The pool was nice, felt like a high end resort except the outside bar is only open on the weekends. The Grove was great, excellent service, Joseph was awesome.

There were cigarette butts all over the machines and bars in the casino, wish smokers would at least use the cigarette trays. Over all it felt dirty on the floor and machines, the carpet in the room was full of stains, pretty gross. Also the lady who checked us in loudly shamed us for “booking through a 3rd party.” Which I have never had that when booking through this company before.

The staff was awesome and very helpful and nice

Wish slot machine were a little loose. But I enjoyed my stay.

The Hotel is very clean . An excellent customer service. I Love the food in the Grove steakhouse👍

We have stated here before and really enjoyed it. But this time was bad. They are nice rooms

This time the AC was broken in our room and wouldn’t shut off. It was freezing. We went to a restaurant in the casino and sat there for almost 20 minutes and never once did a server say a word to us. Other tables were set after us and had drink and orders taken before anyone ever came over to us. The staff was to busy talking. One server was at a table next to us and gave them drinks. Looked right at us and walked right past us and didn’t say a work. We ended up leaving with nothing. We checked out of the hotel and will not be going back. We go to San Diego once or twice a month for business and always stop there to play a few tables. And this time we brought a large sum of money to have a good night. And we took our business to another casino

This hotel was an absolutely fantastic experience. I came for my birthday. Had the best time. First off the hotel is exceptionally clean. The rooms are fresh and new. The mattress is very comfortable. The bathroom has a large glass shower. There are 3 nice clean pools and 1 Jacuzzi. The steakhouse has delicious food. And most of all, entire staff was so friendly and accommodating...I would love to come stay again.

I liked the parking. It was safe and plentiful. The restaurants had good food and drink. They did seem to be understaffed.

They were a little bit under staffed so the wait for food was a little long. The coffee in the room was terrible tasting.

Loved everything about this hotel. The staff were so accommodating, rooms were spotless, restaurants reasonably priced.

It is very convenient off the freeway and I always feel safe here! I live in Arizona and drive to just come to this casino! It’s one of my favorites! You have to stay in Willow section of the casino it’s beautiful. Also everyone that works there is so very nice.

The room was spacious and clean. Had a great stay. Everything from arriving to the valet to checking out was a great experience. All staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back.

Room was clean, but the video rental was not working and the front desk was not answering the phone. Eventually got it working but required a lot from me. On the last day the key stopped working before check out. There was a line to address that too Second time here, likely my last.
