Location close to Moulin Rouge, close to metro. The room and bathroom were smaller, but all the spaces are smaller in the central Paris. Air conditioning worked well.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location.

Where do i start.. i booked 15 nights which cost me 3000 Euros. They had decided to put me in the absolute worst room available - first floor, the view was the internal wall with some extraction fans that were super loud. The lights were also flickering. I went downstairs to complain. The receptionist said there was nothing else available, however after calling her manager another room became available. The new room they put me at all 3 of the pillow cases and the pillows were dirty with someone's makeup. I asked to replace them. They said they didn't have any more pillows. I then asked to at least change the pillow cases. The cleaner that arrived said i only needed one pillow, and she told me to put the other 2 dirty pillows with the dirty cases in a closet. The first couple of days were cold. The radiators and the air con was not working. I asked for a portable heater. The staff couldn't understand what i was asking for, so i had to use google translate. Finally the receptionist comes up with a heater, i plug it in and it's not working. I call up the reception saying that it's not working. Another receptionist comes up, he tells me that the aircon is working, however it is only blowing cold air. He tells me that it's "hot", but it was maximum 18 degrees. He says that he's going to come back, but never returns. I go downstairs again to check what is happening. The first receptionist sends me up to the first floor to his colleague, who says that his working hours are finished. They later find another heater which works but is covered in dust and dirt. In a few days i asked the cleaners to change my sheets. I am given a dirty look and I am told that it is only done once weekly. A week goes by. I ask the same cleaner to change my sheets, she angrily goes "no, no, no" and points her fingers at me. I go to reception and ask to change the sheets for me. Then the receptionist calls her up and asks to do it.

The hotel is really well located right beside Place de Clichy metro station. The area has a lot of places to eat and drink, as well as pharmacies and a supermarché just a couple of minutes’ walk away for snacks and water. There is a lovely little Thai food place 2 doors down the street. The room was clean and well-kept and the air conditioning was a very welcome feature in June! The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The room was small but it really didn’t matter to us as we spent most of our time out in the city.

Lo mejor: la ubicacion. El barrio de Montmartre es hermoso. Tenes metro cerca y esta bien conectado con todo. A pesar de que la calle es muy ruidosa con la ventana cerrada no se escucha nada.

La ducha, tiene una mampara que se filtraba toda el agua y se inundaba el baño. No hay heladerita en la habitacion. El ascensor es lo mas chico que vi en mi vida y en el desayuno el café es muy malo.

The location was perfect. Just 2 minutes walk to metro station and 5 minutes walk to moulin rouge. Also, a walking distance to Sacre coeur.

If you have dust allergy, it will be a nightmare for you as I found the vents and top of standing cupboards very dusty. Sleeping at night was very difficult for me.

Чудове розташування, все поруч супермаркет, пекарня та заклади харчування Метро 3 хвилини пішки, поруч Мулін Руж До Опери теж можна пройтись Привітний та чудовий персонал як на рецепції так і на сніданках. Усі були дуже милі та ввічливі. Я неймовірно задоволена готелем та персоналом

We know that the rooms are tiny in general and this was also, but nice. There was no mini fridge, that would help especially in summer.

Nonostante la camera fosse "deluxe" era davvero piccola, con il soffitto troppo spiovente (era all'ultimo piano), con una vasca a soglia altissima trasformata in doccia. L'ascensore era il più piccolo mai visto, spesso evitavamo di prenderlo per paura di come sarebbe stato rimamerci chiusi dentro. In definitiva, rapporto qualità prezzo molto sfavorevole.

Super bien ubicado frente al metro !!Locales de comida y hasta un supermercado en la puerta. El personal muy amable. Si bien la habitación daba a la calle , en el 4to piso no se escuchaba tanto el ruido de autos.

Dommage que le personnel soit si peu souriant à l’exception d’une ou deux personnes à la réception. Le camion de poubelle juste au pied de l’hôtel à 6h du matin, pendant plus d’une heure, nous a bien réveillés.

I do not consider myself a demanding guest when it comes to accommodation, but unfortunately this hotel did not even meet basic standards of comfort, cleanliness, or safety. The location was very disappointing. The area felt unsafe, with many suspicious people around the entrance and nearby streets, including homeless people, and it was generally noisy and dirty, with rubbish on the ground. The hotel is also close to a school, so during weekdays there is considerable noise. In addition, the streets behind the hotel are part of a nightlife area, with clubs and adult venues, which makes the surroundings loud at night and not particularly pleasant. Cleanliness was poor. The floor looked as if it had not been properly washed or disinfected in a long time, especially in the corners. The parquet was poorly maintained, and there was dust and lint on the bedside tables and between the furniture and the walls. The bedside tables were also slightly tilted, so objects could easily fall. When entering the room, there was an unpleasant smell, possibly from mould or humidity. Some towels were stained, which was unacceptable. The room itself was extremely small and did not look like the photos. There was very little space to move around, especially between the bed and the bathroom. The desk was old and dirty. The bathroom was also problematic: the shower was very small and would be uncomfortable for larger people, while part of the ceiling panel looked damaged and close to falling. One section of the ceiling was completely yellow and appeared to have been affected by water damage. The hotel also lacks basic amenities. There were no slippers, and the toiletries provided were very poor quality, only a basic 2-in-1 shampoo and shower gel, so we had to buy our own products separately. There were no mosquito screens on the windows, which meant that many mosquitoes entered the room, especially in spring and summer. Another major issue was security.

