Room was clean and staff was super helpful and kind. Parking was easy as well, in a gated area right next to the hotel.

Ein Hotel, welches gut für eine Nacht ist. Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel sind die Zimmer leider auf dem Niveau einer Jugendherberge. Soweit war alles ordentlich und sauber (bis auf einen Rotweinfleck im Teppich). Positiv war, dass man direkt vor dem Hotel kostenlos parken konnte. Auch die Anbindung in die wirklich sehr sehenswerte Altstadt ist gut (10min mit den Fahrrad). Das Frühstück können wir nicht beurteilen, da wir keines in Anspruch genommen haben.

Très belle chambre, beaucoup de rangement et de commodités (bouilloire, sèche-cheveux) Lit et oreillers confortables. Air climatisé: un pur bonheur. Personnel aimable. Un peu loin de la vieille ville mais commodités à proximité.

Rien à dire sur l établissement lui même, propreté impeccable et calme appréciable mais on peut regretter l l'absence d indication routière ou de panneau visible sur le trajet depuis la ville comme depuis la gare.Ceci est particulièrement gênant à la nuit tombée.Il faut remarquer aussi,vu la distance et l'absence de ligne de bus depuis la gare, que le Kyriad Centre Ville convient beaucoup mieux aux voyageurs à pied que celui ci

L’hôtel est correct mais j’aimerais comprendre où sont les 4 étoiles ? Cheveux dans la douche, ressorts du matelas désagréables, télévision plutôt ancienne… et personnel assez antipathique.

Déçu du Kyriad « Prestige » qui n’a de prestigieux que le nom… Nous avons demander 1 chambre pour 3 personnes, nous avons eux 1 lit double et 1 lit d’appoint (chauffeuse) avec matelas bas de gamme contrairement à ce qui est annoncé. La nuit sur le « lit » fut très longue… Concernant la salle de bain… pas de sèche serviette et un seul crochet pour accrocher sa serviette, très pratique quand nous sommes 3… Étanchéité de la baignoire ? Inexistant, salle de bain transformé en piscine, aucun joint sur le pare douche. Concernant les parties communes, nous ne sommes pas informé de la présence de la salle de sport ou du sauna , existe t’ils? Impossibilité d’acheter 1 bouteille d’eau au bar après 23h et aucun distributeur présent dans l’hôtel. (Oui petite blague, vous êtes 3 dans la chambre vous avez 1 petite bouteille d’eau). Petit déjeuner hors de prix, 18€ pour les mêmes buffets présent dans d’autres hôtels pour 10€-12€ mais bon ne sait on jamais peut être que ce petit déjeuner est prestigieux… Pour les points positifs, heureusement qu’il y en a tout de même , le personnel est très accueillant très sympathique L’hôtel est propre et plutôt bien insonorisé malgré la présence du chemin de fer très proche.

Accueil chaleureux et sympathique voir excellent avec Sabrina. Chambre spacieuse et confortable, bien équipée et décorée. Revoir support douchette, manque joint dessous le pare douche, eau chaude compliquée à régler. Prévoir un support serviette près du lavabo et une marche pour accéder à la terrasse. Rien de grave pour y passer un bon séjour.

Bonjour, y'avait pas de brosse sur le pot de toilette et la chambre était un peu froide.

Very comfortable bed. Breakfast awesome with freshly squeezed orange juice. No coffee sachets in room or on premises.

Un tres bel hôtel, personnel agreable et à l’ecoute. Les chambres sont spacieuses et tres agreables. Le petit dejeuner est à la hauteur de l’hôtel. Excellent et varié. Le sucré est aussi bon quel e salé. Je vous recommande cet hotel.

