Very convenient location, close to Konyaalti beach, but not by the main road, so it's quiet. The staff is very attentive, smiling and helpful. We were upgraded to a higher standard room upon check in. The facilities were clean and all was satisfactionary.

The breakfast was a bit repetitive - but there are many affordable restaurant options nearby.

Hotel is located in a perfect spot, next to the beach line. Stuff is friendly and helpful, housekeeping is extraordinary for this hotel price range. Wifi was decent and breakfast is good for it's price

I would say that bed mattress was a little too hard for my back and air conditioner worked too hard, so i had to switch it off during the night because it got too cold in my apartament

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cet hôtel et, malheureusement, notre expérience a été très moyenne. Concernant le petit-déjeuner, il y a très peu de choix. Beaucoup de produits sont très salés, il n’y a pratiquement pas de viennoiseries ni de vrai pain, seulement du pain blanc à base de farine. Le choix est vraiment limité. Pour l’omelette, il faut demander plusieurs fois car le chef n’est souvent pas présent. Malgré cela, ils ont fait l’effort de me préparer deux fois une omelette adaptée, car je n’aime pas les œufs avec les légumes. Le seul plat proposé avec les œufs est pimenté, ce qui ne convient pas forcément à tout le monde. Nou avons également dû changer de chambre deux fois à cause de problèmes, notamment avec une porte. Le plus décevant est que nous avons dû déplacer nos affaires nous-mêmes, sans véritable aide du personnel. On avait vraiment l’impression que c’était à nous de nous débrouiller. Autre gros problème : il n’y a pas de climatisation dans les espaces communs de l’hôtel. Lorsqu’il fait 40 °C dehors, l’intérieur ressemble littéralement à un four. C’est très inconfortable, surtout pendant les périodes de forte chaleur. La première chambre qui nous a été attribuée avait plusieurs problèmes, notamment une odeur désagréable. Le mini-bar fonctionnait également mal. Le Wi-Fi est un autre gros point négatif : le signal ne capte pas correctement dans toutes les chambres, ce qui est très gênant lorsqu’on reste plusieurs jours. Un autre problème très important concerne l’électricité. Le disjoncteur sautait régulièrement et nous devions intervenir directement sur le disjoncteur pour rétablir le courant. Je trouve cela particulièrement dangereux : un problème électrique de ce type devrait être vérifié et réglé par un professionnel de l’ Enfin, pour le coffre-fort, il faut demander la clé/le code à chaque fois. Ce n’est pas quelque chose qui est mis à disposition directement dans la chambre.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Wenn etwas war, wurde uns sofort und unkompliziert geholfen. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigt haben. Die Nähe zum Strand war für uns besonders schön und sehr praktisch. Die Zimmer waren sauber und insgesamt hat alles einen gepflegten und angenehmen Eindruck gemacht. Ich war mit meinem Mann und unseren beiden Töchtern (13 und 15 Jahre) dort. Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt. Unsere Töchter konnten wir auch mit gutem Gewissen einmal im Hotel lassen und selbst ans Meer gehen, wenn sie nicht mitkommen wollten. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft!

Преимуществом отеля является его месторасположение, не первая линия, но море близко и проход приятный. В округе много кафе, если вы едите турецкую кухню, мы нашли русскую кухню и ходили туда (это на проспекте, называется Чебурек)

Очень тесный номер, чемодан негде было разложить, на стенах есть плесень, видно, что ее убирали, но она все равно есть. Наволочки весьма усталые, их бы обновить

Локалізація чудова - 2 хв до моря. Персонал привітний. Ми отримали номер з чудовим видом на море. Номер комфортний, було все необхідне. Кондиціонер працював справно. Сніданки не дуже різноманітні, але достатні, щоб обрати за своїм смаком.

Очень душевно. Люди отзывчивые очень. Хорошая энергия, хочется вернутся, чувсвуется доброжелательное отношение. Мне понравилось. Необычно то, что весь персонал подобран хорошо. Я вернусь при возможности сюда же.

Teníamos 2 noches y hemos tenido que dejar 1 noche antes. Ambas noches pagadas. Somos 3 amigos los cuales cada uno tenía su propia habitación y nada más llegar las formas del chico de recepción no fueron correctas. Lo primero nos exigió el pago sin ni siquiera darnos la tarjeta. Le pedimos doble tarjeta y se negó a darnoslas. La luz en las habitaciones dejaba de funcionar constantemente y para nosotros es muy importante la luz dado que tenemos inyecciones para mantenerlas frías. Seguimos en la parte de la piscina nos proporcionaron 2 toallas sucias y usadas,le recriminamos la acción y el chico estaba jugando a cartas y no le importamos nada fue pasotismo absoluto. Por otro lado una persona está con muletas y nunca nos facilito el acceso a la piscina por una puerta que estaba cerrada,en las habitaciones no había ni jabón. Después de tanto malestar un amigo bajo a recriminarles y para colmo intentaron agredirle. Un cúmulo de cosas que nos ha hecho abandonar el hotel. Hemos tenido que coger otro hotel y le hemos trasmitido al de recepción nuestro descontento. Quién nos reembolsa esa noche perdida en este hotel??... Soy un cliente que puedes ver mi historial y nunca he dado problemas. Espero respuesta. Saludos cordiales.

