Wij worden steeds met open armen ontvangen door jullie medewerkers en zijn welkom met onze huisdieren. Op doorreis verblijven wij meestal 2 nachten en op terugreis evenzeer . Dit 2 keer per jaar al 5 jaar.

La ubicación, cerca de la playa y comercio. Los trabajadores súper atentos y agradables, si llevas perro te regalan un comedero y un porta bolsa de cacas! Y el desayuno muy bien!

La cama súper incómoda, las almohadas muy finas y incómodas. La cena un horror, había muy poca comida y variada, todo frío y sin gusto

Lovely rooms nice and clean, lovely pool area very chilled the only thing was it was very deep all the way through so couldn’t touch the bottom.

Most of the staff were lovely but a few odd ones were a bit rude. In our room we didn’t have a balcony just a window but it didn’t even look outside it was looking onto another building which was a bit claustrophobic

L’emplacement est nul le parking est nul et très cher 174 euros de taxe de séjour plus parking pour une semaine pour trois la Clim une catastrophe zéro Clim ou presque de la saleté du sol au plafond dans les chambres heureusement le personnel a pus nous reloger dans une autres chambre que celle qui nous a était attribué au départ (un désastre) des menuiseries cassées du bruit infernal jour et nuit une piscine (bac à poisson) de l’hôtel vendue comme une piscine olympique….. tellement nul en chier ce séjour que l’on ne reviendra sûrement jamais dans ce bled heureusement encore une fois que le personnel a étais vraiment pro et adorable c’est ce qui sauve cet (hôtel) de troisième zone. Voir photo pour l’état des chambres et faites quelques chose arrêtez de faire croire au gens qu’ils vont dans un hôtel de rêve c’est un taudis.

Realmente las recepcionistas son malísimas. Nos trataron súper bien! Muchas gracias! La relación precio calidad muy bien, la ubicación excelente! El desayuno muy rico (solo diría que falta alguna variedad de queso que no había).

Friendly staff -rooms very spacious cleaned every day and towels renewed daily-comfortable bed-great air conditioning.Would definitely recommend.

La piscine un peu petite et surtout profonde 1m91 partout. Il ne faut pas avoir une grosse voiture, le parking est très exigu.

Belle situation géographique, piscine agréable et personnel accueillant

Très mal insonorisé (système de porte qui claque très fort, carrelage dans les chambres, bruits extérieurs..) mais surtout, buffet insipide (sauf pour les plats cuisinés par le chef). C'était bien meilleur du temps des anciens propriétaires, avec les buffet à thème. On faisait la file avant l'ouverture du buffet il y a quelques années et ça se comprend. L'hôtel a complètement perdu son âme et c'est très triste.

La salle de bain, la chambre, la piscine et le bar sur le toit terasse est top. Très proche de la plage donc super bien placé.

Les murs ne sont vraiment pas épais nous entendions chaque matins les jeunes revenant de soirée, le réveil des autres chambres.. ce qui fait qu’à 6h-6h30 nous étions réveillé..

La atención de todo el personal, recepción,limpieza, mantenimiento, son muy amables y atentos.

Las manchas de la moqueta de los pasillos y las paredes dan un aspecto feo y de dejadez. Y el fondo de la piscina sucio.

Ubicación, habitación confortable, buffet y atención de personal

Falta de limpieza en habitación, piscina muy profunda para personas más mayores, niños...etc...

El desayuno me encantó todo variado y delicioso

Дуже гарне розміщення готелю, в тихій вулиці, до моря буквально 3-5 хвилин повз бари та магазини.Поряд є магазин, до автостанції 10-15 хвилин пішки. Неймовірний та привітний персонал, як на ресепшені так і в ресторані. Особлива увага прибирання в кімнатах, завжди чисто та вчасно. Смачна їжа в ресторані з щоденними змінами в меню, що дозволяє спробувати всі страви іспанської кухні. Кожного вечора є обов'язково декілька 3-5 страв з мяса та риби. Неочікуваним бенефітом була кімната з забутими речами якими можна було користуватися, донька брала мяч, парасолю від сонця та маленький серф борд, що теж досить добре. Готель вартий уваги, якщо для Вас припустимий шум від сусідів, або Ви маєте міцний сон. Ми задоволені перебуванням, але наступного разу я вибиру інший готель