Prix très concurrentiels, Equipe toujours au Top, accueillante et professionnelle, chambre très confortable (dommage que la nôtre sente la cigarette), petit déjeuner excellent. Il y a 4 ans cet hôtel avait un restaurant qui méritait 4 étoiles et c'est une des raisons pour lesquelles je m'y arrêtais; actuellement on ne propose au voyageur que des bocaux ??!!! excellents ?? peut être, mais indigne d'un hôtel de ce niveau (nous ne sommes pas à l'armée pour manger des rations de combat). Sans compter qu'aucun restaurant ne se trouve à proximité de l'hôtel. Messieurs les actionnaires, si vous voulez fidéliser votre clientèle faites un effort et rétablissez le restaurant si vous ne voulez pas nous voir aller chez vos concurrents.

The only problem is that there is no restaurant at the hotel but a room service. Excepted that it was perfect.

L’hôtel est très bien placé avec un métro à ses pieds. Cependant les chambres sont extrêmement bruyantes. On entends tous les voisins qu’ils soient dans leur chambre ou dans le couloir. Et la salles de bains toute petite aurait été bien lus agréable avec une véritable douche plutôt qu’une espèce de grignote hybride trop minuscule pour y prendre un bain et pourtant nous étions en chambre supérieure. La piscine est certe jolie mais trop petite donc surchargée des 9h avec comme partout des indélicats qui réservent des sites sans être là. Le petit déjeuner est correct et le restaurant assez agréable. Dommage ce bruit

Hotel agréable et personnel serviable. La situation géographique est un peu excentrée du centre ville (20mn à pied). Le petit déjeuner est bien garni mais doit être pris avant 09h. Les chambres sont nettoyées seulement le matin, après 12h pas de ménage.

Hotel is clean and modern but lacks any character abd is 20 minutes walk to the old city through suburbs and along a main road.

Rooms of good standard, but stay marred by lack of restaurant(post Covid ), and lack of other restaurants within easy walking distance, and pettiness over room supplies ( coffee, toilet rolls).

I just loved and enjoyed my stay! I even told the staff that I will rate them 5stars☺️ . Hotel propre et bien décoré. Chambres comfortables. L'accueil irreprochable le samedi 29/11 au soir par une petite dame a lunette brune dont j'ai oublié le nom mais que je tenais a saluer pour son professionalisme et sa gentillesse. Ma femme, ma petite fille et moi nous sentions comme a la maison grace a elle. Ce genre d'accueil dans le chaines d'hotel à tendance a se perdre.

One night stay to do sight seeing in Vannes. City center is a 20 minutes walk. Free parking. Breakfast we didn't try. Everything looks very new, friendly staff. The place is more quiet than it seems when looking at the map. Definitely a good address.

Das Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb vom Stadtzentrum. Um in die Stadt zu kommen muss man das Auto nehmen, es gibt aber genügend Parkhäuser. Vannes ist eine sehr interessante Stadt und es empfiehlt sich dort länger zu bleiben. Das Hotel hat 2 Ladestationen für E Autos.

Nous avons eu un très bon accueil et service. La chambre était correcte pour 2 personnes, néanmoins il manquait des portes serviettes lorsque l’on est 2 adultes. L’hôtel est situé à un petit quart d’heure à pied du centre ville. Je n’hésiterais pas à y revenir. Merci pour notre séjour.

Hôtel d'un niveau 3 étoiles, mais pas encore d'un niveau 4 étoiles chambre qui manque d'équipement pour un couple : pour poser les valises pour ranger ses effets pour accrocher les serviettes de toilettes utilisées . Un personnel un peu surmené . l'établissement est situé pas trop loin du centre et de la gare.

La position de l’hôtel par rapport au centre ville de Vannes est parfaite. 2 petits kilomètres. Par contre le ter qui passe à coté jusqu à minuit, pas terrible. Je ne parle pas des clients qui rentrent tard et discutent juste devant votre porte. Isolation phonique des portes nulle. Le personnel d'accueil et du petit déjeuner sont très sympas. Le nettoyage de la salle de bain est partiel, toile araignée qui pend au dessus du lavabo. Nous étions en rez de jardin au niveau des voitures. Ch 16. A éviter. C'est plus un hôtel pour une nuit que pour un séjour.

