Amaroossa Suite Bali

يحتاج الى صيانه شامله ويحتاج الى نظافه وتغيير المفارش واللحف اللمناشف القديمه المتهالكه من كثره الغسيل والباليه .

I chose this hotel only because I needed a place to stay for one night, and it was conveniently located for me since I had to wake up very early. However, my experience turned out to be extremely negative. The bed sheets were dirty. I asked the staff to change them, and it took about 30 minutes. I then asked to see another available room, but the sheets there were even dirtier.

Nothing

Everything

Emplacement petit déjeuner piscine

Un peu désuet bruyant mais hôtel proche de l’aéroport

Staff was ok alot training going on

Water stopped working when in the shower was late for a birthday party had t o finish shower with water bottles and bathroom pretty much fell apart

Do not recommend this hotel. Very poorly maintained hotel. Rats in ceiling. No hot water and hardly any water comes out of the tapes and shower. Couch and other soft furnishings stained, dirty, mouldy and torn. Also on very noisy road which made it difficult to sleep.

Suasananya tenang. Jauh dari keramaian

Kurang terawat

We arrived about 9.30 to 10pm, & still needed to have dinner. Reception could not help us as the kitchen was closed, not even for a lite snack as my wife needed to eat something in order to take her medication. The bedroom door did not close & seal properly, rattled all night & the room was not very clean.

Breakfast was excellent, and the location was good, although it is a bit of a drive from the beaches. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. They were generally good and efficient.

It appears that the hotel’s maintenance standards are lacking. We experienced several instances where the water supply was interrupted. It seems that the building itself requires a comprehensive maintenance overhaul.

Checking out early and finding a new accommodation

Was nothing like the pics online. Very dirty

Liked the friendly staff...large room

Room was very very poorly maintained. It was not as pictured on the site... Holes in ceiling dripping water, shower screen door hanging off the hinges, multiple holes in walls, all furniture cracking and splitting, NO HOT water for shower or bath, shower head broken, no extra toilet rolls, kettle was broken, no teaspoons for tea/coffee station, front door frame was pulling off the wall also no safe in room, exposed power cords and bathroom did not could slide shut... Stair case had multiple broken tiles.. We left 2 days early

We arrived at the hotel and checked in and got into the lift to a weird smell of rotting fish, when we got to our room on the 2nd floor we found the door didn’t close properly or lock. Further looking around the room we realised there was stains all over our beds which one actually looked to be human faeces, the shower was caked in mould, the bathroom walls and bathtub all covered in mould and rust, shower curtain stained yellow. No depository safe located in the room when stated on our booking we would have one. Rubbish left in the drawers of our room. When we went down to the front desk to ask for a new room, we were told we weren’t able to have a new room as the hotel was full and that they would send housekeeping up immediately to clean it for us. So we left it as that but when we got back into our room the bedsheets and pillow cases still had marks all over them, the bathroom was still full of mould!!! They had most likely just mopped the floor with bleach to make it smell nice. So we went back down again and told the lady on the front desk that we need to be moved, we were told there is nothing they can do as they are full, no help at all, not even a sorry for what we had been through after 33 hours of travelling to get here. Eventually we ended up having to move to a different hotel out of our own pockets and currently battling trying to get reimbursed for money we paid for such a terrible room and service we experienced. Also to add the pool and the area around it is also disputing mould and algae all around the path and the sunbeds are broken!

This is a catfish hotel. The images you see on the website during booking is not how it looks. The images looks like it was taken when the hotel was built probably. Everything is broken, old, dingy. I do not recommend staying here. Although, the staff was great, they respond with respect

Overall, it was a satisfying experience. The hotel is located in a quiet area, a bit far from the beach, but still accessible by car. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with complete facilities like a flat screen TV, AC, and minibar. In general, it’s a comfortable and affordable place to stay. If you’re looking for a quiet spot and don’t mind being a bit away from the beach, this could be a good option. Hopefully, the hotel can improve cleanliness and service consistency in the future.

Was quite old and run down. Food was good luckily as not much close by unless you got a driver. Couldn’t walk anywhere due to rain

very welcoming hotel, the staff is truly familiar, courteous and attentive to everything, I recommend it it is located 10 minutes from nusa dua 20 minutes from semignak there is a toll highway that allows you to activate earlier I am happy to have been in this hotel I thank the staff

Room (1/5): Big room size. Comfy bed but stained sheet. Mold on ceiling near AC. Horrific bathroom. Broken and rusty glass door handle and shower. Inconsistent hot water. Roach come out from floor drain, and even on bathtub!!! Location (2/5): Serene environment, a bit far from the main road. Dark access road to the parking space. Service (1/5): One time I saw a small snake near the entrance and told one staff. Astonishingly he acted calm and did nothing. Broken elevator can't go down from 3rd floor. Verdict: This is a worn out hotel with poor maintenance. Don't fall for the wide room size and regret like I did.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also good.