Soba je prostrana i uredna, sve je čisto. Krevet mi je bio iznimno udoban, kupaonica i tuš odlični, odlično smo spavali iako je soba uz prometnicu. Lokacija hotela je izvrsna, metro je odmah blizu hotela a do Montmartra pješke ima 10tak minuta.

Tuš kabina je manje veličine al je tuš zato odličan.

Outside of the hotel’s location, the staff was very indifferent and rude. I understand that the hotel is three stars, but I did not stay for free. They did not treat me as a guest. On the first day, the gentleman who welcomed me was polite, and on the last day, a gentleman named Arby was very kind. But the other days… 😔 However, the room never warmed up. They even had difficulty bringing me a blanket. What they told me was something I should have been informed about earlier, but they should have checked it beforehand. I informed reception that housekeeping should not to enter to my room, and they told me to remind them in the morning. When I returned to the room, I found my luggage on the floor. From the first day, instead of taking a pre-authorization from my card, they charged the full amount.

Purtroppo il letto era molto scomodo, i cuscini inesistenti e si sente qualunque cosa succeda nelle altre camere.

La ubicación y el personal de recepción solo fueron lo bueno.

El primer día que llegamos el hospedaje no era como lo imaginábamos, habitación muy chica. Abrimos la caja fuerte y encontramos ropa interior femenina sucia, lo que ya nos dio indicio de que no limpiaban. Empezando a observar vimos telas de araña, reja de ventana sucia (con mugre de años, a mí parecer), colchón viejo, incómodo y con manchas de dudosa procedencia, lo cual nos pareció asqueroso. Durante toda nuestra estancia NO SE REALIZO EN NINGUN MOMENTO LIMPIEZA DE LA HABITACIÓN (esto lo evaluamos al seguir observando los mismos pelos y papeles en el suelo) solo armaban la cama, lo mismo con el baño la suciedad del mismo permaneció durante toda la estancia. Por otro lado, además de ser chica la habitación y el baño era muy incomodo ya que por encima del lavamanos había un estante que imposibilitaba su uso. Es un hotel que dice ser 3 estrellas pero para nada lo cumple. Recomiendo no reservar aquí. Al menos nosotros, no volveremos.

Das Hotel ist sauber und die Zimmer geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Für Pariser Hotel-Verhältnisse war auch das Bad "groß" genug. Es gibt einen Wasserkocher für Teezubereitung. Das Personal war beim Empfang freundlich.

Etwas bitter ist aufgestoßen, dass man uns ohne Hinweis ins kleinere Zimmer einchecken lies, obwohl Deluxe gebucht war. Als es uns auffiel und wir nachfragten, kam dann die Entschuldigung. Da es für die erste Nacht kein Deluxezimmer mehr gab, bot man uns als Entschädigung ein Frühstück an, was wir fair fanden. Allerdings ist dieses sehr einfach und die Bedienung nicht gerade zuvorkommend. ;) Der unnötige TV im Frügstücksraum wurde auf Bitten widerwillig leiser gedreht. Was deutlich negativer war: die Fenster haben keinen Schallschutz, obwohl sich das Hotel an einer stark befahrenen Straße befindet. Schlafen war dadurch leider kaum möglich. Wir haben schon oft in Paris genächtigt und wissen: das geht besser!

La ubicación excelente a 50 metros la parada de metro.muchos bares y restaurantes pegados al hotel.es un hotel pequeño pero bien aprovechado.la cama muy cómoda.el desayuno correcto.Para una estancia corta de 2 días la verdad que es una buena elección.

Ηταν όλα τέλεια ; Η τοποθεσία πολύ κεντρική, δίπλα σε μετρό και στάσεις λεωφορείων. Είχε αρκετά μαγαζάκια για φαγητό και καφέ, πολύ κοντά από την Μονμαρτη. Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό. Το δωμάτιο ήταν αρκετά άνετο με ωραία θέα στον κεντρικό δρόμο.

Ik boekte een deluxe kamer en kreeg de kleinste kamer in het hotel. Op site beschreven als single room. Ruilen was niet mogelijk want hotel was volzet. Teveel betaald en terugbetaling te regelen via booking zeiden ze.

Definitivamente, precisam melhorar a limpeza dos quartos, muita poeira, teias de aranha, impossível abrir a janela porque além da sujeira já mencionada, acrescenta-se dejetos de pombos. O hotel é antigo e necessita de reparos estruturais. Mas, se pensa numa boa localização, aí ele atende bem. Os funcionários foram gentis nas interações que tivemos.

Nice spacious room in Mont Martre. Very close to metro station and easy to access from Gare du Nord. Very friendly staff. Lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance. The hotel is in a lively neighbourhood but the room is very quiet at night.

Кровать чистая, белье свежее. Есть шкаф, сейф, стол (чай/кофе/сахар) и чайник. В ванной достаточно полотенец, есть гель, бумага, фен. Вода ОЧЕНЬ горячая, если нужно :) Метро буквально через дорогу. На первом этаже в этом же здании маркет. А на этой же улице полно ресторанов и сувенирок.

Ни в какую не согласились заселить раньше (только с 15:00, хоть мы просились с 11:00), но разрешили оставить чемоданы, чтобы могли гулять налегке. Очень слышно соседей со смежного номера. Ванная комната уже подуставшая.