Особливу увагу слід приділити покращенню шумоізоляції номерів, це основна біда. Сусідів дуже добре чути, але нам повезло біля нас були сусіди лише в останню ніч. Ще одним з сюрпризів, був поганий злив в душові, звичайно нам відремонтували зразу, але постійно вода розливаляся по кімнаті, що трохи дратувало. Також відсутня можливість прийняти душ після виселення з номеру, це треба враховувати в кого пізній виїзд.

Que hubiesen carteles de normas en la piscina y no se cumpliesen. Por ejemplo el fumar. Tenían ceniceros en las mesas cuando indican que esta prohibido.

Camera spaziosa e con una bella vista sul mare ad eccezione del parcheggio a piani nel mezzo

Una volta oltrepassata la hall e preso l'ascensore per salire ai piani si entra in un'altra dimensione. Corridoi con moquette vecchia, macchiata e maleodorante, pareti macchiate e soffitti bassissimi. Entrando in stanza tiri un respiro di sollievo vedendo le mattonelle al pavimento ma, sei costretto e trattenerlo immediatamente dal tanfo proveniente dal bagno. Non è possibile dormire prima delle una di notte per via delle luci di illuminazione del balcone che non sono minimamente schermate verso la stanza, unica soluzione tirare una tenda talmente pesante che ti da l'impressione di dormire in un loculo. Per quanto le signore delle pulizie svolgano un lavoro ineccepibile non è sufficiente a sopperire le mancanze di cura della struttura. Cibo a buffet decente anche se, sono tornata a casa con una gastroenterite da infezione che dopo tre giorni di antibiotico ancora non sta passando. La piscina sulla terrazza ha dimensioni decisamente inferiori a quanto esposto in foto. Al di là dello staff, sempre cortese, tutto molto deludente!

We stayed at Hotel Lloret Santa Rosa for 4 days and overall had a pleasant stay. Our room was clean and perfectly adequate for what we needed. We had a balcony, although we met a few other guests who didn’t have one, so if having a balcony is important to you, I would definitely check before booking. One downside was the noise. On both sides of our room we had what sounded like teenagers playing loud music, shouting and squealing, which could be quite disruptive at times. This may just have been during our particular stay, but it’s something to bear in mind. The hotel is bed and breakfast, although you can purchase an evening meal for €15 per person per night once you arrive. We didn’t try the evening meal, so unfortunately can’t comment on it. We only ate breakfast at the hotel once. It was okay — the usual selection of eggs, beans, Spanish sausages, bread, ham, yoghurt, croissants and drinks. Nothing particularly special, but enough to get you started for the day. The rooftop area has a small, deep pool, sunbeds, seating and a bar. The pool is very small, so I wouldn’t choose this hotel specifically if you’re looking to spend your days around a pool. The biggest disappointment for us was the price of the food and drinks at the rooftop bar. We found them ridiculously expensive, especially considering how many reasonably priced bars and restaurants are surrounding the hotel. We went up for around an hour on our first evening but didn’t return because of the prices. The views from the hotel aren’t anything special, but I think that’s probably to be expected in this part of Lloret unless you’re staying directly on the seafront. The location is excellent. The beach is a 3 minute walk and you can actually see it through the alley when you come out the hotel. The hotel It’s in a quieter area, but you’re only minutes away from the main party strip. We went down there one evening, but it was very busy with teenagers, so we preferred spending our evenings in the town at the bars and restaurants. There is a shop directly behind 'Carrefours', great for anything you need. There are also some great places within walking distance. The church is definitely worth a visit, as are the castle and monument — all were around a 5–10 minute walk from the hotel for us. We didn’t see a huge amount in the way of excursions while we were there, although we were mainly enjoying the town and exploring on foot. One place we would highly recommend is La Habana. We had a steak dinner with fries, mushrooms and egg, along with two drinks, and the total was only around £28 for the two of us. The food was beautiful, the atmosphere was calm and relaxed, and the staff went above and beyond. Definitely worth a visit if you’re staying in Lloret. A couple of other things worth knowing if you’re visiting Lloret: cigarettes aren’t generally sold in normal shops — you need to use a tobacco shop — and we found them surprisingly expensive. Overall: Hotel Lloret Santa Rosa is a clean and well-located base for exploring Lloret. There are some things that could be improved, particularly the rooftop prices and the noise we experienced, but the location makes it convenient for both the quieter parts of town and the nightlife. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it as a base if you’re planning to spend most of your time out exploring rather than at the hotel.