The room that I stayed in needs to be renovated especially the bathroom. The sinks were outdated and rusty. there was some type of stain on half the mirror. The shower door didn’t close properly so there was a lot of water on the floor. My room faced the street and it was very loud.

Pictures look much better than actual room. Had Royal room and it was ok, no towels upon check in, elevator whole week not working. Staff is lazy

Very spacious room with balcony and nice view on the scenery and the bridge to Kuta.

Location, bed, balcony, view.

Cleanliness of my first room at first floor upon arrival was terrible. Bunch of hair in the shower room, no hot water, curtain fall off. But after asking for room move, i got better room at 5th floor facing to toll road which is slightly cleaner and fresher.

Location was really central to other places The staff were very helpful and friendly Room service was fantastic Our room had a very beautiful view

My toilet/shower kept leaking The water pressure of the shower was poor, and sometimes there would be no hot water The mini fridge did not keep my food cold Our bed broke when we sat on the edge

The whole place is a bit run down, good area though and kind staff. We checked out a day early to find something a bit nicer. The roof top area was nothing like the photos on the website, it looked like the whole area had been abandoned and was just used for storage. Our room/shower was dirty and bed frame/couch badly stained. Hotels towels could do with being replaced too as they were partly stained grey and felt very old/thin. Pictures looked great online but it all needs a renovation/fittings replaced.

I wrote my complaint by email, and your manager sent me a plate of fruits as a compliment. I find it funny, the fact that she/he didn’t come to face me in person and she/he wrote in the letter to me “We take really serious customer complaints/feedback. Oh really?

The room. All these answers were in my email before I checked out.

Overall ok

Fridge didn’t work so to keep My beer cold I got charged for ice not sure why when add clearly states a fridge so you would expect a working one also limited ammenities with in walking distance

What a wonderful affordable place to stay. Not 5 start luxury, but does what it needs to. Would stay here again. Staff were brilliant and attentive to any requests. Food exceptional. Away from the hustle and bustle of kuta, but close enough to go there daily for a few $$ in a grab.

Could use some updates, but did notice they were starting those when I left. Air conditioning units on the balcony make them very hot, depending on which side you're on..

Closer to the airport and quite place to stay

Accomodating and very friendly staffs

Location was great, close to some decent restaurants and spas, also the airport. Room was very spacious. The pool was nice.

Didn't look like the photos advertised but good enough. Bike rental here is way more expensive than other places (about 50k a day)

Would not recommend this hotel Very very small pool. Position in centre of hotel therefore gets no sunshine. Food poor. Staff not polite or helpful would rather be on mobiles Hotel long way from beach good 1 hour walk. No bar just a cool cabinet in dining room. and a pool table. Rooftop terrace old cane furniture

staff were friendly.

Our room air conditioning is not working properly. floor was sticky. We request to change room and was only made available on 3rd day. dining area is a bit warm with only one cooler which can't cover the whole area.

The service, i said the telephone is broke, they dont send any reaction, they forget put the new towel, so i must always went to the reception to ask something, the hotel is old fashion and not mainteined as use to be

The super friendly staff, the size of the bedroom, clean. I had a good stay here, though it was not perfect (see what I didn’t like about the property)

The property is not very well maintained, yes it is clean & seems to be maintained at glance, but if you try to look it in a more detail inspection you will notice; you could see that some of the bamboo gates are missing, the lift is old, the curtain looks okay at first but if you noticed the inner part, oh it was torn, things like that. Super sad to see this beautiful property in that kind of condition. I hope the management will improve the maintenance of the property.

Quiet environment.

Many facilities in the room are not working, like kettle, and hair dryer, and the private pool is so dirty. there are leaves and insects body in the water. Limited to 2 bottles of water per day but the staff never tell me, the first day i requested water, the staff never say anything, however the 2nd day i requested, they asking for RP10k each bottles. WOuld really appreciate proper communication.

