Personeel is zeer klantvriendelijk

À la cart menu was zeer karig en veel van wat er op de kaart stond was niet leverbaar. Het was gehorig in de kamer en er was een constante mechanische “gehoem” hoorbaar. Qua kwaliteit / prijs vind ik deze suite die we 2 dagen hadden echt niet de moeite waard.

Kamer was gehorig en er was een constante mechanische gezien te horen. In de a la cart restaurant waren meer gerechten er niet dan wel. Bijgerechten waren eveneens niet voor handen en dit werd je niet verteld.

Une humidité est très importante, les chambres doivent etre un peu plus maintenues , aérées.

Beliggenhet nær flyplassen passer meg fint. Service orientert ledelse og ansatte ved hotellet gjør det enkelt å rette opp eventuelle feil. Enkelt å få byttet rommet der wifi ikke var helt på topp til et nytt der alt fungerte veldig bra.

Near the airport

I chose a non-smoking room but the room smelled strongly of cigarettes which was unpleasant Cleanliness is not satisfactory. Bed sheets, quilt , pillow cases still have dirty stain and should be replaced with new ones. The original white color has turned gray. Very disgusting. The toilet smells bad. The swimming pool is also not cleaned.

Staff was very friendly.

the room smells musty/sewage-like, and not just the room but also the general toilets near the terrace/restaurant, so it must be a general problem. they tried to fix it but nothing helped. the bathroom has an entire glass door facing directly to the beds which makes it impossible to sneak to the toilet without waking the other person in the room. the bedlinnen looks dingy. the swimming pool water didn't look too clean, not very inviting - nor does the swimming pool has sunbeds.

Ketenangan antar kamar sangat terjaga dan kedap, walau ada anak teriak2 di kamar sebelah kekedapan setiap kamar bagus bgt.

Untuk hari ke 2 saya tidak mendapatkan kopi dan tea sachet nya, sehingga saat akan memerlukan kopi pagi saya tidak dapatkan.

The service was excellent. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I can recommend this hotel to anyone. I will return here.

Nice hotel layout, very good hospitality, good foods for the breakfast, the ala carte also nice. quite confusing looking for the room. ambience is nice at night. not too crowded, staff always give their best smiles. love to stay here again when visit Banjarmasin.

El hotel está descuidado no encienden los aires acondicionado en el restaurante y en el lobby con lo que si quieres estar fresco no puedes salir de la habitación hay pocas opciones para comer en el restaurante no prestan atención a la hora de preparar las cosas por ejemplo pedí un smoothie de fresa y durazno y me trajeron un vaso de leche con sirope de fresa en general he quedado muy decepcionado de mi estadia

Had a great stay here, room was clean, plenty of choices for the breakfast. Unexpectedly it was quiet here eventhough the location was just in front of the airport. Staff was nice especially Ahmad, who is really helpful during my stay here. Keep up the good work !

For the area it is the nicest hotel, staff are very friendly and happy to help. The pool is not desirable due to people that stay there, blowing their noses in the water.

The room need to be properly cleaned. Need to check the phone number listed in booking.com and in the internet. It was not working.

My room was far behind need to walk quite a distance and everwhere is by staircase the lift is only at the middle of the hotel far behind. Based on booking.com all room are at ground floor but actually not so I feel disappointed

Property and facilities are very dated (decking at swimming pool were uneven and an hazard to kids using the pool) are in dire need of maintenance and repairs. The paid buffet breakfast quality and taste were generally not up to standards expected of a Novotel hotel branding. Staff were generally friendly but in need training for better customer service experience. Lastly, the towels provided in the rooms smells awful. Much improvement needed.

No restaurant for dinner. People don’t speak English much.

The room is ok, but i need to take water in the alley similar like staying in a budget hotel? Some Novotel put water inside a glass bottle but not this one. TV in your gym are not working, both treadmill as well, i push the button written” if i need help you can the button one” no one’s coming, waited for an hour.

The hotel is located nearest to the airport. You can reach the airport from the hotel in just only 20 minutes. The food was fabulous. The variant of the food in the breakfast corner was suitable. The hotel staff was also lovely. The landscape of the hotel is remind me to the hotel at Bali. Swimming pool was also good.

The room smelled very musty, there were stains on the sheets, the bathroom was not clean, there was a water leak in the bathroom sink and they went to check the room just before giving us the key. We simply expected something more from a hotel of its "category".

Great location and value. Local breakfast quite amazing.

The direction to the room is confusing. The bathroom is using glass transparant that can be seen from the bed, hard to close it.

Restaurent staff always avoid to serve finished food like Milk, Banana, Tea bag etc at breakfast time

Mein Problem ist bekommen ich ganz hinten in der hintersten Ecke des Zimmer, ansonsten alles wunderbar 😉

location is not close to the airport gate, but need 15-20 minute taxi drive. big, clean but old room, comfort matrass, dirty sofa, broken bathroom door, old hairdryer that stopped every 2 minutes in use. big pool for children, not really for swimming.

Overall ok compare to the pricr

There has no razor in wash room. But the staffs was cery kindness and the room was very cleaned. I want to eat various tropical fruits such as mangga, avocado..etc, but its a rare. However, i was very satisfied in this hotel. I will reuse this hotel when i visit to banjarumasin. Thank you very much.