Hotel was great value, clean and pet friendly. The location was really quiet and a bit out of the way from the action(about 1.6 km) but not a problem to walk

A very friendly welcome and the room was clean and well set out.

The stay was good marred by one thing. The receptionist - it happened on three occasions + was talking on the telephone to other guests and. completely ignored my presence. She was just chatting and on two occasions I had to wait about 5 minutes for her to attend to me and on the third occasion I had to find another member of staff. Apart from that the hotel was very good and comfortable and the food at dinner good value for money

The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. They let me store my bags after checkout until my train arrived. They printed my train ticket for me and called me a cab. They went out of their way to take care of me. I would Highly recommend staying here.

Clean and conveniently located from autoroute access. Good Breakfast but small selection of ham, cheeses. Ca. 1.5 km walk to center of town and harbour canal. Restaurant closed weekend evenings.

Clean modern hotel with secure parking and about 20 minute walking distance to centre of town

Our sat nav had difficulty in locating the Kyriad but on arrival we found it on a roundabout some 10 mins drive from Vanne harbour. The rooms were ok but not enough wardrobe space, all French TV channels and a really hard bed! Strangely they do not provide sachets of coffee in the room just tea. We had drinks in the tiny lounge bar and ate in the hotel. Delicious food. We found the staff to be offhand with no pleasantries apart from the gentleman who checked us in.

Very nice hotel in Vannes...close to centre ville.the size of the room is above average for European standards. The bed is very comfortable and the ammenities were very good. The parking in the summer is a little challenging, be aware. Overall a very nice experience

The property was situated outside of town in an ugly area. Not at all what the pictures of the site presented. We also booked an extra room by mistake as we never got confirmation by Hotels.com of the first room i had reserved, Once we got to the hotel, the personnel was very dismissive as they couldn't do anything to reimbursed the room. Not one word of apologies, or offering breakfast maybe. The location was really inconvenient.

We made a reservation for a Superior Triple Room, and when we arrived at the hotel, there were only double rooms with armchair extension beds

The Kyriad is in a perfect location to explore this beautiful area of France. The staff is very nice and helpful. Our room was clean with good amenities. Ladies, bring hair conditioner if you use it. Reliable wifi and free car parking. We enjoyed our stay.

Room expected to be bigger honestly... But ok for one night. Would not recommend to spend many days there. Even the superior room is small !!

Good breakfast, well maintained hotel on the edge of Vannes. Next to railway and near to hospital so rather noisy.

Very reasonably priced accommodation which met our needs as a 2night stopover on the way to the ferry at Caen. Lovely area to explore. We would certainly consider staying at this hotel again as everything was pleasant and straightforward. The fresh orange juice deserves a special mention. The hotel was full but reception staff were being very helpful in sourcing accommodation elsewhere for drop-ins on holiday weekend.

Great location just about a five minute drive to city centre. The facilities were better than some 4 star hotels we have stayed out . Staff were friendly and helpful plus there was a kettle in the room which is a rarity in Europe .

This is NOT a waterfront hotel as described on your website, please correct. It is however a pleasant 15 min walk from the main port and suited us with free parking, fuel station, supermarket and laundromat 5 mins walk away. Easy access to highway. Staff were pleasant, bar has a nice balcony to unwind although we were disappointed restaurant was booked privately and then not open Sunday night. Breakfast was standard continental and well stocked.

Good decor, nice and modern, very clean and spotless room

We stayed at this hotel and the room was clean and colour scheme is very pleasing with nice wood accents and solid furniture. The bed sheets and pilows made good soft feeling. I found it difficult to fault this hotel and that is why its got the prestige label. I loved the balcony that is ther in our room. The breakfast area are looked clean and airy, although we didn't have the chance to have breakfast. There is information at the door entrance for all the local events. There is room for parking for about 20 cars. Its a nice place, we would come again.