Localizarea aproape de mare, zona foarte buna, aproape de promenada, fetele de la receptie au fost tare dragute, am putut sa stam pe terasa sa admiram privelistea, foarte frumos de altfel si linistitor, doamnele de la curatenie au schimbat prosoapele, au fost ok. In apropiere este un Carrefour, 3 min de mers, si Castelul superb, la 10 min de mers lejer.

Aerul conditionat nu a functionat in camera 428, era mucegai si condens , apa picura din tavan pe hol la intrarea in camera. A trebuit sa dormim o noapte fara aer conditionat. Camera foarte prost compartimentata. Ulterior, am fost mutati la camera 427 unde a fost mult mai bine. Hotelul nu este clar de 4 stele. Toate camerele de pe spate au vedere la peretele unei cladiri, dezolant, iar balconasul este extrem de mic, lucrul acesta neaparand in poze, incape practic doar un scaun. Piscina de pe terasa foarte mica comparativ cu dimensiunea care apare in poze, iar aparatul de cafea nu functiona si nu am putut sa imi iau cafea pe terasa

La verdad que deja mucho que desear, no tiene nada que ver con las fotos en la página web, la habitación sin puertas en los armarios, el lavabo era la ducha en el suelo sin mampara ni cortinas, olor de las tuberías,teníamos que tener siempre la ventana abierta, ni una triste repisa en el lavabo y un único taburete roto, la verdad una pena y para rematar la cena, pésima lo único que se salva un poco es el desayuno, Vamos para no volver

Minden nagyon klassz volt. A hotel nagyon jó helyen van. Szuper a szálloda tetején a medence és bár. A kaja nagyon finom.

A FUIR ! A moins que vous recherchez les critères suivants : CHAMBRE: - Non fidèle au photo ! Fade ! La déco est visiblement en option. - Fissure au plafond - Murs sales - Très mal isolé, nous avons passé le séjour avec nos voisins de chambre et bien entendu les passants de la rue en particulier la nuit ! Même les boules quies n'étaient pas suffisant pour ne pas être réveillé à 4h ou 5h du matin ! (La réception devrait peut-être proposer des casques anti-bruit). - Cheveux sur le lit ! SALLE DE BAIN: - Poils sur la cuvette des wc. - Boule de poussière avec des cheveux. COULOIR DES CHAMBRES : - Moquette sale, pleine de trace. - Odeur d'égoût. PISCINE: - Plus de 2m de profondeur PARTOUT ! Pas l'idéal pour se rafraîchir sans vouloir faire de l'exercice pour éviter de se noyer! Tout le monde est accroché au bord ! - Bord de piscine rouillé et moisi ! La population de l'hôtel est très jeune et bruyante. Nous rentrons plus fatigués qu'à notre arrivée ! Payer 2 nuits 336€ pour ça ! C'est honteux ! Je ne sais pas comment cet hôtel peut avoir 4 étoiles.