Very Pleasant to stay in this hotel Big Hotel Rooms with Veranda AC Central which is very affordable Bathroom Shower and Bathub Spacious Rooms Staff very helpfull Breakfast with variety choices Both Room Service Teams and Housekeeping are excellent and Also Front office team and Engineering team are helpfull Overall we were like it stay in this hotel and absolutely coming back next year to stay again PS: they also have 10% off Ask Front Office Teams

Beautiful food, friendly staff, awesome room

Having to leave

Comfy Stay and Good Service, this hotel provides all suite rooms which are very nice and super comfy, maybe if this hotel make a renovation it will be much much more worth it to stay and even make em 1 of the best hotel in Nusa dua, overalls 10/10 experience and no complaints whatsoever

The rooms are spacious worthed for money itself, the service from the reception is also friendly, checked in by Ms. Widi and being escorted to the room by the staff is a plus point. The shortcomings that need to be improved are the cleanliness of the bathroom, I found a used face mask near the bathtub, the toilet bowl was not very clean, and when I checked in, the towels and toiletries had not been completely filled. But overall I had a nice stay. Will be back to this hotel again for sure.

A very Good service By all The staff, and really helpfull and great experience for us, foodwise all great. Maybe for car park is a little hard to get but, overall from surroundings to vibes everything feels right 100% recommended

I’m had a fantastic stay at Amaroossa Suite Bali. I arrived hours before check in and they accomodated for me letting me use their facilities to swim and have lunch and then got me into my room early. The food was fantastic and the staff were so nice and helpful the entire time. The room was great it was spacious, the bed was comfortable the bathroom was big and all round it was a very comfortable stay. I used fhe grab app to transport my way around as its very cheap and always had a ride within 5 minutes. All round my stay with Amaroossa Suite Bali was fantastic and the price was so cheap yet they provide an extraordinary service and accommodation. Mitch

The price is affordable. the room is spacious, clean, comfortable. Overall, I am very satisfied. If we want to go outside, it is very easy to reach by gojek... The place located in the midle between denpasar and sawangan and barong barong beach.. Hope i can stay here again next time..

Such a good hotel with luxurious room, thank you very much for gave us an upgrade room. Staff really helpful and friendly. But, there is no bathmat inside the room. And there is hair in the bathub. Thank you

Very pleasant to stay here. Thank you for your service during our stay. Hopefully we can comeback again later. The staff very helpful, nice and always greeting. But maybe put more attention on your cleanliness the room and maybe for the elevator can be renovated and change the wallpaper cause already old. But the view in the room so amazing, I stayed at 5th floor, the view is ocean. Thank you so much Amaroossa Suite Bali, that was amazing stayed.

A big comfort room with a beautiful view, clean bathroom, good air conditioner, nice and a very kind staffs, excellent service, we really enjoyed stay here. We will be back here and stay here for a couple days.

Ruined our honeymoon. Worst hotel i have ever seen. Very dirty and the photos are at least 10 years old. Our private pool was so dirty and not usable at all. We requested for another room and was given a room dirtier than the 1st room. Checked out 20 minutes later and still chasing them for a refund. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Lovely staff and nice place to stay. The rooms could use a bit of a renovation however it is still very comfortable and affordable! Would recommend for a place to stay if you’d like to be close to the airport!

Nothing

Hello, I regret to write this complaint as I don’t usually complain when I go and stay in hotels. However me and my partner are not happy with our stay at your establishment. We have had an amazing time in Bali for our anniversary. The last two days we wanted to spend it on your establishment and have a relaxed time in Nusa Dua. However this was not the case. When we walked in the receptionist did not give us a warm greeting she did not look like she wanted to be there. We then asked about laundry service and the receptionist said it will be done in the morning. We then proceeded to our room. Once we were there I had to go and get the receptionist and she did not look happy I was asking for her help. The room was unclean as seen from the pictures. The bed sheet was dirty and had yellow stains on it. The floor had ants crawling on it. The table had a stain. There was a used glass in the fridge and cobwebs. This is not what we expected coming to stay in a 4 star establishment. I am disgusted. We even asked if the pool could be cleaned for us as we wanted to spend the two days just relaxing at your establishment before our flight. We ended up going out for the days we were there as the place was not clean at all. The toilet had stains on it too. This is not the standard we expected. We ordered room service a few old fish was given and my burger was uncooked. As seen in the pictures. Again not the standard we were expecting . At breakfast time we came for breakfast at around 9am again the female members of staff were huddled together and when asked if there will be any more food that would be severed the female with the skirt spoke to me in a rude manner and said I should have come earlier. This was not spoke about before again times were told breakfast was between 7am to 10am. I then spoke about how everything is finished we have paid for breakfast she then proceeded to make some noodles.

