חדר קטן. המלון קצת מיושן. היתה בעיה בניאגרה שביקשנו לסדר ולא טופלה. יש המון רעשי בנייה מסביב. המחיר היה גבוה ביחס לתמורה.

Understaffed, a bit crowded, average breakfast

We recently completed our first stay at the Arthur Hotel in Jerusalem. It is conveniently located just off Ben Yehuda Street within easy walking distance to the Old City, the Shuk, and all the attractions and restaurants in downtown Jerusalem. The room was clean and well appointed. It included a coffee maker, small refrigerator, and a great shower. This is a boutique hotel with a chic and friendly vibe. The public spaces are spotless and the front desk and dining room staff are there to help you immediately with any request you might have. The hotel provides a full Israeli breakfast and the staff will quickly serve you any requested dish or specialty coffee on request. Unique to hotels in Israel, there is an afternoon Happy Hour from 5-7 PM with wine, soft drinks, and hot and cold appetizers. The overall value provided by this hotel is outstanding! I cannot talk about the warmth and welcoming nature of this hotel without mentioning Ayala Dekel, the General Manager. Ayala makes sure that every guest is made to feel special and appreciated. I know her more than 15 years and can honestly say that the excellence of the Arthur Hotel is a reflection of her hard work and dedication to ensuring that every guest enjoys their stay. I highly recommend this hotel the next time you are in Jerusalem.

הכל עשר מעשר. נקי, שירות מדהים, אוכל איכותי והמיקום הכי טוב בארץ לירושלים. צוות נחמד ןרגיש, היה שלמות

יחס די קר ולא נעים מצד הצוות, רמת הנקיון ירדה מאוד והמקלחת לא נעימה, צפופה והמים עוברים מקור לחום בלי קשר למה שניסינו לכוון.

המיקום היה מרכזי,צוות שירותי, ארוחת בוקר מצוינת ,היה כיבוד קל בין 17-19 מיטה נוחה וחדר מרווח

משפצים ליד אבל לנו הרעש לא הפריע.

Excellent welcoming from receptionist, allowed us late check out on Saturday. Very nice breakfast. Nice service, dog friendly hotel. Thank you for your enjoyable stay.

Местоположение очень удобное, Старый город в 15 мин пешком, есть много кафе, рядом остановка трамвая. Комплимент от отеля даже для ребёнка, очень мило со стороны отеля Завтрак вкусный

מאיפה להתחיל? אולי בבנייה שמתחילה ב8 בבוקר ומעירה אתכם? אולי במים שלא יורדים בכיור? אולי בהסברי קורונה שעוד תלויים במעלית? אבל תכלס השיא היה בצ'ק אאוט, שאלו אותנו איך היה אנחנו ענינו שככה שככה ואז הקונסיירג' פשוט לא שאל כלום והיה כזה: "טוב ביי". בקיצור זה לא מלון בוטיק, יותר אכסניית נוער במיקום טוב, חבל שהמחיר לא משקף את זה

הצוות לבבי ואדיב, המקום נקי, החדרים יפים ונעימים ויש בהם כל מה שהייתי רוצה שיהיה, כולל פינוק של משהו טעים שמחכה לי בחדר. יש להם ארוחת בוקר גדולה ומפנקת. ואולי הכי חשוב - המיקום הכי טוב בירושלים - ליד כיכר ציון בסמוך לתחנת רכבת קלה.

בביקור האחרון התחילו לשפץ בבניין ליד והיה רעש החל מ-8 בבוקר. זה אמנם משהו זמני ושלא קשור אליהם, אבל זה הפריע.

מלון בוטיק חמוד מאד במיקום מצוין החדר היה נעים ונוח ארוחת בוקר נחמדה הצוות ידידותי היינו בערב שבועות ומאד נהנינו מהשהות

The location is great, the staff are so nice and attentive!!

We arrived on the weekend for a birthday celebration, the staff made it clear to us in advance where we could park. A surprise awaited us, there is an amazing Happy Hour! Hotel staff, A. Wonderful and luxurious breakfast. Comfortable bed, central location, everything accessible on foot. We received help carrying the suitcase to the car. The feeling of a warm and cozy home. The hotel manager Ayelet wonderful and personally takes care of every guest. Amazing!

המלון הוא מלון בוטיק מקסים, ממוקם במרכז העיר, במרחק הליכה מהשוק ומממילא. בשעה 17:00 נפתח טרקלין עם שתייה חמה וקרה, נשנושים, ואפילו קוסקוס עם מרק ירקות, מחווה נעימה ומפנקת. בטרקלין לא הגישו את החלווה שמגישים בארוחת הבוקר, חלבה שממש אהבתי, וכשביקשתי מהקבלה, מיד דאגו להביא לי בשמחה. היינו אמורים לבצע צ’ק-אאוט בשעה 11:00, אך לבקשתנו הסכימו להאריך עד 13:30, מה שאפשר לנו להמשיך להסתובב בירושלים בנחת, מבלי לשלם על חניה, שהייתה כלולה במהלך השהות.

