وذلك قيمه استخدام التكييف لمده يوم ونصف..اعتقد بعد ذلك يمكنه فرض رسوم لاستخدام الحمام ورسوم اخري لاستخدام الأنوار ..إلي اخره

Situación muy buena frente estación de tren y buses, habitación amplia y limpia, cama grande y cómoda y nos hicieron el favor de guardarnos el equipaje en el checkout.

El check in empieza a las 15.00 horas y aunque nos dijeron que llamando por tlfno. nos atenderían antes no se pudo contactar con ellos hasta esa hora. Pone que tiene Aire Acondicionado y luego resulta que es de pago a 1 €uro la hora. Te piden 100 €uros de fianza que no anuncian en la web. Las cerraduras son electrónicas y son difíciles de manejar. Falta una repisa en la ducha para dejar el gel. Si vienes varios días faltan armarios para dejar la ropa y además tú tienes que ir al patio a tirar las bolsas de basura que has generado en tu estancia.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable for our group of three. The staff were really nice helping with issues we had getting appliances working.

We were charged electric usage, this was within the booking conditions but we had missed it when we booked because it we weren’t looking for it, we assumed that electricity usage (including the aircon that it within the booking.com ad) was included in the booking. Just advising for future guests who might miss it like we did.

Beware they charge you for electricity, $1 per hour to use the air conditioning (even tho it was a heat wave in Milan) and they charge electricity to use the washing machine, we had to have the air con during the night because it was very very hot! When booking, it didn’t mention you had to pay for electricity, it is buried under important information.. will never stay there again, we have been travelling for 14 weeks and this is the only place that charges for electricity.. absolute disgrace, they said their prices are low, that’s why they charge for electricity.. that is not true.

Excellent service, plain was delayed but Alessandro waited to 00:30 to hand over the keys. Apartment was fine, good bathroom, a bit hard the mattress but the sleeping sofa was comfortable.

The location was great for catching the metro and access into the main city. The beds were clean.

The bathroom has a really bad smell. The shower was not closed off so the toilet was connected. You had to pay to use the aircon in 35 degree heat.

The location closes to Centrale station.

The information provided during check-in regarding the additional utility charges was not clear. We were informed that using the iron, air conditioner, and washing machine would result in an extra charge of £1 per hour, but this was not mentioned and we have been charged for €80 plus for 4 nights. Accredito di 10€ per aver utilizzato l’aria condizionata nell’appartamento e non ci hanno mai detto che per utilizzare l’aria bisognava pagare 10€ poi per una notte, una vera fregatura se cucinavamo sicuramente 20€ pure per il gas ahahaha esagerati

Lo único bueno es la ubicación, luego nada mas las fotos son engañosas, cuando llegas te dicen que te van a cobrar por usar el aire acondicionado en pleno julio, me cargaron 12 euros por AC y varios las unidades son pequeñas y en las fotos se ven grandes, en fin no lo recomiendo y sería mi última alternativa, me sentí engañado.

La personne de la réception qui nous attend tard le soir alors que notre train avait deux heures de retard. L’appartement est joli et bien meublé. Il est situé juste en face de la gare, très pratique pour une arrivée tardive.

Le canapé lit n’était pas prêt, les draps n’étaient pas mis, il a fallu chercher les draps dans l’appartement (sous-entendu aucune consigne préalable), puis faire le lit. Désagréable à 1 heure du matin quand son train arrive avec deux heures de retard. Le système d’ouverture et de fermeture de la porte d’entrée est bizarrement d’une complexité sans nom. Pour finir, les instructions à ne « pas trop utiliser la climatisation, seulement quelques heures, sinon on vous facturera en supplément ». Franchement est-ce bien sérieux ? Si je réserve un appartement avec climatisation, c’est pour pouvoir l’utiliser quand je suis présent dans l’appartement et quand j’ai chaud, pas uniquement quelques heures pour limiter la facture du propriétaire. Et bien sûr cette contrainte ne figure pas dans l’annonce. Donné sur une rue très bruyante. Avec les fenêtres fermées et la climatisation en été, ça passe, mais en d’autres saisons où l’on aimerait ouvrir la fenêtre en toute simplicité, ça me semble impossible à envisager.

La struttura si trova vicino alla stazione dove si può muoversi comodamente a piedi e con la metro , per chi vuole prendere i bus per gli aeroporti l’appartamento si trova di fianco.

