Friendly staff clean good breakfast gym and pool and area close to eats etc .

The 2 bedroom penthouse was great and the location walking distance from everything.

Parking was limited but free. More kitchen supplies like glasses and plates would be nice.

We had the penthouse aprtment and it was HUGE. Really beautiful too. Having two en-suite toilets was wonderful for our family. Breakfast was good and with plenty of options

There was no plug in the smaller (which we adults used) bedroom next to the bed. I had to use a 3m extension.

Close to a good night market with many food options. Breakfast was fresh and enough items to choose from. Good onsite parking.

Pool area a bit bland.

I always start my rating from a maximum of 10 and deduct points whenever I encounter a problem. In this case, sadly, the hotel could have been a 10, but one issue changed everything. When we arrived, we were given a room with literally nothing except a single bed. There was no table and no chair. In the corridor, there was only a small service table and a refrigerator. When I asked reception about it, they told me that I could move to another room where I would have a table and something to sit on — but I would have to pay an additional 20%. That changed my rating from 10 to 4 I don't consider a table and a chair a luxury upgrade. They are basic furniture that I would expect to have in a hotel room in the first place.

Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und auch sehr sauber. Das Hotel ist super zentral und man kann zu Fuß vieles erreichen. Das Frühstück war im Preis inbegriffen und sehr gut.

A little run down in that the bathroom became a swimming pool because the tiling caused all water to run around the bath and straight onto the floor. There is only one lift and it was incredibly slow we were fortunate enough to only be on the 4th floor and able to use the fire exit stairs. Ordering room service meals finishes at 3pm and although cocktail happy hour and pool menu were advertised it wasn’t very clear how to order either. Reception were very helpful but it was a bit of a process to order as reception weren’t sure on how to go about it. We got there in the end (nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble with such helpful staff) and we enjoyed a cocktail and beer by the pool :) Breakfast was included and sufficient just would have really appreciate some bacon.

Location close to heart of town and walking distance to the beach and seafood restaurants and bars. Rooms were comfy, neat and clean. Ours has a lounge room with small table and kitchenette Good breakfast buffet. Helpful staff.

The TVs were small 32 inch ones, old and with bad grainy signals on most channels. No options to screen cast from devices it worse. Maybe due to being of season the rooftop bar did not offer any menu meals.

Prima hotel voor de prijs en op een leuke locatie dichtbij het centrum van Hua Hin. Ruime kamer, schoon en badkamer was in orde. Degelijk ontbijt en het personeel was zeer aardig. Al met al een prima hotel voor een verblijf van 2 nachten.

The service is with full of enthusiasm. The room is clean and comfortable. Most of instruments are convenient.

The location is far away from the centre.(You may can't do something to change this. That may also can be accepted.) The room doesn't have a toothbrush. We need to go to the loggy to get. It's a bit inconvenient.

Location, it was clean. It was all good if you are a heavy sleeper but I need quiet to sleep. Adjoining doors meant you could hear everything from both neighbours. You could hear the shower running, they probably weren't being exceptionally loud.

Adjoining doors to other rooms. Very noisy neighbours, TV on all night on first night, talking late at 3am and smoking in next room second night, not much sleep. I asked to change rooms after first night, no response. When we left the receptionist said your room is fine, you can go??? As if he assumed there would be a problem. We have never been talked to in an accusatory way before.

Frokosten kunne vert bedre, savnet bacon og kanskje ost, porsjons pakkene med smør var fryst så disse kunne man ikke spise da de ble veldig kornete og det rant noe hvitt ut så jeg kjøpte egne.

Le pareti della camera sono appiccicose al tatto, forse a causa dell'umidità e della salsedine, dovrebbero pitturarle con una pittura muraria appropriata. Non toccate le pareti!

浴缸太滑，洗澡的時候還滑倒撞到頭。訂的另一個房間裡居然連桌椅都沒有。太誇張了。

The room was huge & clean banging location i would say because I am well experienced at crossing streets on busy High roads in Asia...

The receptionist was sooo rude on my arrival to a woman whom asked for towels for the pool for her children then she started snapping at me for no apparent reason. I thought sod this & left the next morning. The busy road is fine for me but if I suffered from anxiety about crossing streets in the UK this one would blow my brains especially if I was crossing the street with kids?

Die Örtlichkeit war in Ordnung, das Personal war freundlich.

Überall Verbots Schilder, ich habe noch nie ein Schild am Pool gesehen, Tauchen verboten! Ich war mit meinem 13jährigen Sohn da, der Taucht sehr gerne. Rauchen im 5ten Stockwerk auf dem Zimmer eigenen Balkon verboten. Beim Verlassen des Zimmers Keycard mitnehmen, Aircon ist ausgeschaltet!!!Und überall Strafandrohung, 5000 Bath hierfür, 3000 Bath dafür!!! Kein Ort zum Entspannen!

The property is located in an area easily accessible for grab . 7/11 is walking distance and many small eateries close by . Extremely clean and well maintained . Staff polite and helpful . A small well maintained pool for days you don’t want to step out . We stayed for a week and absolutely reccomend the place as its value for money . There is also public laundry walking distance to the place .

An enjoyable stay close to the beach, shops, restaurants and interesting markets.

Just a shout out to staff who supported my adult son who has epilepsy. During the last visit, he had an episode in reception and the staff supported and calmed him and got him safely to a taxi home. They went above and beyond. Its also a great hotel that we frequent regularly. Would definitely recomment

First open room door and there was a cockroach running aroud in room....2nd the room smelled of SEWER for the entire stay ! 3rd when i checked out and needed a ride to catch the bus they wanted me to pay much more than the ride should cost.... it wasnt about the cost it was the way i was treated.... i walked around the corner and got a tuk tuk for 25% of the cost they wanted and wouldnt budge....Never again will i stay there !!

Air Con stopped working on the last 2 days. This made it very unpleasant in the room. Also the pool was closed for renovations for the last 5 days. We were only notified by a notice near the lift and were never offered any compensation.
