Reviewed Sep 18, 2026The location was great, and the room was clean. The staff were friendly and happy to help. An electric kettle in the room would be a nice added convenience, as I had to ask for hot water each time.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026I have stayed in Barry’s hotel a few times pre covid, last week I stayed for a couple of days. THe hotel has been updated and prices have risen to reflect this. I especially like the location, being in central Brussels and within walking distance to everywhere central. THe single room was small also a very small bed , fortunately no problem for me. Good staff communication. THe chap I dealt with on reception was very friendly and very helpful.
Everything was fine. Although the room was small, everything was clean and comfortable. The fan was a bit too noisy to leave on while sleeping.

The bathroom was small and so was the shower. The shower handheld showerhead kept coming off, so we had to hold it to shower ourselves.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026The only positive aspect was that the bed sheets were clean
The room was not the one we booked. We had reserved a room with 4 beds, but we were given one with 5 beds. The bathroom had a very unpleasant odor throughout our stay. There was no hairdryer, despite it being listed in the property description, and the beds were not comfortable.