Non c’è nulla che non mi è piaciuto. Se proprio proprio la mancanza della tenda nella finestra del soggiorno. Anche se siamo rimaste 2 notti non è che avevamo bisogno di usufruire di tutto nella casa. L’uniche cosa che ci importava è il bagno e il letto. Siamo state più fuori in giro che all’interno dell’appartamento

Das Check-In dauerte circa eine Stunde, die Rezeptionisten waren überfordert und hatten kein Wechselgeld. Sie reagierten unfreundlich als Kinder der Gäste die Konversation störten. Ein anderer Gast erhielt eine schlechtere Zimmerkategorie, ohne dafür entschädigt zu werden.

Der Check-in dauerte über 1 h. Kinderunfreundlich. Da ich 1 erwachsene Person weniger war, bekam ich trotzdem, dass ich den Preis für das grosse Zimmer bezahlt hatte einfach ein kleineres Zimmer zugewiesen.

Quasi 30’ per fare il check ad un caldo insopportabile in questa piccolissima reception, arrivare nell’appartamento sembravano le istruzioni per una escaperoom, poi speri di andare in appartamento a prendere del refrigerio cosa che non è stato così . Poi mi viene detto comunque l’aria condiziona si paga in caso di “eccesso” un euro al minuto. L'appartamento è carino, ma purtroppo mi sono trovato molto male a causa della gestione dell'aria condizionata. Il condizionatore si staccava continuamente (credo ogni 60 minuti), perché con un timer, e il getto d'aria puntava direttamente sul letto, senza alcuna possibilità di regolarne o cambiarne la direzione. A questo si aggiunge la follia di un costo orario per l'utilizzo dell'aria stessa. Totale 21,50 solo Aria - credo sia una follia , basta chiedere ai osa in più e mettere un condizionatore normale invece di far morire la gente che deve ogni ora attaccarselo alzandosi dal letto . Poi spero di aver capito male perché già pagato 28€ in anticipo e che tale somma non sia stata trattenuta dalla caparra per la tassa di soggiorno. Trovo che sia una follia sia il fatto stesso di far pagare l'aria condizionata a parte, sia il modo in cui viene gestita.

Posizione buona e buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Buoni contatti con l’host. Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte pertanto non abbiamo utilizzato la cucina.

I tempi del check-in un po’ lunghi e molto rigidi sull’orario. il 3 letto (divano letto) non era pronto e abbiamo dovuto farlo noi

Boiler non funzionante e personale incompetente Mi hanno addebitato €200 euro della caparra per 2 monolocali con prenotazione su Booking corretta ma a loro non risultava Assistenza Booking mi ha confermato prenotazione corretta con 2 monolocali e 2 persone per monolocale Ma loro hanno deciso di trattenere la caparra per avere introdotto 2 persone in più, al check in abbiamo dato tutti i documenti, ma volevano 50 euro in più a monolocale. Me gustó la ubicación del lugar. Lo demás no.

El personal fue muy antipático y no hablaba de buena forma. Te cobran 100€ de fianza pero te dicen que si dejas basura no te devuelven nada. Las ventanas no se abrían.

Lo que me gusta más está cerca de la ciudad.

Al otro la persona no es agradable. Me ha cobrado el aire acondicionado y lavadora, me ha cobrado la luz. Eh, es de no es su precio para que me cobra eso, la luz y y el agua y y lavadora. Esto no lo sabía yo antes.

Nada. Profissionais mal educados, regras não claras na acomodação. Cobrança de calção e energia elétrica em caso de “consumo excedente”. O que é excedente? Como este consumo é calculado? Fala-se de consumo devido a utilização do ar condicionado, ferro de passar e outro equipamento. Mas se não possui controle para consumo destes itens, como se cobra. Em fim! Péssima opção. Paguem mais caro em coisa melhor. Lugar extremamente velho. Sai de Milão e estou em Roma. Paguei o mesmo preço pela acomodação, porém em roma nem se compara o nível de serviço prestado.

市税の支払いが特定のカードあるためうまくいかなかったこと。 このため危うく宿泊出来なかった可能性もありました。 市税の支払いを事前にできるパターンも用意したほうが良い。 その際補償額として100€とられた。あとで返ってくるとのことですが？

La posizione, vicino la stazione.

Camera moderna e con arredi in ottime condizioni, apparentemente recentemente rinnovata. Purtroppo la pulizia era ben al di sotto delle aspettative: ho riscontrato sporco diffuso, peli incrostati sui muri e una generale mancanza di attenzione all’igiene degli ambienti (allegherò foto a supporto). Anche lenzuola e asciugamani davano l’impressione di non essere perfettamente puliti. Non si trattava di una struttura fatiscente, ma certamente non può essere definita pulita. Inoltre, mancava persino il coprimaterasso, un elemento che ritengo fondamentale per garantire adeguati standard igienici. Una struttura con buone potenzialità, ma che necessita di maggiore cura nella pulizia e nell’igiene generale.