It was a beautiful stay. Comfy! The pool was beautiful and staff were amazing! So sweet and accommodating. Yummy food from the restaurant.

Friendly personnel, good location

The room is dirty by itself (not dependent on cleaning), and many things are just simply broken (I was not able to close the window, and different bugs "were welcome" to my room). Also every night in my toilet two cockroaches appeared. WIFI was down if a lot of people were in the hotel. Pool is so cold... Will live there if the price will be decreased in 3 times.

Nothing at all.

Absolutely disgusting place to stay. We booked 3 rooms and all three of them were filthy and full of mould! The rooms smelt horribly of mould and the furniture was stained all over. The door to the private pool wouldn't close or lock and would swing as if it were off the tracks constantly. We tried the breakfast buffet only to find that bugs were crawling all over the food and the bread was mouldy! When we approached staff about this they simply removed a couple of slices of bread with the worst mould and left everything else! We asked for the rooms to be cleaned and nothing was done. We left the hotel early as it was so disgusting that we could not stay there. We asked for a refund due to the condition of the place and after giving us weeks of run around, we are now just being ignored. I would not recommend any person ever use this hotel!!!!!

-

not comfortable location, room was dirty, everything in bathroom was rusty

The suite and food staff

How far away from shops

1. The staffs were so nice & tried to accomodate our needs 2. Breakfast taste was okay, but they don’t have many menu choices

1. When arrived the room floor was really dirty, i remember that my feet turns black due to the dust 2. The pillows smells musty

The hotel was far away from everything and was need of updates and was musty smelling. The breakfast was limited and would not recommend

Absolutely nothing.

Everything: Firstly the hotel was filthy, run down and health and safety under the levels. The roof top bar and seating etc did not exsist completly rundown and empty.Disgusting. wires exposed, dangerous lighting, the list goes on! The food was awful, cold, badly cooked, breaking all health and safety regulations.Absolute lies from there website and agencys they advertise with, this place is disgusting. The staff are unprofessional, untrained and very stupid in serving clients needs truthfully and with hospitality skills. One of the worst places we have stayed. This place should be shut down. BEWARE

Facilities to pay and booking, staff really polite

In general everything was ok

Everything is very dirty, dust and stains everywhere. Airconditioning didn’t work. Furniture and walls had stains and holes in them. Staff understood very little english. Breakfast and food in the restaurant was very bad. Every morning they had fewer choices. They had a scooter rental service there. We booked two scooters on saturday for monday morning at 8.00, they sayd that we would have them on monday at 8.00. On monday at 8.30 we went to ask them about the scooters but they hadn’t booked them. We had massage appointments for 10.00 and it was a 30 minute drive. At 9.30 we went to ask one more time but they still didn’t have the scooters and we missed our appointments. When we told them that we don’t need the scooters anymore beacuse we missed the time they only smiled and said okay. The Worst Experience Ever!!!

The staff is very accomodating and room was very spacious.

The property is very old and poorly managed. The toilet seats are full of yellow stains. The balconies are in a bad shape.

very spacious rooms, beds were very comfortable and staff couldn’t do enough for us even came running after me when I forgot my iPad in the room. very close to the airport

rooms a bit tired, bar and restaurant shut which we didn’t know until arrival.

Staff was very friendly. Very good airconditioning, Wi-Fi and TV channels. Bed was very comfortable. Free waterbottles everyday. Mini market is only one minute walk from the hotel.

We initially booked the Royal Suit for the night views but we got a free upgrade to a private pool room instead. It was a large room with a large bed and it had a couch and an eating area and a mini kitchen. The bathroom was also quite big and the room we had had a bath in it. There was a pool table that was accessible for guests and a nice pool (which we never used because we had our own private pool) The location is just outside of the hustle and bustle of the main areas and Nusa Dua beach is not far - about a 10 min drive A staff member noticed I didn't eat any of the breakfast that was provided (as it was not good to be honest but I was not surprised considering the reviews I had already read on here) but he went out of his way to offer to make an omelette and gave me fruit which was so nice of him. Also the next day I didn't want to have breakfast (knowing it would be the same thing and I might not get the Omelette from before) but the same staff member called our room and asked if we wanted the omelette and fruits again and had it delivered to our room. Don't know his name and couldn't find him later to thanks him and tip him but he was amazing!