החדר היה מאוד קטן

We have stayed at many hotels in Israel....from moderate cost to expensive but in our humble opinion, The Arthur is the best! The location, the staff, the breakfast and the Happy Hour, included with your room. There is nothing better then at the end of a busy day, sitting down for a glass of wine, a hot soup and some nibbles. Hotels like the Arthur have had and continue to have a real challenge since October 7th. We are thankful that they have weathered the storm and are still providing a great experience.

The location is absolutely wonderful. The room was absolutely gorgeous and comfortable, The pictures don’t do it justice. The staff were lovely and accommodating. We had a wonderful stay and value for the money was great.

לא נחזור, השרות היה גרוע, החדר לא נוקה עד שעות אחר הצהריים המאוחרות, ארוחת בוקר דלה מאוד, נותן השרות הסתובב עם חולצה מלוכלכת, אחד מעובדי הקבלה היה ממש לא נעים ביחס שלו, בסהכ לא נהננו מהמלון.

The staff are nice, and the location is very central. They also offered free drinks and snacks during Hanukkah.

There was construction going on, and we were woken up by the noise in the morning.

השרות אדיב, במיוחד שבאנו עם הכלבלב שלנו שהתקבל בברכה. מבחינת מיקום חשוב לברר לפני כן לגביי חניה ולגביי מיקום המלון, לא ניתן להגיע למלון ברכב אלא רק ברגל אבל יש אפשרות לשאטל נהננו מאוד ובעזרת השם שנגיע לירושלים אין ספק שנחזור

O hotel é bem localizado, o quarto e a cama sao bons e o cafe da manha é aceitavel.

O quarto estava quente e nao havia ar condicionado frio para esfriar. A chave do meu quarto nunca funcionava. Tive de ir a recepçao em media 3 vezes cada vez que queria entrar no quarto.

The location was excellent. Super close to the beach and bustling town. I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel. But when I arrived, they brought me a coffee, which was very thoughtful of them. Traveling alone, happy hour was fun- at 5-7, they open the lobby to wine and light bites. Nice to socialize with other patrons of the hotel.

Приехали в Иерусалим на Шабат Отель расположен недалеко от старого города Есть возможность зажечь свечи и сделать кидуш Также есть приветственный бокал вина и закуски от отеля.

The location couldn't be better! Rooms are on the small side which is expected for the city center but they are functional and squeaky clean. The young staff is accommodating, professional, and eager to please. Happy hour between 5-7 with nibbles and drinks was an unexpected treat. If you come by car, they offer reduced fee parking in a lot very close by.

Great location between the market and the old town. The front of house manager was very helpful, friendly and made our stay very comfortable!

Was great - no complaints

I love this and all the Atlas hotels! A cozy boutique right in the heart of the downtown triangle.

There is major construction going on right next door! Starting at 7:30 until mid-afternoon plan on not being there. Sadly I say that I will not be back to the Arthur until construction is finished which could take years.

המיקום מדהים, קרוב לכל.

1. המזגן לא עבד - הגענו ביום חם יחסית והחדר שלנו היה בקומה האחרונה. קומה אחרונה ללא מזגן תקין - סיוט גם בסתיו הירושלמי. 2. הטלויזיה לא תקינה 3. מרפסת - יציאה לגג ללא תאורה כלל. לא שימושים בערב וחבל.

המיקום של המלון מצוין ולכן בחרנו בו. מכירה את מלונות הרשת בתל אביב וביתה לי חוויה טובה.

שהינו בחג סוכות והיתה הילולה מתחת למלון ורעש עד 23:00. לא היינו מודעות לעניין.

מיקום מעולה. צוות שירות מעולה. מחיר נוח, כנראה עקב השיפוץ בצמוד למלון. חניה נוחה (80 ₪ ליממה). מלון בוטיק קטן וחמוד. המלון משופץ ונקי מאוד.

שתי בעיות עיקריות, שנובעות מהסבת המבנה למלון: 1. מעליות קטנות שיש להן תמיד זמני המתנה. 2. השטח המוקצה לארוחת הבוקר קטן מדי ביחס לכמות החדרים במלון, ולכן הוא צפוף, ארוחת הבוקר מוגבלת במגוון, הצוות התקשה למלא את החוסרים. אני חושב שארוחת הבוקר היא עקב האכילס של המלון. בסה"כ יש לקחת בפרופורציות את הבעיות. הן לא מעיבות משמעותית על ההנאה מהמלון.

The location of this hotel is perfect. Food is right outside the door and an easy walk to all of our favorite spots. The staff was excellent and very friendly. They offer afternoon 'happy hour' that was very nice (we didn't eat breakfast there). The dining room and lounge were beautiful - would have hung out there on a longer stay. Our room was very comfortable and well layed out. The bathroom was very clean. The shower didin't have a full door and hanging space was a little sparse. There was major construction next door but work stopped at 4 pm sharp. We got a free concert one evening. Couldn't see the stage - beautiful music!