Les femme de ménage n’ont pas nettoyé les chambre une seul fois et on devait aller demande des essuies tout les matins, la piscine n’était pas propre et le garde de nuit très désagréable

L'hotel è in posizione centrale vicinissimo al mare, al sesto piano c'è una terrazza stupenda con bar dove c'è Olga una ragazza simpaticissima e super disponibile, li si trova anche la piscina non grande ma giusta per una rinfrescata.Hanno a disposizione un parcheggio coperto non economico ma è sorvegliato quindi ne vale. Una cosa che ho apprezzato tantissimo è stata l'attenzione nei miei confronti, sono celiaca e sia per colazione sia per cena mi indicavano cosa potevo mangiare e se volevo qualcosa me lo preparavano a parte per evitare contaminazioni, i camerieri e gli chef meravigliosi. È stato tutto perfetto.

Le camere non sono insonorizzate, ma tutto sommato nn abbiamo avuto grossi problemi. Peccato che non c'e il parcheggio( compreso o per lo meno ad un prezzo decente), noi abbiamo pagato 110€ per 5 giorni.

It’s not 4* hotel, need renovation in the rooms, very poor rooms isolation so you can hear when people talk louder in another room. If you looking place where to rest this is not that place,because a lot of young people who come there to have good time.

El hotel estaba muy deteriorado. La moqueta del pasillo muy sucia. Las paredes con un gotelé horroroso y con manchas.Las habitaciones con detalles de los años 80. En general falta bastante limpieza . El hotel está reformado pero con materiales de muy mala calidad. No se merece las cuatro estrellas. Tuve un problema con la reserva y dos semanas después todavía estoy esperando contestación.

Nos ha gustado la cercanía a la playa. La habitación está bastante bien y la decoración del hotel es muy chula. El buffet es variado pero normalito. El personal muy amable.

Lo mal que está para aparcar y lo caro que es el parking (el del hotel y el resto). En la piscina no se puede hacer pie, la profundidad mínima es de 1,90m aprox. En el baño cada mañana hacia las 8-9 empezaba a salir agua del wc, dimos parte y nos dijeron que ya lo sabían pero que lo arreglaran cuando pase la temporada alta… Lo de la insonorización deja mucho que desear, se escucha todo.

Wszystko super, pokoje przestronne, łóżka wygodne, śniadania i obiadokolacje pyszne i różnorodne, lokalizacja idealna, blisko na plażę i na miasto, a jednocześnie z drugiej strony od hoteli dla obozów młodzieżowych. Jedynie brakowało ekspresu do kawy w pokoju i suszarki na ręczniki/ ubrania na balkonie. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce 😊

Sehr nettes Personal, sehe sauber und gute Lage. Frühstück ist sehr gut und günstig. Abendessen haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Die Zimmer sind für den Preis sehr Standard aber völlig in Ordnung. Man durfte leider nicht mal Wasser mit an den Pool nehmen, weil dort eine Poolbar war. Finden wir etwas übertrieben.

Stoelen aan het zwembad in niet zo goede staat zeker van de 40 Stoelen 6 of 7 kapot. 1 persoon van het team om te kuisen moest ik steeds aanspreken dat ze steeds iets vergeten was. W.c papier aanvullen, onze handdoeken niet verversen en badkamer vergeten kuisen. Eten kon ook beter van het hotel voor mij geen 4 sterren waard.

Персонал працює добре і робить все якомога найкраще. Якість в усьому відповідає ціні.

Власники знизили ціну, але встановили прайси на все, що по логіці мало б бути безкоштовним. Нехай платна парковка за 19€, нехай додаткові туристичні збори і т.п., але платити за сейф, який вже є в номері чи за те щоб самостійно зважити сумки в фоє - це вже перебір. До персоналу питань немає, до власників/управляючих - дуже багато.

Hacía tiempo que no podía dormir en un hotel, por el ruido de los clientes de la planta, ya se que es Lloret y me he alojado en varios hoteles, de hecho por eso escogí uno no tan barato, pero de 3h a 4:30 de la madrugada, gritos y golpes, decepcionante, supongo que los que molestaban eran los mismos que se tiraban saltando en la piscina y molestando al resto de clientes, fatal. Y dos camas en vez de una de matrimonio, pues incómodo.