The breakfast was not so good (aside from what was provided from the staff member) The hotel is a bit old so there quite a few mold and stains everywhere - it would be such a wonderful place if it were cleaned up a little bit more. There is also not much space for parking bigger cars, we were lucky to be the only ones with a car at the time

This property is just off the main road. It is modern but requires a good spit and polish, but this is Bali and all things considered I would stay here again. It was pleasant and the pool rooms are great for your own space and the ability to take a private dip regardless of the time.

Absolutely , spoiled our stay in bali. Everything except this hotel. Smelly and leaking toilets. Same condition after cleaning every day. Leaking air-conditioning. Not a pleasant stay on the whole. Had a good driver to roam (+6285935047610, wikan) and that was a only consolation for us for all 5 days stay.

Approach to hotel was absolutely covered with litter. That put us off before we left the taxi. On entering the hotel my wife was feeling unwell and asked directions to the public toilet. The state of which was so bad she couldn't use it. Covered in faeces, including cistern and walls. We informed the staff that we would not be staying and required a refund. I appreciate that this toilet may have been checked an hour before and been ok, however I can only report our experience as found.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great

It's a nice stay during my family vacation. My kids are happy to stay.

Hotel staff weren’t very helpful, food was terrible and one of the days they forgot to clean our room

The bed is literally the only good thing, the lights don't work properly, the bathroom wasn't very clean and I had towels with stains all over them. I left and found another place to stay. Nothing like the photos, so don't be fooled.

No kichenette and iron facilities but mentioned in the hotel facilities

The hotel is much older than it looks in the advertised pictures. Also the on site facilities are not what is advertised. Staff were friendly and helpful but I was disappointed in the condition of the hotel.

Where do we begin, the "Royal Suite" what a joke! First off we walked into our cigarette smoke smelling, hot room then went to turn the aircon up and the control panel fell off the wall. Our lounge was heavilly stained. This was unacceptable so asked to move rooms, checked out two other rooms all in the same condition. As it was close to midnight we would have to stay one night. Went to have a shower and the toilet and bath were leaking, soap holder totally rusted, towels stained too. Turned tap on in basin where a fountain of water sprayed in my face. The balcony was small where the aircon motor blew hot air straight onto you, wouldn't sit on the lounge as it was filthy. Pulled the bedcovers back to find stains on the sheets, disgusting! The next day went down for breakfast surely this would be better, again let down. Hardly any variety to choose from, 3 small hot asian dishes and eggs and toast. Small fruit plate that was hot. Asked for a coffee with milk which took 10 minutes, the final straw was when we saw the staff member smelling the milk, that was it we were out of there! Went down to get some cash, no shops, restaurants nothing. Packed our things and went to reception and politely asked if we could possibly have a partial refund as what we saw on the website and the star rating was far from acceptable. No luck there either, were told to contact Expedia. In the lobby were exposed wires, maintenace everywhere needed. Now out of pocket over $600, not impressed!

Driver did not pick me up at airport as arranged. Staff barely speak English. Door to plunge pool broken leaving big gaps for heat and bugs to come in. Front room door did not lock. Safe in room broken.....when I asked to change rooms I had to argue for half an hour to do so and other room was substandard..roof top bar and swim up bar closed because "we not want to open".....nowhere to get drink in hotel. I was booked for 8 nights, stayed two and went elsewhere..highly recommend that you don't stay here!

Er is totaal niets te doen Alles met een taxi eten zeer slecht.

The hotel was not really at all what it advertised, it's very possible it is going under. When we got to our room the toilet wasn't flushing and the tap on the sink was non existent. We tried to call down stairs but the phone wasn't working. We went to call someone who managed to fix the tap but not the toilet. The wifi didn't work very well either, often disconnecting after a couple of minutes. Later that evening we also discovered the bathtub drain didn't unplug and the shower had a leak, which flooded the bathroom. The tv also had no remote. At this point it was becoming quite humorous how many things didn't work. The staff like in most of Bali were very friendly but unfortunately the hotel was a bit of a disaster.

Our room had a terrible smell during the entire stay. A mixture of damp and sewage. Maintenance in the room was non existent. There was a gap around the door leading to the plunge pool large enough for a rat to break in through. We were woken by the rustling noise as it went through our bags and had to chase it out. Despite three people staying in the room we were only ever given two towels every day and no face cloths. Became a joke that we had to ask for the extra towel every day. Looks as though when the hotel was built it would have been beautiful and very luxurious but appears that upkeep was never a priority. Very disappointed with Amaroossa. Can see why their rating keeps decreasing.

Only good thing to say is pool was ok, no buffet breakfast because Le occupancy than no eggs , long way from anywhere and none of staff speak very goo English, never again , very disappointed!!!!