La seule chose que je n’est pas aimée c’est une des femmes de ménage qui m’a limite crier dessus juste parce que j’avais taché la serviette avec mon fond de teint sans le vouloir.

The breakfast was delicious, everything was fresh and of good quality. The staff was very friendly. Fresh water was provided in the fridge every day, which was fantastic. Nice swimming pool.

There's no designated smoking area at the hotel entrance or during breakfast. Unfortunately, smoke also seeps through the ventilation ducts between rooms, which is very unpleasant for non-smokers. The staff's suggestion of changing rooms helped somewhat, but not completely.

Провели 10 замечательных дней на море. Отель отличный, Уборка каждый день, меняют полотенца каждый день, Белье меняют каждые два - три дня. Завтрак однообразный, но вкусный, (традиционный турецкий завтрак), Номер небольшой, но все есть, кровати удобные и большие. Море в одном квартале, 3 мин пешком, лифт есть.

Good value for money. Facilities and breakfast are pretty basic, but all clean, very well located. The staff is friendly and helpful. Have been staying in this hotel for the second time and will come again. Good option for short holiday.

The street might be quite noisy, so you can't sleep with the balcony open and need to fiddle with AC to make it not too cold, not too hot)) The electric lights near the head panel of the bed produce some noise when turned off. So to be able to sleep properly I had to figure out how to turn of the fuse(?) to basically switch off the electricity on that side of the room. This could be fi w, but it means that all the sockets are also switched off, so you can't charge your gadgets overnight.

El.deasyuno es muy básico y solamente Turco, no.occidental. nos calentaron leche para los niños pero en un principio no querían hacerlo.

The location of the hotel is really great, just 4 minutes to the Sea. Cleaning was also great. The personnel were amicable and nice. Air-conditioning was also adequate. The overall impression is generally positive.

The worst thing is wi-fi connection - 0/10. Complained about it but personnel didn't help at all, so we had to use the mobile internet throughout the whole stay.. The breakfast is 5/10. It is enough to fill you in, but nothing more. Not enough variety and the absence of lean protein, there was only sausages and boiled eggs. There wasn't a kettle in the rooms, even for cups you have to go to the reception desk. The bathroom was quite small and in one of the rooms the tubes were leaking a bit. So, every time you use a tap there is water on the floor.

The lighting was not good in the room.

Le Monsieur qui fait l’accueil le matin, c’est une personne de grande taille. Il est très mal élevé. Quand on lui dit bonjour, il ne vous calcule même pas. Il n’est jamais content. Je n’ai jamais vu une personne aussi pas élevée que lui.

Ik had een kamer geboekt en volledig betaald voor mij en mijn drie kinderen. Alles was bevestigd. Bij aankomst rond 10 uur kreeg ik echter te horen dat er geen kamer meer vrij was. Ik stond daar verbaasd, want mijn reservering was volledig in orde en betaald. Pas nadat ik een heel schandaal moest maken, kreeg ik uiteindelijk een kamer, maar die was helemaal niet geschikt: éénpersoonsbed + één tweepersoonsbed voor vier personen. De kamer was klein, onhygiënisch en vuil. Ik voelde me absoluut niet op mijn gemak. Het personeel bood geen hulp en kwam totaal niet professioneel over. Het ontbijt was zeer beperkt en van slechte kwaliteit: droog eten, weinig keuze, zelfs geen verse sinaasappels of fatsoenlijk brood. Voor een verblijf waar ik €500 voor heb betaald, is dit absoluut onaanvaardbaar. Ik ben diep teleurgesteld en heb zelfs andere gasten ontmoet die exact hetzelfde ervaren hebben. Dit hotel is zijn geld absoluut niet waard en ik raad het niemand aan.

Alles! Sauberes Zimmer, sauberes Hotel, sehr sauberer und gepflegter Pool der größer ist, als er auf den Fotos hier scheint. Gute Klimaanlage! Freundlicherweise konnten wir an unserem Abreisetag auch etwas länger in unserem Zimmer bleiben. Sehr leckere Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Viele kleine Geschäfte gibt es rund um das Hotel. Ein Taxistand ist direkt vorm Hotel. Der Strand ist in weniger als 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Freundliches Personal

Leider nur ein sehr kleines Bad dafür aber sehr sauber und ungünstiger Weise steht das Klimaaußengerät am Balkon am Boden das es nahezu unmöglich ist sich am Balkon aufzuhalten.

Hôtel radin et publicité mensongère, le petit déjeuner n'avait rien avoir avec ce qui était affiché, sans oublier que le maitre d'hôtel était antipathique. ,mis à part les chambres, il n'y avait pas de climatisation au niveau de la réception et des couloirs.
